  1. which albums would you recommend? they both seem to have quite a lot...
  2. get their previous one indeed, as Basilisk said, it's way better
  3. you mean there actually is a point to this music
  4. As someone once nicely put it, monkey-on-the-keys-music. There is the occasional suomi release that's actually pretty good, but more often than not it just sounds like a bad joke or plain silly... my opinion. I wouldn't label Eat Static suomi though.

    MEEO

yes, who is MEEO? Nemo, you can't tease us like that and then leave us in the dark...
  6. Care to elaborate? I have the rerelease as well... you think the sound is crap compared to the original release?

  8. I have an RME FF400 and all I can tell you is it works like a dream, never had any problems with it and the sound is crisp and clear. I can't compare it with other brands though since I haven't got too much experience with others. Point is I'd buy it again... anytime
  9. You're right for the most part, today more than ever. But as Anak said go back in time and voila there's your banging prog. Son Kite had quite some tracks which I'd call banging, Nerve too (check their CD-EP)...
  10. Gappeq - Speaker Seeker !!!!!!!! V/A - Bush Food (Zenon Records) V/A - Beauty and the beast (Mighty Quinn) Ace Ventura - Rebirth Penta - Portuguese Abduction Scorb - Ipso Fvcto The Nam Shub Of Enki - Destroy Everything (can't remeber when it was released exactly) Don't have them yet but samples sounded not that bad: Serious Porn Collector - Abuser V/A - Drums and Roses (Blue Tunes) Cheers
  11. Ten years ago I loved to wear those tyedye stuff, not only at parties but also in everyday life. Nowadays though I mostly wear a pair of grey or black trousers, a black hooded sweater and you probably guessed it... a dark coloured shirt, possibly an Ant-Zen or Ad Noiseam shirt. It helps to find some interesting conversations at parties every now and then, if your opposite recognises it that is. I don't mind to see some fluoro or tyedye stuff on other people though...
  12. Zenon Records is pretty much the only label left... Bush Food was awesome, as were their previous compilations I can still add "Ace Ventura - Rebirth" and "Perfect Stranger - Changed" though
  13. loads of stuff at a ridiculous price, don't miss the opportunity clicky edit: hurry or forget it, offer is supposed to end soon it seems
  14. Actually, that'd be awesome, I want to hear that... As for his albums, I join in on "Beam me up"
  15. some good ones have already been mentioned, also check Sibilant - Proper Filth
  16. Holy Ghost - 4am at the crying cactus :posford:
  17. Are you guys serious? At the age of 8 I was playing with Barbie and Ken... so to say
  18. thanks for the laugh anyway, it's not darkpsy but you may like "Phatmatix - Sorcery", it's atmospheric, not too minimal, darkish, even melodic at times and dancey for sure
  19. 16 or 17, almost 28 now and I sometimes feel the urge to move on to something more mature, but fuck it there's nothing else to move on to. All you do is broaden your musical taste and take your occasional timeout of the whole psy stuff but at the end of the day you always come back striving for more...
  20. Intense it is indeed, and fierce. One hell of a heavy and relentless ride, I’d even go as far as calling it the album of the year, for me that is. No problem with homelistening here on my side, I do it ever since I got it, barely touched the rest of the CDs I got. Though I have a very hard time, after listening to it, returning to make my own music, all of a sudden everything I try to make sounds like a bucket full of stirred crap and a total waste of time.
