  1. You´re right indeed, it has to be this one: V/A - Tathata 1
  2. That´s not my collection, just the stuff I want to get rid of or doubles.
  3. "Deviant Species - In the hands of the randomiser", perfect from start to finish. I´m not sure if you can categorize it as full on, but it is kind of full onish for sure. "RAM - Efficient chips" is great as well, sometimes a bit too noisy for my taste but generally just perfect.
  4. Yep, their first one was great, that´s what I call proper morning music. The follow ups are not even worth a mention imo. Why is it that most of the time the debut of an artist is somehow unique and inspiring and then it all goes downhill abruptly....? *wondering*
  5. Concept - Experimental I only listened to the samples on Psyshop so far, yet I think I´ll end up ordering it some day since it sounds quite nice in a way. Nothing groundbreaking, but still... listenable... and definitely not the usual full on from what I heard.

Let me assure you they´re reliable sellers. I didn´t order that much from them, perhaps 10 times all in all. And I got a problem only once, which was solved immediately by the guys. They are not as fast as psyshop, but hey... no one is, I guess. So don´t worry about it, just place your order. You made me curious about that rare item you were talking about. May I ask what it is?
  7. Melodic? I´d say not really, it´s pretty dark and hypnotic most of the time. Haven´t heard it in a very long time but I remember it as being quite good. If my memory doesn´t fool me there´s a collaboration with Simon P. on it as well, actually the whole CD practically consists of collaborations with other artists. If you liked the Flying Rhino sound I think you´re going to like that release, too. However, it should be not that easy to get that one anymore.
  8. Yes, their homepage is no more as well, it used to be www.spiritzone.de I think. I´ve tried to enter several times without any luck, the domain is for sale now it seems.
  9. I´ve done a trade with Tore as well, and it was a pleasure... I would deal with him any time again
  10. I´ve been hunting down that Technossomy album for ages as well, the last one on ebay was sold for about 40 british pounds
  11. OK, now I see, thanks very much for your advice
  12. Either side is boring on its own!! What you need is contrasts... imo
  13. No Psyshop doesn´t release everything that´s being released, what pops in mind immediately is Apoxinas´first compilation, the Trold album, Koxbox - Dragon Tales rerelease, Downhill - Silent City, etc... Or sometimes they get the releases way way later than it´s actual release date as was the case with Horns and Hoofs first two releases for example. For more unknown releases I would definitely check Wirikuta rec, they kind of concentrated on the more underground stuff it seems.
  14. Well, you simply HAVE to check "Ultimae rec" then, so far I´ve never been diappointed with any of their releases. I´ve got all of them, and recently I didn´t even listen to the samples before buying, knowing that Ultimae can´t fail. Ultimae rec releases
  15. Haha LOL, yeah I once had one of these Acoustimass sets and OMG did they suck, that purchase was a major stupidity for sure. I have a question indeed: Besides the C370 I have a C350 as well which is merely collecting dust atm. Is there a way to connect these two to relieve the C370 a bit? It´s getting pretty hot sometimes when I´m blasting full throttle. Any clue?
  16. They had some great releases for sure, so it´s quite a big loss to the scene. But then again their last couple releases were pretty shitty imo, nothing that grabbed my attention, just almost the same fullon crap everybody else released if I remember correctly.
  17. I´m no expert when it comes to audio equipment but I´m very satisfied with my setup consisting of: - NAD C370 (Amplifier) - NAD 541i (CD Player) - Infinity SW12 (Subwoofer) - 2x Infinity Alpha 50 - 2x Infinity Primus 200 that´s it
  18. I think Youth was the founder of Killing Joke back then, and he is , as you might know, no unknown guy in the psy scene.
  19. I use Sonic Foundry Sound Forge to record stuff and I think it´s quite easy to use
  20. LOL, honestly imo the samples at Ishktur`s guide to electronic music really suck. They are not even placed in the proper genre sometimes, so don´t take that site too seriously. Haven´t listened to the mix unfortunately but I know the tracks... and they ROCK!
  21. hehe, no... I´m just wondering and like to know. OK, obviously it´s not very important when it comes to sampling. What does it mean in the context of virtual analog synths then? How can a VA produce aliases?
  22. Hmm, frequently changing I´d say. One day there´s nothing better than some oldschool madness and the next day I´m so fed up with it that I need some stripped down to the bone minimal or psytech, and then I can´t stand this monotonous pounding anymore and am longing for some nice chill or whatever. It all goes around in circles...
  23. Would you trade "Kindzadza - Waves from outer space" for "Electric Universe - Blue Planet" ?
  24. Hmm, well, fuck me... google is your friend I guess So practiccally, I can avoid aliasing by setting the sampling rate up to 96KHz, 192KHz or whatever and then dither it down to 48KHz. Or do I have the same problem again then?
  25. I often read about aliasing here and aliasing there but I´ve absolutely no clue what that means. Can anyone enlighten me about this one? Thanks
