  1. Richi M - Wake Me Up (Extended Version) .. sorry about the video didnt find another with better sound quality on the tube Binary Finary - 1999 (Paul Van Dyk Remix) Loving Loop - Wake up Eternity (United Ravers Remix) Planet Fuse - Silent Wishes [borderline Hardtrance] Earthbound - Essence of life (Trance version) [borderline Acidtrance] I have alot more but 5 vids at a time seems to be the limit. * to clear up discrepencies recently brought to my attention about Progressive Trance from Manuser : This is progressive trance. Why? Cause its trance, aka 4/4 beat, with a newfound choice of melodies, different styles of breakdowns, a more evolved version of the "ordinary" trance. Hence Progressive in its literal term. Progressive meaning evolved, "another version", and simply; New. Ordinary trance being something like System F - Out of the blue (Anthem trance) Robert Miles - Children (Dream Trance) ...and millions of other. Progressive Trance is a mix of eurotrance, eurodance, hardtrance, even acidtrance - and its important to know the difference at least if you take your hobby seriously like me. Ive been a hardcore Trance fan since I was 10 years old. I was born in 1982.
  2. if pleiadians fit the bill, (aka the topic) which is wierd, then all other artists do aswell. astral, hallucinogen, prana, gnotr, transwave, orion, sun project, biot, atmos, digital sun, blue planet corp, cyan, and pretty much every great goa artist to date will the OP please clarify the topic once more.
  3. i just did. several. Peak, I Feel, Nothing Comes Easy; but okay, if you wanna be that way.. im not gonna argue.. I love Sinai too. One of the first real climaxes I heard. (Even though at the time I still thought tracks like Miranda - Gnocchi Remix, and chi-AD - eye am the I was way better.) And I didnt just discover goatrance yesterday. I did when it was still very active, AKA in 1995, and in 1998 my library was pretty decent. I tried to keep it civil, and humourus, (the COMOON BUDDY should let you know I was joking around while still being serious about the topic) you know this, but I give up when I notice resistance (for no apparant reason than to just give me resistance) cus I dont want the demon to come back... And if you cant agree there are better tracks with more intense climaxes than Sinai Ill just stop discussing it any further and hope you expand your mind enough to grasp the concept of other tracks that are quite immensly better. Sinai is even a bit cheesy nowadays, for that matter. Oh and the fact that you say "protip" indicates that you are somewhat more "pro" in goatrance than me, and even if that is the case or not , i think its a bit cocky, you really dont know me, and I dont think you should condescend people like that. I came back right this time, and I intend to stay that way, so Ill leave it here. Enjoy my list, OP, and I hope you find some gems in there that you like. And the fact you claim "I cant" is yet another strange insult and I dont know where it comes from, perhaps old grudges. Cheers ormion, I hope you can learn to forgive me also.
  4. Dj Aries, Malmö, Sweden. His vinyl collection is to drool for and his mixing is flawless, and when minimal progressive psytrance was destroying goatrance, he kept it alive and him alone. For psytrance though I prefer to hear the tracks as a whole. When it comes to Vocal Trance and Progressive Trance, thats another story.
  5. with pleasure; first things first, my very favorite climax all genres, just has to be ; Electric Universe - Peak (start @ 02:44 --> 04:40 ... goosebumbs) and of course Talamasca vs yuman & ben-j - 3 smoking gorillas (start @ 04:10 -->) going back to (oldschool)goa then; (these are more subtle and not in your face like Peak or Sinai - i.e just the way I like em. Micromega and Drums Dont Stop for example - the whole track is a buildup for , for my ears, a very very nice climax) Shakta ft deedrah -lepton head pt2 juan domi jorg - spiritual healing remix mindfield - lets get stoned and watch the freaks crop circles - full mental jackpot (pleiadians remix) talamasca - halloween biot - oxygen orgasm bpc - micromega (bumbling loons remix) manmademan - desire (bumbling loons remix) atmos - drums dont stop gnotr - klunk cosmosis - moonshine digital sun - into the sun p.cok - double doper sun project - I Feel (probably the best track of all the tracks on this list) (easily beats sinai) @ 03:09 --> the 303 that enters at 03:33 beats most. and it keeps going after a small break again @ 5 min mark sun project - space dwarfs infected mushroom - nothing comes easy (easily beats sinai) @ 04:36 -> doof - youth of the galaxy (original mix) miranda - groom lake toi doi - replicant (easily beats sinai) pigs in space - solar x-dream - brain forest (althogh progressive goatrance, still nice climax) yahel - intelligent life (video version) jaia - sillenium shiva shidapu - in dream @ 06:14 slide - alien hitmen gnotr - two vindaloos and an onion bhage and im positive im forgetting about two more.
  6. i dont quite get the topic. for me almost all artists stand on their own. what am I missing? do you mean they have a unique sound that differs from the rest while still in the goatrance genre? then id say Dado Deedrah MFG (NOTHING sounds like MFG. Not even astral or california sunshine - who is closest) Talamasca Boris Blenn Technossommy Biot .... could go on....
