Cosmosis - Trancendance (Holophonic, 2005) 1. "Spontaneous Combustion" 2. "Naked Chicks" 3. "Echoes In Eternity (Warm Saki)" 4. "Inside Yourself" 5. "One Blinding Illumination (This Is Me)" 6. "Stormy Monday" 7. "Re-Order" 8. "Dead Or Alive?" 9. "Time's Trip" I'd say it's pretty powerful album, more than the previous one Contact. It has some full on elements, but it's not really full on to me. You easily recognize the Cosmosis style with the voice samples, the little breaks...you'll find some melodies in some tracks, like track 4 Inside yourself which reminded me Howling at the moon, their best track. Track 1 is really good, but i really miss 303 lines in the whole album. Re order is really good too. Cool album on the whole, but sure they can do better, remember Synergy. It irritates me when psy artists feel compelled to make an ambient track to finish the album, but here the last track is pretty cool, nice use of guitars. Finally, nothing amazing, but pretty good. 7/10

i'd say Labyrinth was the most MUSICAL album, ten times mre musical than Sky input. I think it is a good point to vote for it.

cosmosis - trancendance (album)

i thought it was a great effort to make this review section, and it is IMO indispensable to sort per year, as far as i m concerned this review section totally works for me. The only little bad point is that we have to click on page 2, page 3 ...we don't have all the reviews of a year on one page. But it's not a big problem actually.

cheesy but from GMS it's quite good compared with other tracks

get : Tegma - 002 Avant.Garde (Candyflip records, 2005), believe me it will one of the best albums this year! A mix of several genres. and Miranda - Rerecorded (Why not records, 2004), nothing to see with her old style, I really like it! Unique sound! The last Juno reactor album labyrinth is by far the best one, if you don't know it then hurry up and get it.

my opinion...even though it's not really my style I think any and every dark goa lovers should get this album. I was really surprised to hear that Eyes wild shut movie sample in the last track And Seraph you forgot to tell there are several collaborations in this album, with XRC (track 2), Shrink (track 3), Mr Peculiar (track 5), and Tryptamine 46 (track 8).

about colours... I think I would never liked goa so much if i wasn't "touched" by synaesthesia. The fact to see colours when i listen to psytrance is really one of the reasons why I like it so much, not the only one of course, but i still think it 's important.

you made me think...how can i forget Cosmosis "synergy", definitely intense !

Yes, very cool album, this is not psychedelic trance, but groovy and oriental. The result is very good, except the first track which is mediocre (Glowing nights, boring melodies), I enjoy the whole album, especially 2. Let’s Take, 3. Gammel Svensk. and... ...definitely nice cover.

Track 1 is AMAZING, the rest is good too, but for sure track 1 is the best! Listening to it for the 1st time I thought Ethearal was a new Dimension 5!

I remember being really impressed by track 3 PATCHFINDER, dark powerful, scary track. BATTLEJUICE is very good, but it's a pity it is so short, it sounds unfinished to my ears. On the whole this might be PERFECT music for party!

This album was AMAZING at that time! Melodic from the beginning till the end. Certainly one of the best old school goa trance albums, I still enjoy it, of course Deep space 5D was a sensational track, not to forget Iron sun, Harmonic convergence, Psychic influence, Beetlesnuff, Utopian dream... An all time classic for sure.

Love Expression (sample) 7. Stress Pill (sample) 8. Not Like That At All (sample) As i saw there was only one review in the old section, I thought this album deserved to be posted here. Overwhelming was the first Cosmic tone's album, and the best too, a lot of people will agree with me I think. Some tracks remind me a bit Atmos Headcleaner style, at least the atmosphere in the tracks, slow, relaxing, dark and morning at the same time. I can't really describe it, i think it is a mix between minimal psy and progressive psy, it is quite melodic, with loud basslines, with light kicklines, and very morning for sure. It is a soft album, really clean, and highly recommended. We need more albums like this. Fav tracks, I'd say 3, 6, 8.

Sensifeel - Vision of life (Domo records, 2004) Lish - Free fall (Com.pact records, 2005) Both are same style, both are really cool albums.

Contrary to you Lotus I think 62 mn is enough for this album, too many albums are too long those days when every tracks have the same style. Here you have 8 soft melodic full on tracks + 1 downtempo trance track (not ambient i agree). I was pretty surprised, it sounds pretty simple for psytrance music, simple but I kinda like it, and the last track is really really nice, I love it.
