Yes i love this place too. 2006 -2008 was the best period by far with as many as 100 active members? not too far off the mark i hope lol , and it used be a riot in here. Not a single dull day ... lots of those members left with offtopic shutting down but those genuinely interested in the music continued lurking the general and reviews section. Its obviously a bit slow now but with off topic back hopefully the vibe like the good ol days could return again who knows...

Its a pity that the roots of Goa/ psytrance lie in India and there just about 10 odd active artists making music here. I shouldnt be the one to talk since i dont fall in that category but still its kind of strange.

+1 .. It was Astral all the way till i discovered MFG. Their sound is exactly what i was looking for in oldschool which i always found lacking in some way or the other in most Goa trance.

Agree with Tetrasect. I really hope it is something new , fresh and genre redefining... whatever he comes up with will fall short of the hype and expectation around the "Hallucinogen" brand.. i never really could get into Twisted or any of his albums the way 95% of old schoolers did , i just dont know what others are hearing that im not .. i really want to like him and maybe the 3rd album will do that. I like the modern approach that he took with "Pipeworm" in God save the Machine . Anything on those lines will an insta like from me.

Very good idea , although this board has T2MU who doesnt try to miss a single release. He even has gif's to go with each track and the entire review flows like a stand up comedy ! He wont be amused though , you steal his thunder and his market with this thread
