  1. Carbon Based Lifeforms - World Of Sleepers Pushmipulyu - Wake You  (seriously, this is a beautiful track, great beat with an awesome atmosphere!) X-Dream - Related Vortex I keep replaying these 3 all the time, can't get enough of them lately. Ok theyre not exactly chillout, more like ambient/psybient but they make me relaxed and excited at the same time

  11. Hehe. Well I really did mean something thats not just a mix of 10 layered sounds, but rather something that actually makes sense, has some rhythm, not just dull layering if you know what I mean.
  12. Is there any album out there (preferably ambient) that the producer who made it didn't use not one synth, but everything was made out of sounds recorded in nature / outside etc.? I'm really interested in what that would sound like, tracks made totally out of the random ambience caught in the outside, the nature, or the city.
  13. Awesome album, liked it since the first listen and I'm enjoying it more and more everyday. 9/10 from me. Ed: And I wouldn't call this trance, it's more of a progressive genre imo.
  14. EDIT! Just found out the whole name, it's Bedrock - Beautiful Strange (Rui da Silva remix) (12:54) Oh the memmories... This was the very first electronic track I've heard, and ever since I got addicted! :posford: ed: I'd sooooo want to trip on this track!! /me dances
  15. Bedrock - Beautiful Strange (long remix). It lasts about 10 or so minutes, kind of progressive. I can't find this exact remix of it, but here's the original track:

  20. Are you fuckin MAD?!?!
  21. the ultimate bitchin thread!! Anyhow, one's impression of an artist/album may differ from the other. One man's garbage is another man's gold. Sometimes this impression is so obvious to you that you think someone who has a different oppinion must be mad. Now I'm not the all-neutral type, I've had a bit of bashing on certain aritsts/albums/recordlabels(lol), here on psynews. Now that I think about it, I would of taken a different approach now (we learn from our own mistakes). It's allways nice to express your opinion, but when you're too confident you can sometimes go overboard. Tastes are NOT for discussion, in my honest opinion ok here's a typical situation: Wrong: 1: I like blue and black, red is ok, but i dont really like green. 2: I really like green, I think blue is just disgusting! 1: WTF Blue disgusting??! Are you fuckin MAD?!?! Green is the shittiest color ever omg!! Ok: 1: I like blue and black, red is ok, but i dont really like green. 2: I'm more of a green dude, blue just doesn't fit my taste. 1: Oh well, too bad you don't enjoy blue as much as me, it's so awesome man! 2: Yeah, but, I enjoy green just as much as you do blue, so I'm just fine with my choice. See, if someone takes pleasure in one type of music, or an artist/album/track, why would you want to think that something that fits your music taste perfectly would suit the other one just as much or even better than his own? I like to think we're all unique, so we can't possibly all have the same taste in music. There is a chance you like the same genre as someone else, you like the common bands/artists, but I'm sure there will be some music that you will never both agree on is good or bad.
  22. I don't think metapsy have any 'rights' to this album as it was released free over the internet? It's not like Ali 'mindsphere' actually signed a paper contract did he? I wouldn't know, just asking.
  23. Total Eclipse - None Of This First time I've heard this group, and I like what I'm hearing!
