These are indeed great works from SynSUN. The fourth album mentioned is a combination of downtempo tracks, including some kinds of proto-Tadarinda things ... Anyway, soon they'll get a rerelease (don't know if I'm allowed to say more lol), so no need to search the web anymore!

Lol looks like I read too fast, sorry! Sorry for the off topic too

Isn't that his wantlist, Ward?

I used to love Hardcore and still enjoy a lot of producers out there! :posford: For me it has the same vibe as Nitzhonot, meaning that it emphasizes on adrenaline, on some kind of melodical rudeness (at least the Mainstream style) and phat beats! The snippet posted by Nemo reflects perfectly how the scene blooms in Holland. Up there the music really got big attention and Angerfist is a typical Mainstream Hardcore artist. Next to this mainstream version there are of course loads of sug-genres that got less commercial elements involved, like Speedcore and Frenchcore (or at least that's how they called it some years ago). That's usually the kind of Hardcore that attracts less kiddies & nazis. Nevertheless, I prefer the rushing melodies in combination with 150-170 bpm distorted kicks! Another great and rather recent example of Mainstreamish Core... http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=G2giFMLebXk

Thanks for all these kind comments! Of course the only thing what counts is having fun while making music, but it's always nice to see that some other people actually enjoy this too! -
Downloaded & enjoyed!

Subcouds unrlsd material is something I'd definately like to dig into! Same goes for Lotus Omega, I always wanted to hear the full version of the Alien track Next to that, I'd like to add old P.Cok material to the wishlist...I'm sure there must be some very nice pre-1998 stuff in between their unreleased material.

Hmmm... I don't think I'm shipping to local Israeli shops, sorry! If you'd like to get it (and in case you got paypal), you can buy it directly from me...pm me if you want! Btw, it's for sale on Saiko too now! Gonna update the thread! -
This is sooo good! A pleasure to listen to, the way he plays with his sounds, filters, percussions, and automations... Above all, he got the right melody feeling! The only thing I could maybe remark is the fact that there's nowhere a really grounbreaking climax. The song flows really well, but I got the feeling the best still has to come. Anyway, looking forward to hear more. As soon as possible!

Indeed...and I wanna listen!

@ Shaman Of Sound: I think my music comes closest to old Luminus or Cyan. The combination of hard punching kicks, big melodies and a bit of attention to psychedelic details is how I'd describe my music. It's for sale on Psyshop too now, I'll update the intro post! -

Ok I did a big edit in the opening post. Added track list, free older tracks and youtube live fragments with tracknames. Hope you well be able to enjoy it! Only a few days left before the release! -
Ah I realized I didn't really make clear which tracks I played on the live video's... Part 1: Hoa Nozem (feat. Goalien) & Last Man In Paradise Part 2: Het Was Zomer & De Sterrenreiziger Part 3: Our Sky Is The Mind Like I stated before, all are to be found on my upcoming album which will be released this week! Cheers!

Iszoloscope - Les Gorges Des Limbes should be added to the list too. Impressive drone-soundscapes and dark stories ...

I don't think it has much to do with intelligence and rather with your personal & emotional background... I mean, there are lots of dumbasses in the scene, and that counts for every kind of music. Let's say emotional intelligence & experiences overrule IQ in this matter. Your feelings towards the world will play a big role in your choice of music. For example, if I'd say that that the "glue" between all Psytrance lovers is their attraction to the unknown and fantastic, I'm pretty sure that most of you would agree. That would mean that Psytrance lovers are usually to be found in the emotional category of people that are fascinated by the unknown. What do you think, does this make sense?

Thanks for your replies! Mike, don't worry, I'll have loads of stuff with me, including some flyers/posters/stickers ... Hm, I'd better post a tracklist and some extra credits in my opening post too...will edit that soon! -
Ah, happy to see at least some people around here that shared my impression! The thing that bothers me with Goasia, is that the guys have a kind of repetitiveness during most of their songs. Play a song on the second minute, then fastforward it to the seventh minute and you're likely to hear the exact same melody again. Ah, well, not to offend anyone, maybe the variation is hidden into subtilities? Saying that Omegahertz is bad music, on the other hand, is something that I really can't understand. It's pure brightness, his songs are like children playing in the gardens of eden! Very innocent and emotionally-edged music, it is... Well imo it's just a matter of taste, really...
