  1. WHAT'S GOING ON HEEEEEEEERRRRRRREEEEEEEEEE? (Let's see if anyone recognizes that sample and song(s)).
  2. I love the compilation but this has to be the best song from it. I just love the whole atmosphere and main melody. I love that intro so much with the man first by himself then that kick comes, then a short silence then that melody. Ooh, so awesome.
  3. Glad that you read his review, very extensive and well written. Keep up the awesome work, I love many of the stuff you guys released.
  4. Well congratulations to them all! I can't wait to meet someone someday with someone who loves Goa music as much as I. I only know of one or two folks to like it somewhat but aren't serious about it.
  5. The Future Ducks of London are amazing, haha.
  6. That, and their music is good in general.
  7. I don't care too much about Armin since he is one of the reasons why trance got bastardize into the big room stuff that is popular. But that's an interesting thing from him anyways. Delirium and Conjure One did have good stuff back then.
  8. If you haven't seen it yet here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0gED3rn2Tc While he changes styles every once in a while, it really has a trance vibe to it. Love listening to it.
  9. FINALLY! Someone finally did a review of the album. I've been waiting to see what other folks had to say about it. While I am not as talented as you are when it comes to writing reviews, one thing I have to say is that this album is one of the greatest of this year and probably will become a classic in the years to come (well it's already a classic for me). Every tune is recognizable and has a unique flavor to it, which is quite nice to hear since many albums now days sort of similar stuff from each other (not that it is a bad thing, just variety between each song is nice). But man I LOVE that cover. I would want a shirt of that so bad.
  10. haha, I was just listening to that album couple days ago too! I just love the whole compilation. I need to listen to Three OM Three again.
  11. I'm a big fan of progressive trance, but one big problem like others mentioned is that the term is way too broad. When someone says they like progressive, it takes an additional several minutes of talking/etc to figure out what exactly they are referring to, whether it is more like Airwave, Tiesto, etc or other folks like the minimal stuff.
  12. A funny title indeed, and a nice cover. I haven't heard any of the samples yet but I wonder what direction they are taking. I really loved their second album because of its folk like sound.
  13. Happy Birthday, though I missed it. haha.
  14. You should check out reddit's synthesizer sub, they've had some good discussions on drum machines. But man I wouldn't mind having a Rytm, it is a very nice machine. But since I'm not exactly made of money, I have an Korg EMX. While I wish it had more options for the drums, hats, etc; I find it to be really nice machine, plus it's nice to have 5 additional synths to depend on.
  15. While not Goa, I know that LOUD like to do some stuff live since they use some gear live like the Bass Station and some pedals.
  16. Oh nice, didn't know it was a new project. Loved it when I heard it earlier today.
  17. Just a quick question, what's the difference between the live remixes and the originals? Is it tweaking? Different arrangement of things?
  18. Trance side of the Moon 3, pretty nice compilation.
  19. Yep, modern stuff is also very good and energetic. I love the recent stuff from Platipus, and Mr. Askew always releases good stuff that I enjoy.
  20. Oh man, I've seen the video where the majority of those gifs are from. If i remember, it's some happy hardcore festival and boy the music just makes me laugh. It's too silly, I can't take it serious at all. Could barely listen to it. haha.
