You know what irritates me? Goa Trance is said to originate from Goa ... so are the first Goa Trance releses not made by indish people? Juno Reactor and Eat Static are from England, BPC is from france ... no indish artists ? Anbody can explain that? Or are those so underground that there has never gotten anything a decent release?

Well, yeah, enjoy it as long as you still can ... my good expereinces on psy parties have somewhat of a trend downwards lately... If it will continue on this line I think I'll probably not be going to parties anymore in two or three years ...

but I find very detailed genre descriptions cool. Okay, maybe not that detailed as the one mentioned , but still, three to four words length is absolutely okay to me. Would diminish confusion and better the finding of the right music ... for me

Feel good music? Most psy (except dark, fullon and new-/oldschool) is feel good music for me! That's the reason why I like this music so much instant bliss

Yeah... I'm also strongly pro names. IMO the separation just into "good psy" and "bad psy" wouldn't be good at all ... it's different for everybody and all what you get in the end is a mess. I am very pro style names. The more detailed the better. I'd even like to make so many subsections that in the end a genre name like "intelligent dark minimal-psychedelic scando trance progressive" comes out ... because that would be a precise description that only applies to very few selected artists and you don't have a mass of artists that might make the same style with your rough definition, but not with mine ... so it would make finding similar artists much easier!

I wanted to reaname it into "intelligent psychedelic trance music" ... yes, yes ... go find the post, it is here somewhere! And I'm STILL for a name change. Maybe not something as elitist as "intelligent psytrance", that's a bit too far ... but still, I want a different name. suggestions?

right, right, right That's the reason why I don't like the majority of full on ... it simply is unintelligent! So unintelligent it pissed me off! Last time as I heard this music at a party I was thinking I was like on a fucking Scooter concert ... only the dude that screams "move your ass!" was missing. I mean ... I really don't like to hear a Scooter concert and see hundreds of retards jumping to the music and screaming at every break like they all just came in their pants together when I go to a psy party, please no. It reminds me - like the crowds on chav trance parties - of the retardedness of humans and of their stupidness and I then get all pissed off and angry ... and that is really not the feeling I want to go home with in my heart I don't dislike all full on, just the unintelligent stuff! But unfortunately there's faaar too many of it out there and they're making faaar too much money with this crap, which is another reason why I'm pissed off at it

I second everybody's praising. For me Hydroponic Garden is without doubt the BEST psychedelic ambient album EVER! Many other Ultimae releases come close, but this one is the best. Not even the second one from CBL themselves could exceed it - although that one too is brillant. Song-by-song review is unnecessary in this case because every song on Hydroponic Garden is brillant and they're also brilliantly blended into each other. I LOVE THIS ALBUM! It deserves a solid 10/10 ... and that's a privilege I only give to a very, very few...

I just read the interview for the first time feel a bit stupid, because it's already quite old and I never registered that it exists ... but it's a very good interview nonetheless! Much information there!

My votes on the poll thing were YES for trance, because there's new Matenda coming out, there's new S-Range coming out (so god wants it ), two albums I'm really looking forward to ... and a safe NO for Chill, because there surely isn't going to be anything as brilliant Carbon Based Lifeforms - World Of Sleepers in 2007, not even the new Aes Dana (okay, this one maybe ... but still I believe no!)

They'll come here in March this year... And I will go, no matter what crap they play! Because I MUST ... I have never seen them before - should have seen them last year but they were too wasted to catch the flight to Austria, so the party got cancelled Now I must see them ... to me they're like the godfathers of psytrance ... I mean hey, they made stuff like People Can Fly and Mahadeva and stuff, so I must see them and if it's only to see live how much they suck nowadays, I must! And if they play new stuff like Open Society it won't be even that bad I think

he's right though, I also find the name absolutely horrible but the music is very good, so I don't mind the name btw, does "Jikkenteki" mean something in japanese?
