  1. I attended the album release party over here in Germany and while I haven't listened to the material on CD, it sure owned the dancefloor. Needless to say that it isn't the Electric Universe of old times, no "One Love" goodness, but nevertheless it was a very good set with lots of nice melodies in it. I don't think that Boris Blenn has to prove that he is a very talented producer, with the new material it's exactly as Basilisk said. Aside from his musical prowess he seems to be a very nice and friendly guy. I talked to him on some occasions and once I was pretty drunk and still he was very kind and polite. Too bad he didn't bring any CDs with him...would've love to buy one and get it signatured right there ^^
  2. Of course drugs aren*t required... Old one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROI1W3Lgqbs New one (best one?) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlDfRC0wsBs
  3. I like "The Silk Demise" a lot. e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-iB9Ol1Pg0&feature=related
  4. I have to say I skipped this one at first, when I read this topic. Then I saw the release appear @ ektoplazm and gave it a try. Thank god I did that! I listen to lots of darkpsy samplers, not because I like the genre per se, no. Most of the darkpsy tracks don't hit the sweet spot in my ears. But from time to time there are some special tracks, awesome masterpieces, e.g. Psykovsky vs. Deja-Vu Project's "Only Love (We Will Take)", Septagram's "Power Cell", Cuboid Atom's "Mega Baffling", or Arcek's "Never Ends"...probably not everyone would agree with those examples. Tracks like "Only Love" are a truly mesmerizing experience that only few other tracks can give. On these occasions I'm with Goa Gil who said that darkpsy is/can be/delivers the trance experience of the 21st century. Anyways, imo the quota of really good darkpsy tracks is much lower than - let's say in the Neo Goa genre. So when I first skipped this compilation, I missed out on Elepsy - Untold Story...and that would've been a shame. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KP_d9mNo36E&feature=related I like the last 3 tracks on the compilation, too, but Elepsy's track is my favorite by far! Nice work and thanks a lot!
  5. I recommend some Zymosis as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L15MPtBINR8
  6. Definitely KOAN, e.g. "When The Silence Speaks", which is easily one of the best albums of 2009, if not of all time in this particular genre. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-YgxXc9_w0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dg3RswH3oeM&feature=related
  7. Good list, karan129. I have just one recommendation to add, and I'm pretty sure this will fix the needs of the OP: Katharsys. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rj7k3RHBnnE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TYheBkmeOo&feature=related
  8. I am with Rotwang. Also, all those gifs in your threads make them take ages to load.
  9. Wow, samples already sound impressive, especially Somnesia's, Grand Cheff's and Sky Technology's contributions are very promising. I like your artwork style a lot, too!
  10. Nice. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNUHSchOszs 'night, everybody.

  12. Maybe I don't have enough knowledge to judge whether her voice is enhanced/changed by technical modifications, but yeah, I like it. Any comments on the Wildthings Records' acts?
  13. @Procyon I like Rihanna. Her voice is somehow special. Not Britney, though. @topic I always get the feeling that Wildthings Records' producers don't get the props they deserve. E.V.P, RealityGrid, Archaic, Error Corrective...Free-Quency Modulator by Archaic is just soooo good!
  14. I like that one a lot. @topic http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFH9kyHpAhI Oh my, the new Archaic EP "Free-Quency Modulator" is soooo awesome.
  15. It's an extremely good release. The Pleiadains remix of Lunar Civilization alone would justify...well everything.
  16. Any chance to see your perfom live in Germany in the future, Goalien? Preferably around the Cologne vicinity?
  17. Most definitely VA - Ether....on Altar Records. It doesn't get much better than this.
  18. Nice...wish I could have been there. I have been in the ageHa once and it was great.
  19. Psyshop and shitty service? Is there another shop running under the same name? Whatever I ordered there arrived super-fast, mailing with them has always been a pleasure as they are very friendly and I never encountered any problems. To me the problem with the denied gifts sounds more like a VISA issue than a Psyshop service issue.
  20. Lots of smileys in there :) :) :) Other than that, good news! :) :) :)
  21. Lots of good albums and compilations, so I'll stick with my two favorite darkpsy tracks from 2010 Arcek - Never Ends (VA - Never Ends) Darkpsy killer track from Mexico...wish I'd never end. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dcl47rL2jmM And Cuboid Atom - Mega Baffling (VA - Missing Pieces Of The Puzzle) Both are darkpsy masterpieces imo. Edit: Ah! Almost forgot one...this one's at least a honourable mention Mr. Hades - Electric 6969 (VA - Looking Back) This one's insane, but mesmerizing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Muj0UHQjM_o
