  1. Both are unknown to me too... Nice discovery. Perhaps the uploader (Simon Deranger) could provide you the info?
  2. ... or ask any local DJ to do the same. xD
  3. The melody work near the end is nothing short of perfect...
  4. Funny, but I think my old opinion still stands. Etnica - Mental Puzzle (Used to circulate under the name Monkey Business) Pleiadians - Pleiadians Crop Circles - Different Species (Pitch +10% and it transforms into something epic)
  5. There's only one to mention... Oforia! Great stuff, I'm pleased to some degree with the recent neogoa music, but for me... honestly, not a great year. Honestly feel there's a lot of potential that's not coming to life but... well, each to their own.
  6. Yeah, I thought some people would enjoy to download the mix instead. A couple rarities is always nice to have in the lot. I was thinking about including another unreleased track too: "Earth Nation - Alienated (Hallucinogen Rmx)" but I don't think it really matches his usual standards. It's not a flawless mix by any means (just listen to that atrociously loud crash cymbal in Mandala's Utopia... kinda hard to mix in smoothly.) ps. Sorry Antic no artist news in at least half a year - it was more a goofy joke as I've been making so many of these mixes recently.
  7. Hey! The last mix for this year. Next time, I suppose, I'll be posting in the "Artist Announcements" topic hehe. What can I say? This is a pure fanboy mix I guess! Tracklist: 1. 8. From my first album the track "Triptooth's Tribal Reboot"? It's 116bpm and quite tribal I reckon.
  9. I'm going to post this and another special mix before going back to producing my own stuff again. Anyway, I thought there's no 100% intense goa mix around with dem classic bangers included. Tracklist: 1. Hiscore - True Freedom (Polytox Records 1995) 2. Etnica - Fractal Gates (Spirit Zone Recordings 1995) 3. Electric Universe - Orange Night (Spirit Zone Recordings 1995) 4. 10. I've been on a producer hiatus and seem to be recording these damn mixes these days? So, how was 2016 for Goa trance in my books? Nothing groundbreaking I suppose. x) Still, I decided to go through a lot of releases and make a retrospective mix of my favorite tracks this year. It does seem both JIS and New Born are in fact from 2015 (oops!) and the Intriga one is actually an oldie from the archives. Tracklist: 1. Crossing Mind - Life Forms (Suntrip Records 2016) 2. Phreaky - Over The Moon (2015 Edit) (Zion 604 2016) 3. Zopmanika - Lost Touch With Reality (Sita Records 2016) 4. JIS - Solar Wind (Neogoa 2015) 5. Resonant Warrior - Shadow Of Doubt (self-released 2016) 6. New Born - Gentle Perfection (Cronomi Records 2015) 7. Nova Fractal - Autopsy (Spectrum & Ion Vader Rmx) (Timewarp 2016) 8. Lectro Spektral Daze - Quite A Trip (JaraLuca Rmx) (Neogoa 2016) 9. Sab Kuch Milegator - Ignotrancer (Rmx) (unreleased) 10. Intriga - Smoke And Mirrors (unreleased) Loadie: https://ufile.io/2d612
  11. It was ID'd on youtube and you are right! It's Partycles by Total Eclipse.
  12. Hola! This is the 2nd of 3 mixes I'll be posting this month. (Don't worry - gonna be quiet after that...) While 'Cosmic Cosmetics' was just a random mix of this and that - this second one is more carefully picked. A couple shoddy mixes aside, this is the kind of DJ mix I wanted to do for long. A mix of gritty, punishing dark goa trance with techno undertones they used to do around the turn of millenia. Towards the end the mix takes a turn into more melodic direction... because there's always light at the end of the tunnel. (<-- I hate this wink smiley. Is the guy having a stroke or what?) 1. Fabel - Relic Raiders (Flow Records 2000) 2. ??? (track from DAT) 3. Klegg - O2 (Stoneage Records 2002) 4. Children Of Paradise - El Nino (Velvet Inc. 1999) 5. X-Dream - Telegram (Blue Room Released 1998) 6. X-Dream - Thorazin (d.Drum 2002) 7. The Pollinator - Parent Plant (Tunnel Records 2000) 8. Hallucinogen - Soothsayer (The Lysurgeon Warning Remix) (TIP Records 1996) 9. Technossomy - Kozmotron (1 & 2) (Flying Rhino Records 1997) 10. Technossomy - Elektron Bender (Samsara Live Mix) (Flying Rhino Records 1996) 11. Ondagrie - Boom (unreleased) loadström: https://ufile.io/0ee17
  13. Do you happen to know which track? Today in the evening I'll post a second mix with another mystery track.
  14. I've edited the original post. Added some fresh goa trance check it out.
  15. Sounds very nice. Can't help you thou...!

  17. Some of the melodies might sound random at first glance, but there's some undeniable freshness in his composition technique. He's developed as an artist that's for sure. While I can't say an opinion about the album so soon, it's definitely something that deserves closer inspection.
  18. Right now in fact. Dark roast is the way to fly...
  19. @antic: Maybe my new album suits your criteria? On topic - The music I'd like to hear doesn't exist lol. It's hard to define my thoughts clearly, but I'll try. You know, not too many producers are keen on exploring the very edge of extremely psychedelic/complex psytrance. Majority, at least of those I've heard, fail in having a strong production composition-wise. There's many producers I admire but who's truly pushing the envelope from the psychedelic aspect? The outcome for far too many artists is often messy/random. When I think about a producer trying to do the most detailed, microscopic, twisted mindf--- psytrance you know what comes to my mind? First off, hard to do. Secondly, not media-sexy. Imagine doing something that takes years to master and pleases a small bunch of freaks. Hah! Gotta be passionate no way around it. Anyway back to explain my first sentence - there's an extra mile to take but nobody's walking it. There's so much more to the possibilities of psychedelic trance that hasn't yet existed. I'm probably waiting for the year 2030 you know? Or perhaps my next album... who knows!
  20. Well thanks! To be perfectly honest, I've kinda lost my edge in DJing (I've been focusing on producing for a while now) and have to use a couple of days to get it right again. I recently tried to record a special mix and it was eh... a bit trainwreck-ish. I do have two theme mixes in my mind. Will post them here as soon as possible!
  21. I couldn't keep this mix on soundcloud - but I've finally up'd it on youtube if you'd still like to hear it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hGGY7_KKvY&feature=youtu.be download: https://we.tl/mwWi3o9Nfd
  22. Disagree. I find the melody near the end very well executed. RC: I think you could take that last melody and tweak around with couple notes (perhaps a poly melody with another vst) to take it even "further"? All in all it's a good effort! You're not overloading the track with nonsensical melodies and what not. Eager to wait for the finished product...
  23. I've just listened the album. Don't feel like saying much about the music itself but there's something from a producer's point of view that disturbs me here. The mastering is okay/good. It's not unbearably loud and has some dynamics. The other thing, that's more of a choice in how to produce and mix your tracks, is, apart from the track with Menkalian, uneasy percussions. Many of the tracks have disturbingly high volume on high hats, so that open hat almost drowns underneath (track three for example). When high hat is all you hear, it sounds like a detached element and lacks a proper dialogue with the actual music. Also, can't help to notice, there absolutely no groove in high hats. With groove I mean some more thought out patterns than the constant "zik-zik-zik-zik", that seems to go with almost no pause during the tracks. When I listened the music at high volume, the percussions *kinda worked* meaning it's less noticeable. But at low volume it takes all my focus off the the music and I gotta say, for me personally, the album wasn't a great listening experience.
