  1. All taken care of yesterday Good luck with the festival & just shout if you need some helping hands! Personally I think this line-up is one of the fattest I've seen in a long time & I've been assured by the organisation that there is plenty more to come! For me this is already more interesting musically than Boom2004... They also added an official day to the roster so the festival will go on until 2/4/2005... C U guys in Turkye?
  2. Only thing I can say to that is: Visions of Shiva - How much can you take? Should there be any way you could get me a copy of that mix, I'd be véry interested!!! As I'm not a dj I don't have the vynils but cd's like this one have been with me for a looong time : http://www.discogs.com/release/42916
  3. Great idea: Go for the original, NOT the rmx. Time to dust of some REAL oldies. MNO God Of Abraham Don't-know-the-artist - Phunky (THE ultimate bass-line) D-Shake Technotrance Maurizio - M4, M6 or M7=> in a progressive set NIN - At the heart of it all (Aphex Twin rmx) => in the DARK chill out Dr Motte - Klang der Famille Surgeon - Intro III Marco Bailey - Scorpia Jeff mills - The Extremist Vainquer - Lyot (Maurizio mix) => in a tech-trance-set Jones & Stephenson - The first rebirth !!! Age of Love - Age of Love Desert Storm Desert Storm Systematic Parts - Violin de la nuit Draxx - Amphetamine Ron Trent - Altered States Joe T. Vannelli Play With The Voice In Germany (Paul v Dyk mix) => in a morning set Carat Trax - Night & Day or The Message R.O.O.S. - Instant Moments. Kernkraft 400 - Zombie Nation => tricky ones for die-hard-clubbers only Get your P2P up & running, download and enjoy!
  4. WHAT? Where can I find that one? Sure it's not an internet hoax??? I meant I thought Panick played it not really màde it. My bad... But thnx anyway: 1 down, only 369852 artists to eliminate
  5. Damn, I might even end up liking this more than the original
  6. My Favourite Scando's would be: Vibrasphere (new cd wanted asap!!!) Ticon (new cd this week!) Atmos Frogacult Son kite (working mainly on Minilogue these days) & Human Blue (older days) + Gaudium in 2005 Digital Structures, Spiral Trax & Iboga= Top-of-the-line Scando Progressive!
  7. Personally I don't think you should take this too seriously... It's just a bunch of lists, it's not like we have to agree on what's THE best cd of THAT certain year, is it? For me it's cool to see what somebody with the same taste as me was into some years ago. If I don't know something I might check it out & discover some good music. No need to start kickin' eachother's head in over it...
  8. 96: Distance to goa 4 97: Distance to goa 5 98: X-dream - Radio / World of Goatrance vol 1 99: Psychedelic Experience vol 1 2000: Atmos - Headcleaner / Astral Projection - In the Mix / Movers & Groovers at the temple of Dawn 2001: SBK - Treibstoff / Ooze - Where the fields never end / Shiva Chandra - Gecko 2002: Element - Full Moon 2003: Vibrasphere - Lime Structure / Ticon - Areo 2004: Freq - Strange Attractors / Son kite - Colours / Shulman - In search of... 2005: Guidium - Nordic nature (so far) So OK, I only picked cd's I have an original copy of not MP3's Some are compilations & most of the time I loved more than 1 cd that year, so ban me
  9. Is Sven Vath still involved? I'd really lo-o-ove to hear what he would make of a psy-trance track...
  10. OK, Pigs DO fly! I just heard one of the first first great RMX's of 2005. At the Neurobiotic-Party this week-end somebody playd a psy-trance-rmx of "Papua New Guinea" by Future Sound of London. Think it was by Panick? Loads of ppl just didn't know it was a rms & that alone scores good points in my book! This could be an "unrl killargh" , but if anyone knows the artist involved, please share your knowledge...
  11. Looking for somebody who's lettign go of this: http://www.discogs.com/release/306625 Pretty sure that I missed out on a fantastic cd last year...
  12. I have a Ticon-rmx of this tune, pretty cool stuff...
  13. That's going to be an expensive week: new Element cd on 25/10 & new Ticon 28/10. I should start saving money
  14. Well, I'm one of those who dubbed this the best proggy-release of 2005 (so far) so I feel obliged to reply Not to get into a-fight-about-music-on-the-internet, but just to give "a second opinion" For me this is everything BUT boring Just like Freq's "Strange Attractors" this album is of such high quality that it seems to lack 1 or 2 stand-out tracks. It's more like a 60-min-song at first & that might put some ppl off. I just love the percussive details in the tracks, small sounds that don't really surface until you've heard the album over 25 times (I'm well beyond that now) Like the hammering sound in the beginning of Sleepwalker that echoes & fades away in that dubby way. The rhythmic nuaces that give a tribal-touch to something that started out as a clubby tune. The vocal-samples might seem easy or commercial to some, but never sound cheap to me... In fact there's 1 track where the sample is repeated like an matra that's not to be understood but who's sole goal is to hypnotise the listener. I would like to describe Gaudium as a synthesis of some other Spiral Trax-artists. It's subtle like Atmos, epic like Vibraspehere & playful like Human Blue, all at the same time. This might sound like they're ingenious copy-cats, yet they fully manage to craft their own style out of it (imo) Gaudium also get a thumbs up for not recycling sounds other artists already used (apart from the vocal samples ofcourse) , but creating their own arsenal of sonic equipement. Anyway, should you buy this & get bored, be sure to put it back in your cd-player after a week or 2. You might end up like me & do it again&again&again&again...
  15. all RMX'es + the ppl who make them + the ppl who actually like them KILL'EM AAALL
  16. How much for the A.K.D. & Hopefiend cd's?
  17. This is àll unsigned Belgian talent: http://www.psychedelic.be/jamroom/rank.php?mode=band&order=1 I'm 100% sure you'll find something you'll like in there!
  18. Hey Habibi Check out "Kaya Project" pretty sure you'll like it (Thnx to Sherlock for the tip)
  19. Girl, you knów you can trust me on this
  20. Congratulations! Very fine stuf indeed... No... must-fight-it... can't hold it much longer... Don't give in to it now! Gotta be strong... aaaaah fuck it! Are these 2 up for trade psyfi? http://www.discogs.com/release/166816 http://www.discogs.com/release/27044 You can check if there's anything in here that might be of interest to you: http://www.discogs.com/user/Tox-cds I just couldn't resist
  21. Artists: Gaudium !!! Frogacult !! Native Radio Xibalba Symphonix Vibrasphere ! Atmos Labels: Iboga Sinn-Tec Digital Structures Spiral Trax Those should cater to your whishes
  22. So I'm looking for this one: http://www.psynews.net/reviews/somethin.htm Could trade it for something in here? http://www.discogs.com/user/Tox-cds
  23. Now that's what I call a recommendation! Looks like I'm the latest edition to the long list of Flying Rhino-hunters... OK, who wants to trade/sell (or give ) me their copy of "Something for the week-end"? Can't imagine a better dj to deliver a mix like this than James Monroe. DP, keep'em coming, plz!
  24. The Zorba-cd (melody-OD) sucks just about nearly as much as Movers & Groovers 2 IMHO Feuerhake & Klangstraler are very good artists, but I fail to see the similarity... & after doubble checking this seems to be the only TIP-release in my collection so GSH could be on to something
  25. Come on Cinos, please, go spread your "wisdom" in your own thread or go hijack something else! GSH is entitled to his opinion & you're to yours, but unless you can provide me with what I asked for (= something equally GOOD) go find find somebody who gives a sh*t Thnx for trying Tatsu
