  1. Err...now I'm down to 9 tracks :DD This is trickier than I thought... Oh hey, was there a final verdict on voting for yourself? (I'd not be ranking myself #1 anyway but voting for sure).
  2. This just in on Facebook: Hello! I have set my past 3 Androcell albums, "Emotivision", "Efflorescence", and "Entheomythic" to FREE download at Bandcamp. I want to spread the music like pollen as it feel it is more important than ever that people receive these transmissions. Please pass on the word and let anyone you know who might want to take advantage of getting Androcell music free in high quality through an official source. Please note: I have made the option still available for people to pay, so, in order to get it *free* just enter 0.00 for the amount. Thank you and enjoy! http://androcell.bandcamp.com/ Nice, isn't it?
  3. It seems I'll have to stay in Finland for this festival summer (too). S.U.N. Festival would have been nice I guess but Thirteen Festival is at the same time (and I'm playing there...). Maybe Lost Theory too, or Freedom. Well, Finland has 3 festivals this summer anyway (would have been 4 but one had to be cancelled), the most I think I've ever seen, usually there's been 2 at most.
  4. I have six of them but two of them are orange.
  5. Damn, I didn't manage to collect all their coasters. Grr. But it's sad to see an online shop this big go down :/
  6. I don't think you'll have a problem with english at european festivals
  7. Well it seems I need to write some more PMs to confirm.
  8. Think I haven't looked around Discogs? Well those 2 "new and sealed" CDs are very probably the unlicensed/pirated/whatever jewelcase reissue/reprint. And I PMed that one guy selling the mint copy but he's not answering.
  9. Anybody willing to sell this to me? I'm only interested in the DIGIPAK version.
  10. So here's some oldschool/newschool goa for you. Played at a tiny club in Helsinki, and I had to play without a subwoofer because it died after the first set of the party (the last track would REALLY have needed the sub...) Tracklist: Mandala - Utopia Kaaya - Ormazd Merr0w - Atlantis Cosmosis - Sanyacid Goasia - Love & Peace Dimension 5 - Intastella Liquid Flow - Unknown Life MFG - New Kind Of World
  11. http://www.ektoplazm.com/style/downtempo http://www.ektoplazm.com/style/deep-trance http://www.ektoplazm.com/style/psy-dub http://www.ektoplazm.com/style/ambient Many of the releases fall under multiple categories, but whatever
  12. The only thing I remember is that it ends with the (approximate) words "there is no more time, there is infinite time..." repeated. Male voice. I think it's the last track of some album (but I'm not sure) but I can't for the life of me remember which one. Help me out here?
  13. Oh hey thanks for reminding me of the Kadasarva album
  14. Sounds like a good idea. I'm down to I think 15 tracks now and have most of my best listening energy during the weekends.
  15. Well I kind of expected psycore to be of the mindfuck sort...I personally can't stand it, at all. Keep it below 150BPM please
  16. ...what music/album do you turn to? My weapon of choice: Process - Superior Technology (Youtube Playlist) http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFiDAZR0cmjBe77P3FwYfRzEGkVv2Qljs I mean, I'm a melodic goa trance guy by heart, but this...this is just completely something else. Murky hi-tech brainfuck, pure and simple.
  17. Well we'd all like to think it's all about the music, but no. Of course the energy from the guy behind the decks/gear transfers into the audience. Some of the recent guys I've seen who's really into it are Cosmosis, Prometheus, Aavepyörä and Eat Static. Others whom I randomly remember are Asura and OOOD. And of course Raja Ram just has to be mentioned Also, our (Finland's) own lovely DJing couple Miazu & Polly are quite the burst of energy on stage. Of course, some (especially) DJs need more concentration to play a good set, but still you can see if the energy is there or not. I myself am trying to balance between deep concentration and almost dancing like a lunatic on stage at least when playing goa. The chillout is a bit different but nevertheless I don't keep myself hunched behind my laptop all the time. Gotta see how the audience reacts.
  18. I've been on absolute coffee strike for almost 2 years now, after almost 20 years of daily consumption. Not that there's anything fundamentally wrong with (good) coffee, it just started to make me feel totally like shit so I thought why bother. The first month was the worst, withdrawals and all that shit (nice DJing gigs in that state of being but it soon settled. I don't think I can go back anymore, even drinking tea seems to be out of the question nowadays...
  19. No we didn't. Some of us just need time to wade through the tracks and not make a rushed decision
  20. I'm trying to think of something to say...
