  1. where's your goggles man? pinned appreciation topic hope that helps. now, get on with the program. first on your list: to the barber shop to get curly hair.
  2. Not too good, pales compared to, let's say Outolintu or Haltya deputs. There are too many uninspired moments on the album, where they repeat the same structure over and over.
  3. This must be the progressive dance album I've ever had the pleasure to hear. :) Although the deput "Lime Structure" left me quite cold, I wanted to check this one out. After all, Manzazilla was really solid tune on that one so I knew they had potential. How this album progresses is really exceptional. It starts with 3 chilly house tunes. Erosion must be the best track of the year 2007. Such melodies you rarely hear. It starts with dubby beats and at the second half of the album it really peaks into heavenly heights with enormous trancey melodies. You need to hear this. Classic material already. Then follows few electro-house tunes. The electro vibe is unique with its lightness. It's not too heavy on the ears. But that's only part of the charm. The fat beats and background echos give enormous depth to the tracks. Well done Vibrasphere boys! The closing chill-out tracks are also worth your while. Only little flaw is on the "mountain lake" track. It has enormous potential to even outshine "Erosion" with its delicate piano strings. I was hoping them to push the melody that starts even further (maybe key-change) but it awkwardly ends. Half baked track that could've been so much. Too bad. Still, one of the highlights for this year. Varied interesting journey to housier side of trance and electro. 9/10 and recommended! ^_o
  4. I bet you tried to fast-forward the set... listen from start to finish, it'll work.
  5. one of my top cds, great buy.
  6. where's the witty smile now? look at godford's face. how obviously can you notice: "less than 10 pages of praising" you people make me sick to my stomach!
  7. the mixing wasn't too great, althou I enjoyed most of the tracks. keep it coming
  8. I must admit my bad taste and say 'dance of the cosmic serpent' is one of the worst tracks on the album. there's only one melodic structure, very average and unimaginative, repeated over and over and over again, yai! synth fx - goes down in scale - comes up in scale. where do I find a piece of smelly cheddar when I need one? there are some good tracks here too, no doubt. the following 'the other side' for example has catched my interest well this far. much more imagination in those cosmosis-trademark quirks and has quite catchy melodies too dare I say.
  9. is it the lack of coffee or am I reading you're willing to give away your precious? utter blasphemy no worries man, I'll twist the old testament in my mailbox soon, promise.
  10. are you using intense visitation from the vinyl or from goa gil's mix cd?
  11. I took almost a month for the cd to arrive, but it arrived. thanks wesley!
  12. The own/want ratio on Discogs shows an approx. of 5/1. Almost 250 members have it. The album has been released on 4 different labels. I recall hearing the CID-press was 25000 copies. Discogs prices in many cases are very greedy, like just now.
  13. these would be obvious choices but I don't own the albums. ;< Now you have it, I came out of the closet. TLD is on it's way to my " collection top-5" thou, and Twisted should be easy to pick.
  14. Cd that's fairly easy to get, for 30 euros? 7 pounds
  15. But I don't own any Shpongle albums! :-s Why do you think I didn't list Hallucinogen? I'll throw you a small comment on all of them, if you got interested Aavepyörä - Electro Fluoro Punx | The best 604 album on 21th century. <3 Taika-Kim has amazing skill for melodies and creates really funky vibe on his tracks. I don't think there's such material elsewhere. and hey, you can download this _for free_ at his website www.aavepyora.net ! | Ubar Tmar - Fusion | Goa from '97. What can I say? The best japanese psy-album created. Has my fav'e goa track ever on it - electric voodoo man. I might upload it for ye! | MCMLXV - Untitled | Techno House sound from the brits. If you visit his website www.mcmlxv.net you can download some of his tracks. I suggest sirocco. | Joris Voorn - Future History | Detroit techno... wonder if this genre rings any bells for you? Basicly, lots of warm synth melodies fused with techno beat. Got smashing good reviews on Discogs. | Kaito - Hundred Million Light Years | Happy melodies all over. This has everything you could hope from the word "trance". Think ambient? Shpongle. Psytrance? Hallucinogen. Melodic trance? Kaito. |

  21. So you were gonna be the only DJ? No doubt you seem to have nice taste, people should be enjoying themselves, but wouldn't you like to dance too instead of just playing?
  22. OOOD's Free Range. I found even the best track on the album (with Ott) to be quite average...
  23. are you refunding my purchase then?
