  1. Just found this on youtube => Enjoy
  2. For sure, but the most important to me is the view from the listener, & in this case it's not always a reality; furthermore the original creator is never credited . Ok, so one new more psy related this time, with Enthéogenic remixed by Abakus & Michael Jackson - Billie Jean , check especially the rythmic =>
  3. One very famous trance anthem (1993) => and the classical original song from Wim Mertens (1983) =>
  4. Abysstate is/was a label from Monaco, on his site you will find the catalog of the label in mp3 for free. MIchka & Polaroid sections are the chill projects of Blade, & the most interesting sections of the site with The Blade's one . In the Blade section you'll find the albm released with psytunes plus some unreleased like the one which was released on Mind Rewind 3 from Dat Mafia Records. There's others musical projects on the site but they're not PsyTrance related but you can have a listen off course . Here's the link => http://www.abysstate.org/index.html Enjoy !
  5. It seems that actually KLF was more seminal for the Psy-Trance scene than i ever thought Every Trance fans should go buying the album The White Room from KLF
  6. The intro melody is quite similar to the intro of this Trance anthem Compare the main melody @1"36 with @ 3"43 melody below .
  7. Hilight Tribe & Secret Vibes are for sure interesting french lives with live instruments (guitar, bass, drums , didgeridoo, flute ...)
  8. I just remind this song (An Astrix side project one-shot collaboration) which according to me would perfectly match to warm a progressive house set =>
  9. I think about 2 artists which could match nicely with your request: - Jens Buchert with his debut album Fruit Machine released on Plusquam, you can also try all the others albums released after it. - Denis Matenda and his downtempo project Chilling Matenda, especially Mediteran released on his own label Global Phonehead records. Otherwise from a more trancey or psychedelic view , there's tons of good stuffs , have you tried some labels such as : - Ultimae (Carbon Based Lifeform especially, Aes Dana, Solar Fields) - ChillTribe (nice compilations outhere plus Wombat & Gringolocomotion albums, Hi Pks if still lurking around here) - Chillcode (some solid albums with Galaxy, Kuba & Enteogenic) - Interchill (albums from Eat Static , Liquid Stranger, Kaya Project) - Organic Chill (Ganja Beats for dub trancey tunes) - Cosmic Leaf (D.Batistatos) If you're into dub trancey sonds there's also Gabriel Le mar productions under his own name or with his different projects : Saafi Bros, Dub Connected...
  10. Jaïa - Maï Maï & Hilight Tribe - Free Tibet (original for me too) are good choices. I would add a Shpongle tune from Are You Spongled? & Dancing Galaxy from Astral Projection. So , depending on people i'd choose one of these 4 tracks.
  11. I agree mix-tracklist needed here I got Noma - Another Time @ 16"00
  12. Actually the last track is a remix of famous french singer Mylène Farmer - C'est une belle journée .... https://www.discogs.com/fr/Mylene-Farmer-CEst-Une-Belle-Journée-Remixes/release/4185018 big lol
  13. We've got many champions in this thread so my contribution goes with =>
  14. My Top 5 Emotional Goa tracks is: Astral Projection - Maian Dream Ominus - Sunimo California Sunshine - Coming Home Tromesa - Nowina Aeon - Osho Bonus Morning Progressive : Element feat Dj Alex - Cat Walk
  15. I agree for these albums : Trold - Once Upon A Time Haltya - Electric Help Elves & Book Of Nature i'd mention also : Ozmali - Forest Fusion SCI Forest - Fetish Box Necton ‎– Children Of The Noizy Village
  16. First i think that with time, it must become harder & harder for the DAT crew to find unreleased Goa hits , so it's evident it has an impact on the selection quality. Let's start with my favourites of cd1 the Unreleased Tracks : Shiva Chandra - Atmosphere is a cool tune with enigmatic sounds at first, it's very bouncy sounding & results quite fun to listen. Magus - Black Holes (remix), got a smashing rhythmic coppled with muffled dark atmosphere. A track that cathes you right from start up to the end. Blade - Anthropophagi, has a catchy melody & got several funny twisted breaks; a quite genuine track in its build up. Mystery Machine - Psychedelic Concentration, let's say it's a thick tune with an adrenalin rise starting with the voice sample. Now my tops with Vinyl only tracks on cd 2: Kharma - Harmony, is a cool syncopated tune with sort of marimba tones for melody , the whole caught in an hypnotic groove. Usually not a big fan of Tim Schuldt due to his big fat sounding & metal background. Here with Ushuaya & 3 Months , you still fond this trademarks but there's also something else that makes the difference for me. There's lighter harmonies & sounds like the harp/acoustic guitar tone plus some cool fluffy layers. Hux Flux - Time Slices could be resumed in a haloween hypnotic song, so fun & dark at same time. Hiscore - Identify, is a stomper with a fat bass & acid lines : 100% heavy production. Gangguru - X-3, is a whirl feeling tune with some echoes. This 3rd volume of Mind Rewind is unfortunately , less attractive due to a weaker cd1 more concentrated on what i would call Goacore productions but less quality to my taste. Hopefully cd2 catches up with more homogeneity in the production.
  17. My tops for cd 1 are: Excess Head - Another Planet, i love this hoarse voice sample. OOOD & Moonweed - Spiral Expansion, i especially enjoy the live feeling here. Zerotonine - Morning Glory Kaledoid - Anjuna, reminds me some of the tunes from Transwave 's album Helium. For cd 2 : Byte 1 - Dive 1, nice dark feeling here with bouncy groovy touch. Subcouds - Greenflow (97 remix) Somaton - Nool Sonrg Tromesa - Nowina for some emotionnal , melancholic Goa. Still good but less effective than the 1st volume, Mind Rewind 2 is worth the money as there's no real bad tracks or filling ones

    Mind Rewind

My tops on cd 1 are : Green Nuns Of The Revolution - Kwo-Ne-she , as i always be a GNOTR fan it couldn't be elseway than enjoying it. Deflo - Salt Lake, a nice energic & pumping tune. Doof - Mars Need Women (Just 3 words mix) Actually i don't enjoy Etnica, exception here with Shadow Dance which is my favourite from the band as it doesn't have the typical "drugy" Etnica tones. For cd 2 , i mention : Joti & Ofer, the song have the typical trademarks of a classic Goa Oforia track, loud & dark. Mushroomman - N.I.S , very catchy melodic tune. Electric Universe - Rain , as usual no regret with Boris Blenn & his melodic & atmospheric touches. North Central Positronics - The Great Bear, i didn't know this project from Posford with other dudes which sounds great like always with him. By far easily , it's the best volume of the Mind Rewind serie, a must have for Goa lovers, furthermore the artwork of the 2 discs is beautiful.
  19. Actually COP is/was Jan Muller from X-Dream + Gangguru members (Pierre Branet, Phil Weiss & Willy Boutron)
