  1. I think it means he likes you, hopefully in a platonic kind of way!
  2. I'm sorry. I'm a deadly serious person and thus cannot participate in such silly threads. I know not how to be silly, though I am willing to learn! Through pain and hard work I might be able to achieve such an important life skill. Sincerely, 100% Serious
  3. I've got ideas swimming around in my head. If something presents itself to me I will definitely keep you in mind!
  4. I don't know. I kind of like the aliased version. Just imagine the possibilities.
  5. I spent a lot of bike rides to work listening to The Feelings last summer which I feel is often overlooked. I also greatly enjoy The Prophecy.
  6. The Omega Point http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/the-omega-point Almost forgot how good this compilation is.
  7. This is the 9th album released under the name Entheogenic. As some of you may have noticed, I really enjoy me some Entheogenic. Each album has had something special within them for me to discover and A Singularity Encoded is no different. This album continues the trend of the last several Entheogenic albums including more vocals and acoustic guitars than albums of old. What is immediately noticeable to me however, is the unique songwriting on display here. There is something less formulaic, less switching back and forth between repeating sections that sometimes make the other albums hard t
  8. Only Yesterday Directed by Isao Takahata What a beautiful movie!
  9. That's what I was afraid of. Now I am off to find some real field recordings that do not loop. http://freesound.org/
  10. Currently listening to the sound of rain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-yu4NoS1HM It slightly bothers me that I will never know if all these 10 hour recordings on youtube are actual continuous unique recordings, or if they just loop. Surely I am not the only person who has thought about this.
  11. Nice work mate! It is a very beautiful song indeed! I hope to hear more music from you.
  12. I need to find the time to listen to this album all the way through, but so far I love what I hear! I am really starting to get a feel for the style. I can tell the kicks, basslines, leads are all fast approaching something really pretty unique in goa trance at the moment. It's spacey, hard hitting, trancey, ethereal. Also, I had to double check to make sure I wasn't going crazy, but these 5 tracks total 52 minutes. That's over 10 minutes per track on average! At that rate Imba could only fit at most 7 tracks on a full length CD.
  13. It's like you knew I just got paid today and I will have money to spare in the next month or so!
  14. Oh yea! It was fantastic! I was fortunate enough to see it in the theaters despite having been originally released back in 2013. It's nice to know that quality animation is still being made all around the world. I'm excited to see what kind of animation gets made given the tools available these days. And I'm not referring to CGI. I'm talking computer aided animation. They can use computers to animate hand drawn things. Much of Boy and the World is like a multi-layered collage brilliantly brought to life.
  15. Just got back from seeing Boy and the World.
  16. Mindsphere is the name of the Goa Trance project by Ali Akgun from Istanbul, Turkey. Mental Triplex is the name of a trilogy of albums to be released by Suntrip Records throughout 2016. This first album titled Presence is a remarkable work of melodic, floating, goa trance. It should be no surprise to hear that 3 albums worth of music are to be released when apparently hours upon hours of music were sent to Suntrip Records. I would like to think there was an exciting story of a massive hard drive being shipped from Turkey to Belgium where it had to clear customs and no one knew exactly what was
  17. I couldn't even... I wouldn't know where to start. Too many melodies burned into my brain. At the moment Cydonia - Animals is on loop in my head. Edit: Just had the interesting sensation of the melodies from Animals playing at the same time as the melodies from Cosmosis - Innerspace.
  18. This might seem like a strange one to mention, but Cosmosis. Bill managed to go on for a long time and keep a style that I think is very much his own. Sure, the bass lines and general production moved towards full on, but albums like Synergy, Contact, and Intergalactic are all highly unique things.
  19. I love the orange on purple color tones. The font is simple yet slick. The desert rocky landscape and the moon remind me of my favorite science fiction. It's just alien enough to make you stop and look at it for a moment, yet easy on the eyes. Not psychedelic, but aesthetically pleasing to me.
