  1. Very bland, I could not enjoy this one at all...
  2. Not at all! no no no if anything there aren't enough opinions out there...how else should one make good music without knowing what people consider as good music! I work on music as a creative outlet, to express and trap certain energies into a form I can call on any moment just by hitting a play button - but at the same time I do this only so I can share these energies with other people, thats what makes it all worth it - otherwise it would be a shockingly brilliant waste of time spending 50 hours on a 6 minute track only I will here. The music is for you! I'm glad you shared your thoughts on those extremely primitive work in progress samples Chis, and you too Jon for sending me some PMs some time ago with your thoughts. all I can say is I can't wait to show ya what me and Jeremy have got in store, we're really happy with the project. Now why won't anyone comment on this track??? http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YGIOCYQ6
  3. I love this and am so bummed out that all the copies are sold out everywhere. Derango blows my mind hundreds of times, superior production to anything I've heard and really aggressive psychedelica. I really pick up alot of heavy metal vibes and subtleties in their music coupled with amazing effects. Chis the crazy wooshings you actually here are actually melodies, all very melodic and unique. The first step is realizing they are the leads ^^. I've never heard an artist be able to compose melodies out of effects, or effects out of melodies, and all thrown together so naturally and perfectly. Its odd how this has such a varried response, its just one of those things, you either have an ear for it or you don't - it goes down to just taste
  4. Wow!...... Finish it, finish it! Amazing trip, you really are a master of this art, flavorful full-bodied dark psytrance. Its so much more than your typical bag of darkpsy. Lars you are right up there with Derango and Penta in my opinion - and more like a cross between the two with a heavy dose of industrial sound and H.R. Geiger-inspired acid dreams. The track as it is I'd already give it a 8.5 or 8.8 /10 I know this is work in progress and you probably realize this yourself - 3:00 and the middle segment needs some more variation or quick kick/bass breaks. Love the climax you are heading towards, incomplete though it is. I can imagine you busting out some of your sad yet beautiful artistic dreamy climaxes with lovely pads and amazing cyber melodies.
  5. ....fuck! :-o
  6. Jeremy just updated our myspace with some new extracts and samples check em out to hear what we're expiramenting with. http://www.myspace.com/aerosis
  7. Wow very indepth review Jon Cocco thank you. Its nice having someone evaluate a peice of work so well. Very well worded and very thought provoking impression. I understand how you mean, you're absolutely right. There definately are sections of the track that have the chance to take you somewhere different but don't do it. Its true though that the aerosi are well aware of the flaws as well as the positive parts of take a suntrip its a 135BPM track, no madness expected but just a nice party starter/intro track, primarily it serves to debut to our audience that we are followers of the goa style and capable of establishing the goan vibe in our trance music, as well as connecting with the style that was last heard 6 years ago. I don't wager that it demonstrates many new things (there is contorsion for that demonstration ). technically this is the first track completed by Aerosis, the second one came shortly after yet was started earlier - Contorsion, which you'll be able to hear on suntrip's V/A Twist Dreams very soon. I'd be very interested in your review on that track Since then we've started atleast 30 peices, thrown a some out, demo'd a few others, greenlighted about 5 golden new ideas, we've established and are exploring 3 predominant styles of goa trance and right now we are simply searching for those new sounds, feelings, and emotions to express just as you said. We don't like "typical goa", nor am I interested in ripping successful formulas from hallucinogen or astral projection. Those styles have been washed out and used far too much and just generally I think they're overused and have become borring. Jeremy and I have made some really interesting experiments. Contorsion being the first you'll all be able to hear I don't mean to overhype Aerosis, but I do mean to communicate my intent with the project. Goa has always been the music of infinite emotion and possibilities, it has the most freedom and depth to it out of any music I know. Far better than the 1-2 feelings psytrance offers Yet there is still alot of work for us to do. I don't wish to show anything until completely satisfied with the style. It should not only be a good track but be an expandable style, flow well, as well as mix well with current new goa. We're trying to make a new dance culture afterall The next Aerosis apearance will be on the Metapsychic free compilation currently in process, followed by hopefully an 3-5 track EP by the summer. I'll try and post a preview of the track for the V/A as soon as I can, as soon as I get it up to par with Mindsphere's quality Hehehe Thank you to everyone who is recieving this new goa project so warmly when it is still so early in its infancy.
  8. Very good tracks infact. Vassilis showed me some new material from you Congrats, thats all that needs to be said, you're on a very strong path =]
  9. Yeah honestly FL is a great program. Maybe 3 years ago when it was still developing and it was Fruity Loops 4 it had some short ends, but by the 5th release they pack as much into that program as any of the other studios have. What sells me is simply how quick and responsive FL is, I can get an idea down in the sequencer much much faster.
