  1. Oh that is fine, I'm not the biggest fan of Full on these days and the machine-gun bassline has been overused now. But nice to see an open minded label.
  2. When I first started out with music during High school, I'll admit I had thoughts about making it big but as I've grown older and more involved with music, I've realized how unlikely one is to become famous (well in some genres). In the trance scene especially, it is easy to get lost in the ocean of thousands of new tracks. But one good thing about Goa and Psy is that it is a bit smaller, so it can be somewhat easier to be more known especially with Goa music. But then again, I don't really have any official releases so I can't say for sure but from my experience, the community of the Goa scene is an active one that searches for good new stuff.
  3. Only because some folks were mentioned doesn't mean we are not considering other folks. @Panoptes I didn't mean to imply that is what you said, I simply meant what other folks have written in the past. But I agree with what you wrote,
  4. Going to need to remind myself to check this out when I have time, from the samples I've heard it is good.
  5. Just wondering, do you want certain kinds of Goa (like tribal, slower Goa) or is anything okay? And do they need to be mastered prior to sending a demo to you?
  6. Again, awesome post! Enjoyable read indeed. Regarding what you wrote, Panoptes, I disagree that Crossing Mind's kicks are overbearing. I find them quite fine. But then again, my taste in Goa is quite broad so I tend to enjoy all of it. I never understood claim about D5 being simplistic. Only because something is simple doesn't mean it is bad and like you said, that simplicity grows on you. Artifact303 is awesome at what he has done in the past but I do have one minor complaint about some of his tracks. I feel that he tries to add some melodies together but they don't always work together to create a nice flow. Sure in terms of energy it is all great but how the song in the beginning may be playing on thing then completely drop it to go onto another melody or part of the track without returning to it or at least hints of the sounds and earlier stuff. But otherwise, like you said very rich sound and galactic melodies for sure: makes me quite jealous when comparing my stuff to his but then again, I do different stuff than him so it is to be expected.
  7. Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving! Always be thankful for all the good that you had, have, and will have!
  8. Just rewatched Dredd. Pretty good film for action stuff and is similar to the comics which I enjoyed.
  9. Just watched an old one: Tri orísky pro Popelku or Three Wishes for Cinderella. Never knew that it was originally in Czech, but still a good classic fairytale story to watch with younger siblings. Plus the Russian dub isn't that bad compared to other dubbed films. Makes me wanna watch other russian stories that I haven't watched in a long time. Plus the music is nostalgic.
  10. I think Chi-a.d.'s Infinitism possibly could use a rerelease and remastering. The Bass on some of the tracks completely overwhelms the other parts of the tracks, and especially the kicks.
  11. Why the modemachines x0xb0x? Aren't they simply the same as any other x0xb0x but just more expensive?
  12. Seems pretty interesting, I'll check it out.
  13. Yea, I also like that atmosphere. It's been quite some time since I made that track, but if I remember the reason I started that was after messing around with the sequencer on the BS2 and with some effects and got that feeling. One thing I wish I did was keep the files, as I'm not sure whether I still have the sequence pattern or the rhythm it was at. I would like to come back to this track and do more edits on it.
  14. Simon could definitely use another member for his Shpongle live stuff or even possibly the live Juno Reactor stuff.
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xd3Ch53PxBs This track is quite amazing. Even if it is different from earlier stuff, it is great at doing what it is trying to do: good music with a burial mix.
  16. Another upload but this time it's not recent stuff but from something I made sometime after I got a piece of gear at the time. https://soundcloud.com/deskoch/back-to-where-i-started-again
  17. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FR8AOyjM5g4#t=1018 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eppMHyjKMM0#t=57 Gosh, these modules sure make me drool.
  18. Oh man, Orkidea is such a great artist who I love so much. I love his style along with other folks who are similar.
  19. Yea, that reminds me why are you talking when you should be working? Why are you sleeping on the job!
  20. Man, that reminds me I am gonna need to buy either a midi keyboard controller that has at leasts 49 keys, or even maybe the novation ultranova's.
