  1. Already so excited! DOOF!!!! Sid Shanti! Tsuyoshi vs Roy Sason!!! This is gonna be fucking sweeeeeeet! And a bit earlier in the year too. Am excited to see what the place is like earlier in the peak-heat season 😃
  2. that's pretty sweet! wish the Younger Brother albums were a bit more special with their packaging and pressings, but at least I finally have them all on vinyl. Flock of Beeps has REALLY grown on my over the past few years since Vaccine dropped. Flock of Beeps is a real fucking legit album
  3. Excited for the album Drezz! You're good peeps and your music is so unique and brilliant. Wish more people listened and respected your craft and what you bring. Elektrik Orgasm remains a high water mark of record labels Be well dude =) Hope our paths cross again and send Seanie and his family my love <3
  4. Thank you for the Indoor recommendation @Basilisk! I love both Ofer and Avi and, somehow, never learned of or listened to Indoor until about 04 or 05 years ago (same with Tandu). Good good stuff =)
  5. The past couple of sets I've seen of Juno have been rather... meh. I miss the live shows with Amampondo =( Needs to stop playing that fucking Gravity Kills remix...
  6. I really wish I could organize my music in multiple folders at once. I use Tags for OSX to designate format/bit level (FLAC v WAV v MP3) but I can't use it for genres in the same way. It would be great, without making copies and wasting space, or doing shortcuts/aliases, and place files in multiple folders for easy access/retrieval when digging for music. I'm trying to get better at tagging stuff within Rekordbox, as it would kinda work the same, I just only listen via Rekordbox when actively DJing, not just when listening/looking for music.
  7. ???? I must have missed some drama but that's all a bummer to read. Hope everyone is okay...
  8. Ooooh! Great topic and I need to go through a take some notes. I use a pair of OnePlus Buds that came in a package deal with my current phone. They are not great. They are okay but I would never actually encourage anyone to go buy them. I also have a paid of Sennheiser over the ear ones (HD 4.40BT). I rarely use them anymore though. Prefer the in-ear for regular walks/commuting/working out. I really want a new set of something though and will use this as a potential shopping list.
  9. I was just listening to this the other week. Fucking love that album and his sound. Was so refreshing and groovy when it came out. Good good stuff
  10. I don't see either of my comps on there, so I'd recommend Crop Circle Jerk Blue Balls
  11. Got that Yamabikaya release immediately. So stoked on that
  12. Dude! I fucking LOVE Yamabikaya I really need a digital copy of Growler Thank you for this release!
  13. Sean was great. He is really vested in the stockhausen music. He has heard me gush about how great the fest is, I have no idea if anyone has even approached him to play, but I would like to hope that it will happen
  14. Was posted a year ago =) Good times Click for Tracklist:
  15. Might want to remove the option to receive payment. Not everyone is cool with people making money on unofficial remixes/bootlegs... Can put up on Soundcloud with free downloads if that determined to spread it
  16. This is all a ploy to charge more for those "special" gigs... lol
  17. Favs (in no real order) Producer Sets: Texas Faggott, Nervasystem, Sandman, X-Dream, Prometheus (both sets), Prana, Psychaos DJs: Andrew Till, Nick Taylor, Tsuyoshi, Solitaire, (and that Goa Guardian who played a grip of Platipus tracks)
  18. Dado very much played Synthetic "Time Bandits" from 100% Pure. Absolutely one of my favorites of his and I was stoked to hear it (and Deedrah's "Wizard Demo") Not the best set of the weekend but still a good time =)
  19. I remember them playing a more extended/enhanced version of that when I brought them out in 2000 for their debut American performance. It was fucking madness when they played it. It was then released on the first Mandalavandalz disk Hong Kong Nightlife (still one of their best albums under any moniker and they played a few cuts from it at ZNA). Oh how I loved that night and them showcasing Zen Paradox -> Andrew Till -> Texas Faggott for everyone front and center (and how Nick Taylor essentially took over that morning spot he was scheduled to tag team with Ray Castle. Oh how I love me some Nick Taylor!!!!)
  20. Well fuck yeah! That was a true blast. While I was excited to hear Sandman, I was blown away by how much that ruled. I have a new found respect and love for him now. So many fantastic and wonderful sets, so stoked Andrew Till, Nick Taylor, and Texas Faggott got to share some funky and twisted tunes. Looking forward to whatever comes about at the next one!
  21. It's hard to read the various programs for the different stages, so here's a simple one-day-per-page PDF with each stage in its own column. Hopefully it's a bit easier to navigate for those inclined =) (doh! can't upload PDFs, so here are a sequence of JPGs) Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: Sunday: Monday: Woo0o0o0o0ooo000o0oo!!! So little time for sleep =)
  22. We are super fucking excited and ready for the beach. We need to decompress and relax =)
  23. There was a time when it was real hard to create a mix/journey blending current and classic tracks. Now, it's super fucking easy. There's so much great music out there (and so so much rubbish). There are some classic tracks that just would never get released these days and it's a bummer as some of those refreshing/unique tracks remain untouched in excellence. I just woke up and haven't finished my coffee, apologies if my word-vomit made no sense. Can't wait to be on the beach of Portugal in one-month and dancing to some great music...