  10. I just got back from this I had an amazing time, this party could go on for such a long long time, the outdoor location is perfect! - bobby
  11. Sent, 19 out of 10 winners, who'da thunked it
  12. V/A - Sanatonic Audio right here or Jikkenteki gah I can't pick 2 can I. I'll go for Sanatonic Audio
  13. Well, to answer your question with perhaps the feedback you're looking for - I think this track has some amazing elements in it...but.... overall they are murky and I do think there is too much repetition going on - atleast with the breakbeat metal drums, the crash is too much and drowns out and thats what gets repetitive I believe. At the same time 5:40 through the end is AMAZING and really innovative. Some of the best mixed with some of the worst is how I'll say it. I think the track'll have more success if you save the hard climax with the drums for after 5:40 the way it is now, and with the previous parts of the song try to build it up in a trance inducing format, with alot of those floaty leads carrying you off. Thats my intuition - otherwise its like the track is one big climax and when you get to the actual climax its nearly the same as what you've already heard. In short, the climax is gold The content is repetitive, thats how i'll summarize it for ya A great expirament! You can get something good out of this I believe. Have you thought about contacting labels with a promo album? Its about time you score a release Lars, I honestly believe cybernetika will be a big name, perhaps in 2007 when you release an album? The style I like most from you is your dark dancable beats with floaty emotional leads, often dark and beautiful themselves. Also I love your twisted FX side, with tracks like dust talk, and astranimus. Neuromancer also blew my mind in its altered state probably in the way you intended it. Seriously one of the trippiest effects I've ever heard and connected with near the end of that track. The track I did as Mindcrawlers - Elixer, is something I'll be honest in saying you inspired
  14. Hey Cosmic Flower - I'll offer to master for your next compilation release. Alot of the tracks are great here but I notice they are on an "as is" state, no mastering or volume balancing. I'm not saying I'm the best or infact very good but I sure can use this to gain some experience and knowledge, and then again I definatly wouldn't say I'm "bad" at mastering Hit me up an email at aerosis@gmail.com
  15. Yeah it does This is Tau2 we're talking about Add an EQ and you can get any modern bass sound
  16. Lars, The Promised Land is one of the best psy tracks I've heard - honestly. Do you do live acts anywhere? I'm DLing this new track right now you have here, I won't be dissapointed. Your music started being amazing back in 2004 even
  17. Muon Tau 2 is very popular among alot of the artists here, myself, cybernetika, lost buddha, etc. Very awesome bass, with good FX you can turn it into 303 or a lead too.
  18. Having huge FX chains on lots of synths is what usually gulps the most CPU. Now thats strange that you are maxing out the buffer length (under audio settings right?) and it still clips, you must have a really terrible computer . More memory will help, turn off all programs you don't use and if you abit more tech-savvy, go to task manager and end task on a bunch of useless shit to free up memory, this will help a little bit. But mostly turn off your effects. Actually, not only turn them off but delete them. Muting doesn't work since the FX are still loaded in memory. Simply save and export your non-vital FX and then remove them, you can add them back later for the render. This will solve your problem. That or remove bulky synths that use lots of CPU, like z3ta. Thats the only thing you can do. If this is happening now and you didn't have this problem before, something has changed on your system or your FL settings to cause this. Investigate.
  19. I know there is this really weird thing where if I post at a thread I seem to kill it and no one ever posts again. But uh, fuck you guys , I'm gonna bump this so people can download the track. This really is a good track. 8.5/10 to 9/10
  20. Another thing is that whenever I post, 9 times out of 10 I seem to kill the thread and no one replies anymore. It even happened here. Its really weird but its starting to bug me, I'm serious, no one ever checks a thread when they see the last post is by me...like, I've been here since 2004, member #301 and its been almost 3 years now.
  21. Ot 3 godini se uchia da pravia goa, see the links in my sig. I've got a track on Suntrip's Twist Dreams compilation as Aerosis. Aerosis is my newschool goa project I do with Jeremy Green. No I don't produce oldschool See a preview here Promotional Preview (an older version of Contorsion on the suntrip VA plays in the first 2 minutes of this preview). More previews and tracks are at our myspace - http://www.myspace.com/aerosis If anything the U.S. needs goa trance Its soooo underground and uncommon here. At the very least Bulgaria knows about it, I was in an internet cafe there and the guy that owned it had some classics playing. Over here in California, the locaiton is perfect, the people are wonderful - but no one knows about goa! When they do though, some pretty cool shit goes down The U.S. is really ignored in the international scene. Not true, I posted a thread long ago here and... basically I learned the hardway to swallow my pride and be patient in acquiring production skills. If its any comfort to radi, his first track is better than my first track, but then again I was 15 when I made it. (I'll be 18 in about a week). When it comes to talent, age is irrelevent, you'll get where you want to go if thats what you want. Radi first thing you gotta do is learn to make music for yourself, not to please hallucinogen fans Please yourself. Really, the best advice is your own. Everyone here including you listens to the same thing when we hear your track, thats the fact. There is no break, thats a fact, people like breaks, thats another fact. You're aware of all the problems as well as we are, forget about pride, that masks the truth, there is no such thing as a perfect production you can only try try try and try even more. The only comforting thing is that you will always get better. Its impossible to become dumber and less talented with time. Well...so long as you aren't MFG
  22. !!! Better than Molecular Restrictive. And that was my 2nd favorite track on Pyramidal Transcendance. Wow this is good. Your bass makes my eyes go wide!
  23. Lars you never fail to impress me. Or make me dance. At the same time. I particularly like how your music is catchy, dancable, and emotional with melodic breaks all in one. Really successful formula you got going. Like someone else said, Boosting <80-90hz and >6000hz is a good idea Are you planning any releases, or albums? How do you get all these effects and darksounds? Albino can't seriously make all that can it??
  24. My favorite color is Lazerrr! I still can't get enough of that one! Oh and I showed a bunch of friends like I said, everyone was laughing!
  25. Well he is a little crecy sometimes...but we love stalker. No one bans stalker. Look guys, I as a bulgarian can affirm that we are the most stubborn people ever. This thread really doesn't need 8+ pages only telling radi that his music is alright but has this that and this wrong with it, we all get the point, he gets it but his bulgarian blood will keep him fighting for his honor for the last. I remember a long time ago I posted what I called a "Good goa track" and I got flamed to bits for not being a 9.5/10 track that people immediatly expected. Now you radi, went ahead and said you have a "Hallucinogen" style track. Go figure the kind of responce people will give But in the end we're all priateli, right?
