  1. Thanks! It's pretty calm considering a nuclear power plant just exploded! The news is now covering sport instead
  2. I am a big fan of Silver! I know that not a lot of people liked it and I didn't really get it for a while but one day it just clicked and I was just wow!
  3. Slinky Wizard - Fistfull Of Mutants
  4. Yeah, test was pretty weak! Planet B.E.N. still had two stellar albums though
  5. One of my favourite ambient albums

    Asura - 360

Looking forward to that! Hope you take your time over it though; glad to hear you're letting it grow
  7. Excellent first post my good man! The only thing that has gotten me to take my headphones off all evening. np Nunc Stans - Unnamable

Hi Charles, thanks for taking the time to read my review. When I say that it is similar to Life2 I mean the overall style is very much the same. Whereas each individual track is not something I am going to mistake as being on Life2, I feel that the overriding atmosphere was very similar. I did however like Life2 very much and this is almost its equal (just that first track I don't like much, sorry). I have had Regenesis as my ringtone for the last 6 months too. Seriously love that track, my favourite from you. I heard that you were thinking of an all ambient album, is that true? I'd love to see your talent focused into one full ambient album

    Toi Doi

Sweet! However I do believe you would have been pretty safe starting this as a new topic I doubt anyone would have remembered this old one (8 years old) Threadromancy
  10. Hopefully it won't be as bad as Silence In Action! Electric Universe used to be so good
  11. This! The most talented artists don't want to keep making the same music over and over again and they will delve into music of other styles that they either think will be a challenge or that they enjoy more. Yes a lot of artists make more mainstream music that is less psychedelic and more appealing for the masses. But maybe they don't care about psychedelic, not eveything has to be psychedelic for everyone. Maybe they like that style, the energy the simplicity and less pretension that goes with the more "elite" styles of music. People change and I say let them. There will always be new artists to come and take up the mantle. Look at PoF above, still fairly new and 2 fantastic albums under their belt. Same here but I find psychedelia in more than I used to

    Ott - Mir

Hehe, curious to hear the dubstep in Ott's music now
  13. This remains for me a brilliant album after so many listens. A real keeper. My favourite tracks change on each listen and it doesn't seem to get stale. I love this album, easily as good as World Of Sleepers (if not better) and just a fraction away as being as good as Hyroponic Garden (although very different). Great stuff all round, how I love CBL. CBL does not disappoint
  14. Yeah, especially the Abakus one as aparently it's more like his debut than the follow up was! As long as it's fresh it should be good
  15. Downloading now. I like the cover. One day I'll listen to all the things I have recently downloaded....maybe
  16. DJ Goblin Love that name, I can't stop thinking of nose goblins though Decent remixes

    Ott - Mir

But I thought this wasn't being released on Twisted
  18. Shame it won't be on CD. I don't think i could bring myself to pay for a downloaded album unless it was at a very reasonable price.
  19. Not sure about that last one. The background's nice but the guy on the front looks like he's just been slapped on the picture.
  20. Well at least you lasted a full day and a bit I also have the same promise, no new music this month. let's see how long I can hold out
  21. I've been looking forward to this. Is it going to be available at Saiko Sounds?
