  1. is this some sort of disagreement against my topic? man, it's totally cool if you just want to post "artist - track" on the other topic. do that. I just wanted to create an alternative for them who feel like having more music discussion.
  2. I've decided to create an alternative topic to "what music are you listening to right now". Here you do more than spam the topic with tracks you like. You tell what stuff it is (the genre) you listen and why is it worth mentioning! This way others get informed in a better way about different styles of music etc. This is also a topic for music chat in general. to start the topic: Alexander Kowalski - Lightning Field this is taken from the 3rd album of A. Kowalski named "|response|". It's something between techno and tech house. Absolutely juicy stuff, the bassline is real ear-pleaser and the melodies have a nice groovy disco-feel to them.
  3. radi likes full-on
  4. had to download this after such praise. the best ambient track ever? bettah than global communication's delta phase? (or other gc tracks?) bettah than the slowly evolving montrous seven sisters by pleiadians? okay edit: I know it's taste but...
  5. with teh cash I get, I'll be able to send you those trance-cds I promised ages ago!
  6. surely not. monday-friday
  7. how come you guys are getting stuff on _weekends_?
  8. I like Commander Mindfuck
  9. Mittelstandskinder Ohne Strom's Timing has what I view as awesome rolling bassline. It's been made with time. Thick and juicy.
  10. thanks for all the offers for Darshan. However I've decided to sell it, since I need some cash... throw me an offer!
  11. it depends a lot of the reason why a release is average for me. If it's a record that just seems worse made than some other of the same genre, I'll never appreciate it knowing the concept has been executed better. (eg. endless amount of goa tracks < pleiadians, cosmosis, hallucinogen) if it's average because the sound is challenging, eg. some progressive/techno for me, I'll do what you suggested.
  12. global communication and beer why didn't I come up with such an idea before?
  13. 1) you can definitely be without average releases. the key is to have masterpieces on broad spectrum for different moods. genre-defining stuff. 2) when 'average music' grows on you and you appreciate it, it stops being average.
  14. yes I received Kai, thanks for the offer! There are definitely interesting items on your trade list. I'll let you know soon if we have a trade.
  15. noticed that. feel free to try again
  16. the first try was a miss. everything still there looking for a new home!
  17. thanks for suggestion. I'll sure check it out and come to scoff at your lousy taste!
  18. ...or sell the mediocre stuff and, for example, use it for having a good time with your friends.
  19. few hours and fifty poll options and I might surpiese you!

  21. ukiro, what's the track called you gave a clip from?
  22. Alexander Kowalski - Speaker Attack again and again if you like tech house (why not tech trance too?) you must get this track, it'll make you cream your pants.
  23. I'm sort of on the same page with Cinos. It's sweet when you're able to pick any cd randomly from your collection and put it on because you know you're getting quality. The other reason to buy only the cream de la cream is of course to save some money.
  24. It does! too bad the new Koxbox gets all crushed just because it's released on a psy-label. It's techno! Label like Kanzleramt or Tresor would've made it more justice
  25. did I say otherwise? Right now it's unfortunately only Max and Mauri on the sticks and it makes all the difference in the world. I'm curious to hear something new from Andrea and Carlo... about OTC: "O.T.C. = Order To Chaos Italian musicians, part of the Etnica Family. Giotto (G8, cause G is read as "Gi" and 8 is read as "Otto" in italian language) is established in Milano with his "Pleiades" studio where Mauri, Andrea and Carlo of Etnica often pass by to revive magic moments of the past era and make some music all-together. Wayann is a italo-french guy who also is into the etnica family and composed some tunes together with Maurizio and Giotto."
