I appreciate so called neo/new school goa if it blends todays sound of psy with 90s psy, then its alright, it gives it more oomph, it sounds fresh and powerful, but if artists only copy old school sounds with modern synths then its boring wanabe crap that I find lacks spirit, its just not there, no matter how hard you try, the harder you try to be someone else, the farther away you will be from doing things the right way, your own, unique way.

Sounds nice, bit weird/strange, in fact, you could make it little bit faster at some parts of the track and even more weirder thus, IMO, I believe it would sound even better if speeded up here and there to keep us on our toes and agitated coz some parts of the track sound too chilled while the sounds in those parts tell me that its crazy alien anal rape going on . Slow anal rape by aliens doesnt sound good to my ears, make it faster, harder, deeper lol I hope your anus healed well, otherwise you might have problems shitting Overall nice, I liked, just a bit too slow overall.

There wasnt enough space-time on CD to include it, I think. Also, given that it wasnt on CD and was only on LP format of Alien Protein it might have been placed as some sort of space filler and thus wasnt advertised and released outside of LP. Draeke surely will know better. To me Still Botta sounds more like TJAUBL, than AP. Perhaps of its speed I dont see connection between it and AP. Should relisten to it since Ive never given it too much of attention given how awesome the AP CD is.

Well, I wouldnt say full on bassline is bad, as long as it fits the track and elements in the composition complement each other to become something really good and not sounding like its all cliche boring crap. BUT in D5 stuff much of that bassline sounded like over the top "lets just slap this bassline in here" dull and loud out-of-composition trainwreck. Im not asking for something complicated, all I want is "tidy" bassline departments job done the right way and not "lets grab this and throw it in and see if it sticks and lets keep it if it doesnt sound like worst shit imaginable" sound.
