  1. Beautiful aztec butterfly
  2. Yes, the second half of the Filteria set was just magical in terms of the crowd's reaction...that gives a lot of hope for the future of newschool And about the people that say it has to do with the oldschool vs newschool argument: please don't do this again ...like if all those happy festival people immediately know the difference between oldschool and newschool...most of them don't even know what oldschool goa is, apart from some names! They just hear it as 'being different from fullon or dark or prog', in my opinion... When Hilight Tribe played on Boom Festival, a bunch of guys behind me was standing still asking to eachother 'what is this kind of music?' and one of them answered very seriously 'i think it's called goa!'. Well, in terms of basslines and kicks they surely lean more towards goa-ish kicks/basses then fullonish stuff. And you could see how the crowd had difficulties picking up that vibe as spontaneously as they would do with fullon basses.(although they did a good effort trying to ).
  3. What E-Mantra said. Countries with a big psytrance community, such as Germany or Brazil, do not catch the drift of the goa bassline vibe at all. Getting one quarter of a crowd gently moving on an old or newschool goa-track might already be considered an achievement there. And those who were at Boom will know how initially the energy on the dancefloor boiled down when Filteria started playing after the Psytrance-ish Logic Bomb act...when there's no considerable bass, it's like these partypeople cannot decode the music anymore, like it's just a bunch of random sounds, and they tend to stand still, waiting for another empty bassline-kick moment. Just my thoughts and experiences... Anyway, very happy with the comeback of D5!!
  4. Thanks Digitoxin & Technosomy for your feedback!! Digi, I initially had some problems with the loudness of the bass in some tracks, however as far as I'm capable of hearing things (maybe my ears degraded a lot with all these parties over the last 4 years), the loudness/sharpness of the leads was intentional. Maybe it's useful if you could check out this version of the WOTF track: , it's another mastering made for a free compilation which I disliked. Do you think it's better or worse than the album mastering, or do you think both are bad? Technosomy, no words, thanks again for the feedback! <3
  5. There's M-Run

  10. So, Beatspace contacted me several times this week about a small delay in their release schedule First mail: "Hi bro, the release date is fixed for 25 May. speak to you soon !" And then second mail: "Hi there the CD will be available starting from monday 21 best" So it looks like, notwithstanding the confusion about the exact day, the release should be out NEXT WEEK!
  11. Luv it too! Thanks for the Nitzhonot description ormion, I already posted it on some facebook pages etc
  12. It ain't Roy Sason isn't part of Shiva Shidapu (Erez Aizen & Duvdev), he's only part of Shidapu. The only guy that was making music for both groups was Erez Aizen. Yea I know, kinda confusing... :s In each case, their stuff sounds good and promising, I really liked the Computer Controlled track as well as the downtempo one! And artwork looks pretty neat!
  13. I'm with the pro-group here. Energetic and creative music. That's what I like!

Yeah well, probably they will be for sale a bit earlier through Beatspace already, and I have an independent contract with Juno Download for wav/mp3 sales, so when I see it's out on Beatspace, it will be out through Juno as well... Psyhoe, oh cool, there will be actual goa-listeners on that party? Just kidding, last time I played for this organisation it were only prog-heads...so, nice to know u'll be there! 19. thx bro! well, for the last tracks on my album i picked out the less 'traditional' agneton styled tracks of my harddisk ... to have some variation in the album! and don't forget to thank javi for that 'masters of the universe' track too, without him i wouldn't have been able to write one second of that track!

Reach Out...Live Forever Almost four years have passed since his debut album "Horizon In Your Head" hit the stores, a visionary CD that is now widely considered a landmark release towards the development of the so-called Nitzhogoa genre. Now, in 2012, Agneton rises up once again to unleash his newest brainchild "Wizards From The Future". Destroying old boundaries and reaching out for the unexplored, Agneton gathered nine musically-embodied adventure tales of worlds where the sun never goes down, intergalactic wars in distant futures and massive prehistoric creatures on the loose. These nine tracks have been craftfully designed over the course of the last three years, capturing the purest essence of Nitzhogoa: larger-than-life melodies and relentlessly pounding kicks clinged with infinite amounts of energy, ready to breach every dancefloor and tear open your imagination. Fasten your seatbelts, soak in the music and may your summer be endless.
