  1. Pink layout, unicorns and stuff?
  2. It's "Daze Of Our Lives" for me. And that is mainly because of "Eyeless Observatory", as is it an acid thunderstorm in my ears. It's one of my favorite tracks ever and one of the few tracks that I can actually headbang to because it's so powerful.
  3. How did you even survive consuming this amount of alcohol for such a prolonged period of time? Your questions: - No. - No. - Depends on "being wasted". If it means absolutely totally drunk/intoxicated, then yeah, maybe a few times (Alcohol/other stuff). If it means "drinking a whisky while listening", then absolutely yes. - Yes, maybe two or three times But I danced more often while being totally sober, basically on an everyday basis hehe. It always depended on me being engaged with a girl or not. If I was engaged, then usually those moments were fewer in number. I wonder what it would be like having a girlfriend who likes the music, likes drinking whisky/beer, likes dancing like a fool as much as I do. Being in public intoxicated is a thing I don't like. For example, returning from a party in daylight is always unpleasant for me, especially if you're not a young college student anymore. There's also the risk of being seen by colleagues or something like that, so I try to avoid those moments. It's kinda weird, because it's socially perfectly acceptable if you're drunk (intoxicated) at company events, but if you're being seen outside of the company environment it's like "Oh he's having a problem" kinda thing. But maybe that's only my impression. I'd like to spend more time having fun like a fool, but I guess I'm getting to old for this...people who I grew up with are not into "partying" any more, so it's becoming more and more difficult.
  4. This one? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_zENE-wfZY
  5. Imho all albums by Cybernetika, although I like "The Scythe of Orion" and "Nanospheric" the most. Every album has a background (story) setting. Check them out, for free: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/cybernetika-the-scythe-of-orion http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/cybernetika-nanospheric Very strong sci-fi images in those! As a single track, this one is outstanding imho Psykovsky vs. Deja Vu Project - Only love (we will take) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gylxAYmGfs Almost 20 minutes in legth, what a ride!
  6. Oh..ok. On your website it still says that all packages will be sent before December 25th, so you might want to update that. Thanks for the info!
  7. Finally added something to my NAD 316BEE + Dali Zensor 5 setup. I figured that I will possibly never have the money or space, or neighbours, to experience the music in the way I'd like to, so I decided to go for some headphones. Bought these: AKG Q701 Quincy Jones http://eu.akg.com/akg-product-detail_eu/q701blk.html Those came at a bargain price, that's why I kept them. I'll probably use them for casual listening or for video games. I read a lot of good things about STAX headphones and almost bought the SR-507 set. Would cost about 3000€, but I had to travel to Japan for work and could have bought them for little more than a third of the European price. Before travelling to Japan I had the chance to listen to The Beyerdynamic T1, Sennheiser HD800, Hifiman HE-560, AKG 812 Pro, the STAX and the Audeze range of headphones. After extensive listening and thinking about my budget, I went for the Audeze LCD-2, paired them with a Lehmann Audio Rhinelander. Now I was really surprised that I went for the Audeze, which are sometimes referred to as "The Prince of Darkness", due to their sound character. I always thought that I'd prefer a light, analytic, somewhat "clinical" sound, i.e. very good mids and especially highs over a warm sound. I listened to the STAX range and the Sennheiser HD800 and while I was blown away by the clarity of their sound, they somehow lacked the...I don't know how to say it...maybe joy? certainly they couldn't keep up in the bass range. Especially EDM (Goa, Psytrance, Forest, Downtempo, Psychill) was so much more fun with the Audeze. Soundtracks and classical music was better on both the STAX and HD800, but I always wanted to come back to the Audeze for the sheer joy of it. Basses are superb, with high quality mids and highs. If they could just have a little bit more sparkle in the highs, I'd be super glad. I tried the LCD-X and they are phenomenal, but just more expensive than I am willing to pay right now. For now I am super happy and even my girlfriend, who was very skeptical, said that it's like rediscovering music you thought you'd knew. She's not into Goa or Psy or Forest (likes psychill though) and she said, that it's a pity that probably a lot of people won't hear all the stuff that's going on in the tracks. I showed her some tracks by Goch, Dohm, Ajja, Astral Projection, E-Mantra, AuroraX, The Infinity Project, Koan, Psy-H Project, Crossing Mind and so on...she didn't even want to stop and was smiling while listening
  8. Aaaaaahh....that Psy-H track is sooo good...it blows my mind! Will order one set for myself and one as a gift. The guy who will receive the gift has his birthday on December 25th. Will it arrive in time?
  9. Then post the Psytrance track elsewhere just for us to enjoy Btw...great idea, that contest thing! I'm sooo looking forward to all the tracks!
  10. Strange...I had only one beer Not even a tiny part of it? How did you like psy-fi?
  11. Saw your set and had to rest after it..my legs wouldn't want to do more action. It was great! What was that Trip Tonite remix you played? Didn't recognize it...
