Alleycat put it well, sums up my thoughts pretty much. You simply cannot give objective value to music and using time to create something negative is absurd, that's how I see it. I'm not quite sure of the necessity of positive reviews either. Reading opinions about an album before hearing it just gives prejudices. Though reviews do have a purpose as a way to promote music and spreading artist's name...
