  1. <<Is there any other electronic genre that covers such a wide variety of topics or atmospheres?>> I've got a friend who is really into Jungle/DnB and he keeps trying to convince me that the jungle scene is similar to Goa. I disagree but he really wants me to understand it the way he does. lololol 😃
  2. I enjoy this track too 😃 (I mean, I unabashedly love most SUN Project in general, but this is a fun remix)
  3. No. I kinda tuned that part out. Not out of disrespect. Just don't really engage with some of that. 😃
  4. I mean, many artists perpetually tweak their songs over the years. If the song sounds done, then it can always be adjusted down the way if you want to I'm guessing labels are more likely to take interest if they like your song, not your rough sketch beginning idea of a song. I would think you should probably send the completed track. I believe some labels also test tracks on the dance floor to determine engagement before releasing things, so another reason to send completed tracks. Others might have other thoughts, but that's my perspective from when I briefly had a couple of record labels.
  5. <<Then I read about Vaccine Electronic through the narrative that Younger Brother caved into pressure from fans not liking Vaccine, and I must admit this narrative immediately soured my expectations of Vaccine Electronic, because if that is true, it is rarely good when an artist works under duress.>> I dunno. From talking with Benji, I do not take this to be the case. Maybe you know more than I...
  6. lolololol As you said in another thread: <<Don't just delete messages like that, leave them up. Now Noone in the future will have any idea what was said.>> LMFAO
  7. Also, the different singles were released on various labels and comps. Not all were mastered as well as others. Having everything mastered by the same person for the same release will give it a bit more coherence 😃 Thankful they didn't do the loudness wars stuff too! 😃
  8. I saw that it was reported three times. Another mod must have seen that too and must have removed it based on those reports. I dunno mang, we're getting worked up over a sheet of paper. 😕 Hopefully we'll get to see a copy of it at some point.
  9. I didn't delete anything. The actions were taken before I came in and posted. Wasn't me. Don't be like that.
  10. Please calm down peeps with the aggression and name calling. It's unneeded and unnecessary Please be civil
  11. I remember the breath of fresh air that first SST 12" of Eupsychia was when it was first released. Then the follow up from Yamabikaya. Then the Infected Mushroom release (which remains the only IM 12" I still listen to). They were a fantastic label and released so much great music. Jorg blessed us with much great releases 😃 He will be missed RIP
  12. Those early 3D Vision releases felt so groundbreaking and revolutionary at the time. So much energy and drive. Felt extremely rich and layered. Loved very very much
  13. I used to love that track! (well, the original. not sure I've listened to the remix) Totally forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me! 😃
  14. It was very old school with those sick dark bass lines Soooo killer Very special
  15. Sandman live at ZNA in 2022 was such a killer and wicked set. Highly recommend checking him out if you get the chance 😃
  16. I consider it one long track that is snipped up for art's sake 😃
  17. Don't forget UbarTmar!! Macrometasomakosmos is over one-hour! It's split up into 89 tracks alternating between 0:55 and 0:34 seconds
  18. Peacemaker is excellent! I've recently gotten into Bones. This show knows exactly what it is doing
  19. The private eye guy leaves soon. Then it's more space stuff with the main 3-person crew (along with some occasional new additions and a building of the larger outer worlds). But yeah, because of the show style/pacing, the characters are not the easiest or quickest to click with. Maybe tap out and try again in a few years if interested again. There have been some movies/shows I have not been into but then enjoyed at a very different time 😃 Cheers mate!
  20. The Expanse is a dense show. You really got to go all in with the metaphors and imagery. It's a great show but it is long (06 seasons) and kinda slow at times. The story arc that starts it off isn't the end game. If you make it through the first season and love the characters, keep going. But if you ain't feelin' it, then don't bother. Ir's real good but is not for everyone. 😃
  21. I like the sequencing. It's like a warm-up DJ set. Starts a bit slow and evolves and ends a bit more energetic to lead into the next set. Once the disk is over, put on something more engaging. I also find, even though the BPM is a bit faster, it pulses slow. It's a nice vibe. But I do respect and understand the frustration if you were enjoying the chill out vibes and wanted that to solely continue. That's where the second/remix album comes into play. It is all chill and mellow
  22. Yeah. I've always thought this was a more interesting project than Shpongle and always hoped for a follow up. There's the second album of alternate versions and a few new tracks but it's not really a follow up.
