tracks may be fine, but the concept is soooo stupid

Its stupid since they can get a fine for it. Tarrantino is a very smart man, and makes all his movie titles trademarks hehe (Not all producers do that). If he sees that, he COULD fuck that label bigtime... lets hope it does not happen :) But it is a complete rip off hahaha :)

Well done :)

since the label owner is a millionaire, Tarantino could get extra money throught the court :)

Label is registered with distributors, etc all around the world and law is active there ;)

so... anything could happen.

wow so any body who says kill bill or prints the words kill bill can be sued? So if a paper print David tried to kill Bill in a murder attempt this weekend... they would first have to get his permission? I think not... I'd say if you tried to make a movie called Kill Bill he would put an end to it, but I doubt it incorporates the entire entertainment market... I would also say that whoever made the cd is a a fan of the movie, is a fan of Tarantino, and would know whether this was legal or not... the idea that you could be sure for using the title "Kill Bill" is a joke... maybe next on the list is Sandman for calling his track "Natural Born Killer" It's a funny name and I"m sure very good music... better than 99% of the shit and the shit names coming out of Israel!! "Back to Glaxy" they should be out in prison for that release!!

you must be joking! it's not about the words "Kill Bill", but the whole graphical concept - the fonts, blood, samurai sword - it all looks like it's somehow connected to the Kill Bill series. for example somebody seeing it on the shelve could think that it's the movie's soundtrack or something. I think this kind of activity is illegal, or at least immoral...

and one more thing:

I would also say that whoever made the cd is a a fan of the movie, is a fan of Tarantino, and would know whether this was legal or not...

Being a fan doesn't make you a lawyer ;)

And besides, that's the kind of reasoning similar to what people use as an excuse for mp3's - "I love the artist but I can't afford / I can't be arsed to buy his CD, so I will download it. He should be happy I like his music and share it with others...".

That's just a lack of respect for the intelectual property.

Tarantino lost it after Pulp Fiction, Jacky Brown was an avarage movie and Kill Bill was average minus.

However, Reservoir dogs and pulp were ammaazzinnng

Pulp fiction is probably one of the best movies ive ever seen. very long though....perhaps a bit too long would be my only gripe with it.

I don't like any Tarantino movies. It's like he can't make a good plot, so he throws in all kinds of exaggerated gore, anime influences and random happenings to cover it.
