    @antic, you are coming up with an harsh words such as asshole... why is that? The music is killer and promising even just from samples and that is what counts, i wonder why people complain about mastering before releases are even out and just judging some samples. Get the release, listen to it and then we can hear your opinion in a review thread. Criticizing before the time has come it is just wrong in my opinion. Your comparison is interesting and very subjective but i think all these matters, should come out later on, in another thread, don't you think?

    All tracks are from 1995-1998, as usual, there are no new productions.

    @Manuser, yes it would be something for the future, but the matter is not forgotten. I hope you guys liked the sample, the full tracks are really great and mastering sounds really good.

    It will happen, it is already signed on and agreed, but most likely end 2016, early 2017, we will see how it goes, i have 4 releases coming before that!

    it sounds so familiar, but, it might be a very rare track. I just discovered for instance that some artists had some vhs only tracks, such as Virtuart with Goagogo released only here https://www.discogs.com/DJ-Serge-Hypnotic-Trance/release/1651479, maybe it is that one, who knows!

    Hello everyone, it is with great pleasure that I can finally announce the tracklist for VA - Analog Trips. I am sorry it took so long but, we wanted to be 100% sure about all tracks, since we ran into sound troubles and we couldn't find a perfect rip for one of the tracks. I am positive you will all be thrilled about this release as we were creating it, me and Mark aka DJ Solitare. It's the second of a series of three, that has as a theme the Analog sounds/vibrations and from Dreams we shifted towards Trips this time, denoting the music here is quite trippy in itself. All the tracks have been tested and carefully selected by yours truly together with Mark and we are sure you'd like the diversity but also the consistency and the quality of the music contained. The release will have a wonderful 8 page booklet with histories about the tracks and how we found them, all nicely packaged as usual. The graphic came out real nice and we wanted to dare a bit , with a lovely model that allowed us to use her portrait for this angelic compilation. Cheers!! Draeke

    hahaahaha well maybe Jos saved one for me, i had asked but then we never spoke about it also i am buying less and less, just the fundamentals, as i prefer to invest in the production of dat rather than collecting now.

    Spring is here, so I have to share some general news: 1 I am about to announce the tracklist of VA - Analog Trips, but we need to wait for a track to be found in good quality, as it is always a great issue to find the tracks we want to release in the best possible quality. (artwork is finished and all other tracks have been mastered as well but we realized this particular track, needed to be found in better quality as it was weaker than the rest) 2 I can confirm that Nick Doof agreed to the making of the t-shirts, so I will resume that project too now and I already have 3 designs for them, will see what looks best with him. 3 I am also working on pressing more vinyl but, again, not to jinx anything, I will announce only when I will have a crowd-funding taking place as you know vinyl are very expensive to make and I need to see how many would want a copy.

    Very good news, this finally saw the light of the day. I want to share some background info. I had contacted Gilles some years ago to start working together and at the time Dimensional Records released his previous album, one album had to come out on DAT, but I was swamped and I had signed already contracts with other artists, so I had to follow an order of release. Long story short I had a talk with Suntrip as they were able to release more records than DAT per year and we agreed that we could have a participative release where I'd be involved in track selection, and executive production. The work was carried out most by Suntrip but most of the tracks were the same that I would have released on DAT, should it have been released with my label. I am very happy and proud of the work they've done and that I've helped with and the release sounds spectacular. Something to be really enjoying as its music is distinctive and special. Marvellous mastering and crystal clear sounds from master of psychedelia Toi Doi! Please support and buy the CD

    This thread certainly went beyond a promo announcement, I have enjoyed the music and find it very good and professionally made, I am sorry that the release was not properly released when the time was right (last summer) but am glad that finally is out now. This album deserves to be heard and if Kris can read me here, the music is amazing, i love all the tracks and find this release super good. You should perform live mixes and oldschool tracks in your sets because they are history, and part of this scene. I think we should really leave the negative vibes out of this release, I have read comments about political views, criticism to races and what not. All that has no place on psynews in my views and we should just comment the music here. As for every released record in the world, there will be people who love it (like me) and people who find it mediocre or even bad, but that should not stop other people enjoying it and should certainly not lead an artist to decide not to perform his own music, regardless of comments and critiques. I hope the cd will be spread more and that the music will be heard, at home and at parties, as it deserves to be heard.

    All the shippings are managed by Marek in Poland, if your pack has not arrived after the 14 of march, then write an email to mindrewind (at) datrecords.it and inquire there, every pack was shipped around the 1st of March, we had received the copies just a couple of days before that, so it is only logical not all the copies have arrived yet. All orders have been shipped, i can tell you that, and all have a tracking number, so if after 2-3 weekes they have not arrived, we can track it online . I myself got my copies yesterday 8th of march, so that should be an indication, some places get mail faster than others, that's all. Thanks for the support!

    @thanosp81, for once I am not in charge of any shippings/managing orders. All is dealt by Joseph in Malta and Marek in Poland who prepares all the packs and ships them. So any issue with delays, refer to them. In any case, I know all packs are being shipped in order of arrival, and none will be forgotten.

    I was really busy with my huge schedule so instead of releasing it myself next year i worked with Suntrip to make it happen sooner, I will however probably release some tracks of Toi Doi in the future, I am thinking about an EP. In any case, the album is really stellar and I am sure it will make a lot of people happy, we also decided the tracklist together with Suntrip, for the best possible release ever of psychedelic madness goa by Toi Doi

    It indeed is real and @Ankur, Gizmex aka Marek is like a distributor in Eastern Europe for goa trance, he acquires large volumes of everything that gets released and resell it from Poland, a really special person who helps us with the manufacturing and shipping of the mind rewind series. In any case, I can see that the cd was pressed and it is nice that people can finally get it.

    they should always release 2 versions of their albums, one with vocals and guitars and one instrumental version, you know, for the fans from 20 years ago

    I think that whoever paid for the release and did not get his money back, should contact someone close to Tal in israel, and try to see if maybe someone can help them get the discs they paid for ? I know that everyone who ordered in the last months did not get any pack from the label itself but since the discs are indeed pressed, they should be delivered to who paid for them, it is the only logical thing to do.

    It is an absolutely brilliant selection of the best unreleased tracks of Toi Doi, and I feel like Ormion about this one... an absolutely stellar release, trust me, i could hear some previews of it, and I cannot wait to see it released, go Suntrip!!!

    "Yes I saw links in the email, but it would've been more work as it was one download per track!" Sorry but this is not true for IFO: I have sent links to zipped files with mp3, flac and artwork, so definetely not to download track by track. I tried a system with using the mega.nz provider and works good, better than offereing a file by file download like with other releases with the shop system.
