lumpi replied to devious's topic in Music Making and Production/Industry
There's Cubase 5 already? Feels like I bought Cubase 4 just the other day... man how time goes by -
ah, that's too much honour (why isn't there any blush smiley?)
-
he liked it the sound is a bit distorted, it's gonna be a tough one I guess
-
Ha, after several days of torturing my brain it finally came to my mind... track 3: The Infinity Project - Hyperactive (Acid Rockers rmx)
-
Second track: Bigwigs - Vibrafon First one sounds familiar as well... maybe it clicks with me later on. Damn, such things really drive me nuts!!
-
yep, that's it
-
4.) I know it but can't put my finger on it atm... 5.) absolutely no idea, sorry 6.) Mittelstandskinder ohne Strom (MOS) - Timing
-
OK, second one is „Intact Instinct – When woodworm works worse“, it’s not the live version which is on their “Supply from below” album though, it’s probably the original version. Third one is “Johann – Stranded” (The Delta rmx) to be continued…
-
The first one is "Von Aum - Little Blue Babas" released on Nephilim Records. Unfortunately I can't download more atm as I've got no rapidshare account and my download limit is reached for now.
-
you're welcome It's to be found on Various - Monarchie II (ZMA)
-
creaking doors.... somehow my mind associates Haldolium with this, don't ask me why. Have you tried the first two Haldolium albums "Deagua" and "H2"? masterpieces btw

Just a shot in the dark... Biodegradable - A spoon in the jungle
-
You were there? I envy you!!! that's some nice sound and even nicer video, what I miss is a bit of "dirt" and "distortion". Not exactly what I was searching for but I like it nonetheless

RTP, you nailed it! Fine tune, the CD seems hard to get for a reasonable price though, sold out everywhere. I have no clue, I decided there is Noise Unit sounds familiar in a way, I remember having listened to a CD by them. I'll check the others, thanks Seraph I was looking forward to hearing Empusae live at Maschinenfest in Krefeld this year but I couldn't make it It's not that energetic, agreed, but it's perfect for homelistening... so much depth and mystery. I'm also looking for some low or midpaced, heavy, abrasive stuff if anyone happens to know of any. there' not too much stuff like that on youtube, some examples I found (and yes, it's supposed to sound that way): Morgenstern - Faces Of Phobia Monokrom - A Bunny's Life Keep 'em coming
-
some fine Acidtrance!!
-
I'm searching for some tribal industrial at the moment, stuff like Empusae, Tzolk'in, This Morn' Omina, etc ... Anyone got a useful hint? Something with a mystical atmosphere and an irresistable groove?
-
well, try this in the meantime Servants Of The Apocalyptic Goat Rave
-
I might be way off but if I remember correctly "Tristan - Substance" had some tracks in that vein on it.
-
I only have her "Hideous Brew" album but I can't come up with any similar music. It's quite... different
-
Camanecroszcope, which is actually Iszoloscope and Ah Cama-Sotz, is also a good choice, until now they've released two albums: - Echoes Ov Who Lieth Dead But Ever Dreameth - Echoes Ov A Beckoning Arcanum
-
Distance - My demons (Planet Mu) Various - Sub stance (Aeclectrick Records)
-
DJ Hidden - The later after (Ad Noiseam) example: enjoy PS: I second Current Value!
-
yep, that's a good one, check his album "The Later After", especially the tracks "Scry 7734-5335-345" and "StraightJacket".... mean headbangers also be sure to check this and search for something like psybreaks or similar on these boards and you'll get some more input

Paps - 2000 hands (Son Kite rmx)
