  1. Past hour
  2. It's always good to hear great new music But then it's always good to hear great old music 😎 Just put on Mystical Experiences, had to resist the temptation to go right to this track but I know it'll be the better for waiting.
  3. Today
  4. I realized that last link I gave was supposed to be to another track but it ended up being a link to the whole album. Oh well, maybe you will enjoy it. As I say, it's got a lot of differences to The Infinity Project but it is definitely some quality psybient.
  5. hello do you still have the track?
  6. Hey, my new album, Spiritual Renaissance, is now released! This project is an exhilarating sci-fi adventure featuring dark, deep and epic cinematic drum and bass in 165 BPM! It fuses atmospheric and psy-trance-inspired sounds with orchestral Elements. Enjoy Bandcamp: https://mellowsonic.bandcamp.com/album/spiritual-renaissance
  7. Shockwave is my ultimate fav. also :)) And love the ‘that’s so tacky’ sample.
  8. draeke is an asshole he sucks
  9. Yesterday
  10. This is one of my favorite albums. I remember buying it back in the days when it was new. I had herd some Sandman before, like Natural Born Killers and this cd really did deliver amazing tunes. Shockwave is such a huge track. =))
  11. Could be, yeah. It's really amazing that this 12" is always relevant in our scene. E-Rection when it was new, then X-Dream in the late 90's and still today with Out of Orbit playing his remix of it. And all the other remixes. =))
  12. Yes It wasn't super melodic like a lot of stuff and people despised it, but I find it super trippy.
  13. Thanks. I should check it out. Might wit until it's cheaper in case I really like it 😂
  14. Amen doesn't have spectacular tracks like albums before it, but it aged better. What I like about Amen is the production and crystal clear sound (mastering). I can actually hear a bit of Amen in this last album, but as it was said, the loud mastering destroys it...
  15. Last week
  16. Possibly this, actually, in terms of the mellow mood and the flute being there, though the spacey textures are maybe less similar than in those other two tracks I posted. Worth a listen, anyway. https://dubsahara.bandcamp.com/album/temple-of-stars
  17. I also have always found Amen to be a very good album! I understood why it was not the biggest favourite of the oldschool lover, but to me it appealed. This though ... well, I really like it. It's very good compared to the rest of the sound reaching my ears nowadays. I am so happy that they finally released something, after such a long time ... and it's good, presentable, I can play this to other people. I'm not even asking for any more, need no quantum leaps, just happy to be here and enjoy something new from Astral Projection after all those years once again Can it be that it's mastered for a certain setting? Such as playing in the car ... lots of people nowadays do that: mastering for car audio ... and be attentive when listening in YOUR car: in newer cars the audio sounds way different than in older ones ... I can say this out of my own experience: I've been having the luck of driving new pool cars (Cupra, company I work for has them), the audio in there is much more sharp and edgy and very different to my own car (which is like 15 years old) - in there it's much warmer, mellower even though you listen to the same songs. If you ever get the chance to listen to this in a car ... new or old ... give it a try and maybe that is it?
  18. It's a good track. In terms of finding something similar I guess it depends exactly what you are after. Overall it sounds like a more relaxed version of a Shpongle track, with less of the various instrumental bits in it. The sort of spacey ambiences do sound really nice. Maybe there is something in the space ambient genre to match it? Other than that, Greg Hunter has made loads and loads of spacey psybient so one of his tracks is bound to hit the right spot. Here's a couple of examples with vaguely similar textures, though these two tracks are maybe a bit busier than The Answer: https://dubsahara.bandcamp.com/track/artificial-dream https://dubsahara.bandcamp.com/track/octaphon-2 I will get back to you if I find something closer.
  19. you mean this? amazing tune
  20. People hated this when it came out. I've always loved it 💖
  21. link the track pls
  22. Has no answer for "Listen to the Flowers Grow" though
  23. I also want to know about the sample in GNotR - Rock Bitch "Jesus didn't dance, but his beat goes on" AI has the answers Origin of the Phrase The phrase itself isn't a quote from the Bible but is a reinterpretation of popular culture to describe the lasting legacy of Jesus. It is specifically attributed to the BBC Radio 4 show "On the Hour" and has been used in popular music, such as the song "Rock Bitch Mafia" by the Green Nuns of the Revolution.
  24. Anyone 19 years later have an answer for this?
  25. VA – Reincarnation (Global Sect, 2025) Pre-order Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, and Merch: https://globalsect.bandcamp.com/album/va-reincarnation Reincarnation is an ancient philosophical and spiritual idea that the immortal essence of a living being, leaving one body, continues its journey in another, opening new cycles of existence. We are proud to present a compilation that embodies this eternal process in musical form. VA – Reincarnation unites the past, present, and future of Goa Trance, creating a cosmic journey — both musical and visual. The tracklist includes: - unique remixes of fundamental masterpieces from the golden era of the 90s; - fresh works by renowned masters of the new school; - creations of rising stars of the scene; - and a rare hidden gem — an authentic track from the 90s by Goa Phantasm. Together, they form a grand musical canvas inspired by science fiction, visions of distant worlds, and dreams of interstellar travel. A special milestone for us — for the very first time in the history of Global Sect, the label is releasing a vinyl edition. The record features four breathtaking remixes on Man With No Name, Pleiadians, Chi-A.D. and Etnica. For this debut vinyl, we worked with some of the industry’s finest. Mastering and lacquer cutting were carried out by Beau Thomas (Ten Eight Seven Mastering), known for working on numerous releases of the legendary Aphex Twin. The vinyl production itself was entrusted to the iconic Dutch factory Record Industry (Haarlem). Visual art plays no less an important role in this project. The design of the vinyl, CDs, cassettes, as well as fluorescent T-shirts and backdrops, is based on one of the earliest artworks created by our long-time friend and collaborator — Ahankara Art. And that’s not all! As a special gift, we prepared a musical AI video clip for the remix of the timeless classic Teleport by Man With No Name. Vinyl tracklist: Side A: Chi-A.D. - Astral Warrior (Atlantis 2025 Rmx) Etnica - Intense Visitation (Centavra Project 2025 Rmx) Side B: Pleiadians - Asterope (Alienapia Rmx) Man With No Name - Teleport (Alienapia & Atlantis 2025 Rmx) CD, digital and cassettes tracklist: 1.
