Yes I bought their album https://www.discogs.com/Charasmatix-Abracadabra/release/250049many years ago from Psyshop on discount, always put it on hold to dive into because it sounded too rugged and poor. But I knew it had something with it so I kept positive. I started to listen to the album a couple of years back, and it is cooool. I love it. Especially the track that just for me (Collateral Damage) sounds like a Sepultura with Logic Bomb's psychedelic pollution. The mastering on the album is poor and muddy or what one would say. Fuzzy. Great release. 2 bad about the prod. Even though it works fine in its setting when used and explored. It is read that Iftach Yakar -the muppet of De Duck- was born in Tel Aviv, Israel. It reads on that he used to live an ordinary life with ordinary stuff. That is, until one day when De Duck emerged onto his head. No one knows where it came from, but this cute-looking rubber duck placed itself on top of Iftach's noggin... Using his grays as a host, it took over Iftachs mind and began producing electronic music. Quickly enough, De Duck became drawn to produce Psytrance like a duck is drawn to a pond. Apart from the music, De Duck is also a sound scientist of the quacked & fun sort. He specializes in building his own custom midi-hardware and synth modifications. Which is truly fascinating by itself, and it makes his live act very much unique and mesmerizing in its own ducky way! De Duck hosted a weekly show on the Glitch.FM internet radio for a year before paddling on to new ponds of presenting.
