Atm I'm using FLS 6 to create a hardtechno/industrial hardcore track. It's quite ok, but I haven't mastered it, so my opinion is futile here But I kinda agree on what nemo said, it's not so much compared to the 'big guys'

Usually, if you start hearing a peep tone after a long time of loud sound, it's a bad thing (i.e. you should turn down the vol next time). Also, your hearing of higher frequencies takes a faster toll then the others, so be aware! And furthermore, try not to listen to music at levels where your inner earsdrums (slightly) start to itch.

Hmm, got stoned on some good stuff last night and listened to Various - The French Connection. It was nice, I could decipher the music clearer and slowly they became visuals and before I knew it, I was dreaming.... dreaming basslines! I hate to admit it myself, but psytrance has more features when combined with certain smokable substances.

Typical for psytrance are lasers, projections, fluor and some cool psychedelic lighting. Though I would like to see strobes in the above list, you know, in case it gets 300+ bpm?

Speedcore with strobe is essential, and so is wicked sick DarkPsy But anyhow, I don't think that strobe is very well suited with styles such as morning psy, or progpsy so...
