  1. that is great ... I could play around with it for ages the other Audio Tool is awesome too, but I find it too complicated for a bit of quick fiddling...

...but we are not untouchable. The Psynews Server is not located in Serbia ... and so we don't want any stress with the authorities or whomever. Don't trivialize this, I mean it. So please keep that talk down. It's your business what you download, but we may not tolerate illegal stuff here. Talk 'bout the plot of the films instead. thanks
  3. awesome... We have a H.R. Giger exhibition in town now. Haven't seen it yet (it's quite new), but I'll definitely go...
  4. just took a remedy against insomnia (harmless valerian for now ... first pill, more shall follow)

  6. two pieces of apple pie. yummy!
  7. I WAS missing out thankfully I am not anymore: http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzLK4hfYF7E my gosh, this is awesome. the first part has an almost Atmos-esque feel to it...
  8. aaaah, what a crap that I can't be there ... it's even a free party! This is insane ... I'd really like to be there ... MOS for free again (again! ), just like in the old times ... how cool would that be... but Essen is really far away from me and I have no car anymore nevertheless, great to hear about the "MOS in disguise" acts. that really was a thread revival that payed off
  9. That "coming soon" has been going on since more than a year now though but I know that it can't be very long anymore, I talked to him already about it
  10. a new S-Range
  11. Oh my god, what a crappy use of samples. The track itself wouldn't even be so bad. Some more melody and you have something thats even worth listening from start to finish. But this? are you serious?
  12. yes, that's totally awesome art! keep up the great work! I really like the "Danger in Paradise" one. Also, the Pantheon is really good. It's great that you used a real photo of the Pantheon's ceiling, I never saw it like that
  13. I think the difference between progressive trance and progressive psytrance has been explained already, but what I'd like to second is the impression that progressive psytrance of today got more and more sterile and adapted to what's actually progressive trance. In the past there was a bigger difference between these two, which got kind of diluted. The two genres definitely got closer to each other. Which is not always that good. Fortunately there are some artists out there who are engaging in bringing back the spirit of the old style, which involves the substantially bigger difference towards ordinary progressive trance (PANZAR PRODUKTIONZ crew in particular -- a little reference never does harm ). Listen to some of that and then the difference towards the ordinary progressive trance becomes more obvious.
  14. Yes, good point. Some time ago I had the same thought - I thought it would be a good idea to look through the member list and remove such members. And I already made a secret bet about how many spam bots I'd actually find ... also such ones that registered but never posted However, there is no setting I know of that deletes members after years of inactivity. I will try to check this someday, maybe I can do something. Or maybe one evening I have the nerve, sit down with a bottle of good Whisky and scan through the member list by hand. But I don't think it'll be so soon... Nevertheless, it's a good input and we will try to consider it
  15. wow, great news! I thought Schlabbaduerst was dead. very nice...

  17. So meanwhile even the longest sleepers have realized that it's 2011... And it's just the right time to wake up and celebrate because the newest Panzar Produktionz release is out! That's right. Nine new tracks fresh from the roster, available now! Can you believe it? What I find the most awesome is that these guys really are keeping it up! Maybe you remember that in December, I posted news about Tank Fuel (PP002). Okay, I was not really in sync with the date it came out as it had been available earlier (and I already had listened to it and found it so good that it deserved a thread ), but still, not much time has passed. Yet the cool thing is, the new Tank Fuel compilation is actually even better than the first IMO! The style is great as always, the quality keeps improving - seriously, this is stunning! The guys must have been working hard this winter. It's a firm sign that there is not going to be any silence in 2011. And it further fortifies Panzar Produktionz' position in the international community and this label's big significance in the current new wave of underground old-skool Progressive Trance music. I don't want to throw big words here, but that is really how I see it. The great Progressive feeling from back in the days is coming back thanks to these guys People who know what Panzar Produktionz is about will love this (I do!). And the people who don't know should get it immediately and listen what's up on the progressive front these days! It's free and it's quality, what are you waiting for? Get it from http://panzarproduktionz.com/Download.html Full support for Panzar Produktionz! You have mine!
  18. I understand what you mean, however, because of the fact that not even so much is live in a "live act" these "live sets" tend to become DJ sets of the artist's own tracks ... and in this case, it then gets good again! The best example of a disadvantage becoming an advantage
  19. Hi people I'd just like to share what I recently found... It was by accident, one song on Youtube got my attention and then I did a bit of research and found ... Strange Zero! Two guys from greece, making electronic music ... most of all primarily ambient I'd say (yes, there is even the CBL acid ambient style in it I'd say), but they've actually got plenty of styles, plenty of variety... and these guys have now put their whole discography online for download! I really love their music, listening to it since a few days and it's great ... perfect for me. I am a big fan of Carbon Based Lifeforms and I find some of their beloved acid style in the music of Strange Zero ... paired with a panoramic epic-ness at times that really is one of a kind to me. This is a great band! And even greater that they put up their music for download. this is cool, check it out: http://www.strangezero.gr/ Here is something to listen to ... this song was the one that got me hooked, from new 2011 EP "Future is a Choice You Make" ( free release ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNOSSjOGa7U What do you think?
  20. I'm a huge Atmos fan ("Bad 2 The Bone 4 46 Daz" ) and I got this one now ... but I also have to say it's not really that good. This sounds like one of those tracks composed in an afternoon. Interestingly the Dominic Thomas Remix is even the better track on the release (oops, "Dominic Thomas" is Atmos ) After all I will probably even listen to it often ... but it's nowhere near the tracks on his last album. If you want to get something off Beatport, get the Tour De Trance Bonus EP! Much better tracks there I'd say...

    Good TV Series? Any?

Doctor Who Spongebob Squarepants Dr. House Scobel (<- great german TV discussion series!) SNF (Saturday Night Fever ... pseudo-documentation-soap about stupid partying chav youth folk ... terrible, but the best to watch with friends if you are k.o. from sports, you'll laugh without reason all the time)
  22. the best thing in this photo is the flashlight thumbs up, that's needed when one listens to ambient the decent way ... in the night

    Ott - Mir

true statement... I always was looking in the artist news section much less than here maybe this is something to think about that I can get back to some time later... on topic, I liked Blumenkraft a lot, but rather not because of the "pirate tracks". The first one was marvellous. Missed out on Skylon, but sorta heard that it was not that great ... and I believe I even checked some tracks and didn't find them so attractive I hope they do something really good this time again...
  24. yes a thanks goes to Insejn at this point already ... I guess if I were the sole admin it would have been somewhat difficult. I'm looking forward to get acquainted and be of more help soon. Right now I rather feel a bit like I gotta be careful I don't ruin anything, hehe...
  25. Same here, I thought they were quite honest and friendly. It's sad to hear that they apparently aren't. Nevertheless, thanks for sharing the stories and informing people... maybe it could begin here? any ideas?