  7. adblock plus working as intended here, still showing vids
  8. its not that I think its progressive trance, it is just that it is called that and since im a genre nerd (yeah, its all Trance, even Goa) I like to be accurate when I am talking about trance. Since I have love for so many subgenres - its fun for me to categorize the flavors and styles, into their respective category. Its a game for me, a hobby, you see. And since I have some 5500 tracks in my Trance folder, If I dont categorize into genres and subgenres it would get random pretty quickly.. Lets not argue anymore. Thanks for the remix, pretty sweet! Thats not progressive trance though, as youve also noticed. .. and tbh there are no similarities to progressive trance; in progressive psytrance. Just as there are no similarities between Progressive trance, and Progressive Goatrance...
  9. Thank you mr OOOD for that lengthy reply, just what the Dr ordered. Sorry for the offtopic aswell, was hoping for a new topic but thats fine.
  10. best gnotr for sure well, two vindaloos and an onion bhage comes close but yeah. and how could i forget KLUNK
  11. time dilation is about 10x more complex than Maia. Electra aswell. And about 100x more complex than anything S.U.N has done and the whole FOL together. Sorry if you cant hear that while I adore Sinai, for climaxes... comon buddy.. COMOOOON buddy. There are at least 10 tracks on the top of my head that have more intense climaxes than Sinai. Are you sure you have a big enough collection to claim Sinai has the best climax ever? If so, I respect your opinion - but if not, I suggest you expand your collection.
  12. infected comes to mind Missed Symphony? starts with classical music and instruments... sorta.
  13. the fourth poll option wasnt avaliable so I aint got nothing to pick :/
  14. for complexity Time Dilation is well better than Maia no? in any case from the tracks youve given, my whole goatrance collection could fit as suggestions.. there are a bunch of threads with great lists already, I suggest you browse at least the first two pages of General Psytrance, and youll get alot of epic stuff..
  15. manuser, i never thought hardtrance was progressive trance though. and yeah wiki is rarely on point but the general gist of the en version is kinda accurate, although not 100%. btw, I thought you just called it trance? now you wanna get technical? oh well. btw that wiki article just barely touches on progressive trance even though its a huuge subgenre. and trust me when I say, tracks like Lost Tribe (Matt Derey another HUGE Trance producer) - Gamemaster and Red Flag(MIKE/PUSH) - Pacific Memory are two wonderful examples of Progressive Trance - with YEARS apart in production. Should get you the grasp of what it is. PUSH/M.I.K.E does both trance, progressive trance and anthem/euphoric trance. whatevs bro, have nice evening
  16. i dont know why you dont call it what it is called, instead of just trance.. you see? cause everyone is different and im a genre nerd. whats ur excuse?
  17. ravemission collection contains a lot of crap, but once in a while you find some serious gems in there. another definition of progressive trance is Lost Tribe - Gamemaster.
  18. I didn't thought about the limitations makes you more creative. And that's obviously logical. thanks for clarification guys.
  19. happy bday to you too technossomy! did you also turn 15?
  20. omfg lmao havent watched this show since I dunno, 10 years or something. Im dying if I dont stop laughing soon. Its the first time I smoke weed in 4 months, and I plan to not do it in another 12 months- and Im starting to get pains in my stomach for laughing so hard. If you havent already, check out the brilliant, genious, and intelligent comedy by the great Dave Chappelle, and a good place to start is the first two seasons of Chappelle Show - and his early stand ups. A laugh extends life - not spice - so make sure you enjoy the ride. [and no, my addiction was never to cannabis, has always been very rare occasions. And I dont promote it or encourage it, its not a good thing to do often.]
  21. Yes, I have alot more to explore on this album also. Even though Ive heard every track 3 times now - in different settings - I feel there are 50% left to explore and that is amazing. I feel there are train rides to come, bus rides, plane travel, smoking a blunt travel, what have you. And I might discover a real gem here, that I thought now, was just great, but becomes legendary. Such a feeling, I have not had, for a compilation, in the history of New School Goatrance. Global Sect is where it's at. Much respect to Suntrip though but ya'll have met your match on this one, for sure. With all due respect and love. ps. This compilaton feels like the first time I heard Gamma Goblins part 2. I knew there was more to that track than met the eye (ear). And while I've heard Gamma Goblins 2 about 1000 times now - it took a LONG time for me to discover all the sounds, and appreciate the perfect mixing, structure, and intelligence - that went into that track. This compilation has that same feeling.
  22. btw, maybe not suited for this thread, perhaps in the music production forum - Im genuinely interested on how you and your collab with Goa Travellers worked. Did you use the same software and hardware, did you swap midis, waves, how did the process work? Was it done thru emails, were you guys in the same studio together, who did what, etc. Why Im so curious is that for the latter part of 2015 I begun taking music production more seriously, and really think I can make something happen soon; release wise, and Im working on a collaboration right now - it would be a very interesting topic for me to read, and Im sure, to others aswell who might be interested in how the process of collaborating works. Also Im very open for anyone to share their collab stories, in that very same thread Im now hoping one of you will create
  23. the main logo from astrals Dancing Galaxy, but a little tweaked. i. e the sun with squirly sunrays. Possibly an Om in the middle if I'm feeling cheesy that day
