  1. Not that I'd download this unless at gunpoint, but "No Limit" is in phrygian mode, otherwise known as the "Goa trance scale"...
  2. Exactly what I came here to say.
  3. Some updated pics taken just now (the upper right 2x4 vinyls shelves are my girlfriends): There's more stuff around as well, but currently not in the shelves/drawers for various reasons.
  4. I'm quite certain that Jens is Dutch and not Swedish - or do you know something I don't?
  5. Play it up a bit Resurrecords
  6. union jack - water drums k.o.b. - wet wet wet (work in progress, but so far VERY wet!)
  7. Back to Basics should be played at 33 of course - did you think it was suposed to be 180 BPM? =)
  8. Aaaaw crap... David, I was going to send you one of my tracks for the cheesy morning compilation... Lulle really liked it (he said it was the best "morning" track he'd heard in years!) so I had a bit of hope that it might see a Schlab release. (EDIT: But I personally don't think it's the ultimate morning track or anything, but Lulles excitement over the track got me thinking it might be worthy of a release at least). But it's not meant to be, I guess. Although I suppose I can keep it as my secret DJ weapon =)
  9. dude... look at the dates in this thread =)
  10. I haven't spoken to Michael in waaay too long. We both had sort of difficult times in our lives a while back, and as a result, communication decreased until it ended entirely. I really should give him a call to catch up... Anyway - last time we spoke he was burned out on the whole scene - he had a huge fight with candyflip about payment for his albums (this was on isratrance as well), and was fed up with drugged-up shithead promoters... He also had some drawn-out health problems (a messed up knee) and a few government bureaucracy battles which just ate his energy. So I think he just stopped making trance, but I don't know what he's doing instead. I'll see if I can get ahold of him, and if I do, I'll report back here (with his permission). I'm an idiot for not talking to such a good friend for this long...
  11. m6-8 is Martin Cooper - "303 Keops" Pretty sure I have m6-6 somewhere... reminded me of the first MFG album, but that's not it, is it?
  12. the B&W Nautilus speakers in the background gave me a chuckle. What a total fucking waste to play Yahel on those... Not that it'd ever happen, but still.
  13. ...where is says absolutely nothing about mastering. You don't know what it is, do you?
  14. Don't have much in the way of audio-triggered synaesthesia, but for example weekdays, numbers and certain words do trigger a lot (not just colours & shapes, but also texture, temperature, dry/wet and, most of all, emotion). When I was 4 and my grandmother was trying to teach me about the 7 days of the week, she had a calendar where sundays were red and the rest black, and I kept telling her all the colours were wrong. She got quite confused.
  15. Named after a comedy radio show, which was called "Clownen luktar bensin" in Swedish. I recall it occasionally being very, very funny, but I think it's been a few years since it went off the air.
  16. As mentioned, Red Sparowes have the most epic titles ever. I have this album by them: http://www.discogs.com/release/788123 Just look at that. Fucking crazy. In terms of trance related stuff, the greatest title ever has to be "Gravity Mirage" by Total Eclipse. I just love that one. One of my own tracks is called "hypnogogic mesmerism unravelling" but that doesn't really count (even though I'm pretty proud of that title).
  17. Fuuuuck, now I need to find this as well... and that SUMB016 needs to be updated so it says SYMBSP2.
  18. Dude... you're on fire lately! First the Lunar Civilization CD and now that unreleased symbiosis record - what kind of goldmine did you happen upon? =)
  19. DAMNIT! I need this!!! *goes on a crusade for the technossomy album*
  20. ...this track shall remain a secret for a while... but not for too long, hehe
  21. I'm not impressed with the stuff in that video... Instead of bloating the scene with more full-on, why can't they sound like this again? http://ukiro.com/120.mp3
  22. I'm not normally the one to toss around emoticons, but I'll make an exception for this:
  23. An absolute monster. Their best release ever.
  24. Does this sound anything like Godspeed? The tracks don't seem to be as long, and I'm a sucker for those gargantuan buildups and swirling hypnosis.
  25. Sawfly, thats one of the best music recordings in the history of mankind. Superb choice. /seen them live 4 times
