  4. Yes great year so far but i guess this will not go on this way. Sales are not so good so i think most or even all new labels that showed up this year will give up again because of making losses with releasing... Btw next Phototropic release will be again a compilation, va artificial sun, and second amithaba and second pandemonium album are also waiting for release.
  5. It seems it is based on mp3. The mp3s were mastered and put on this CD. Original wavs have been lost it seems so mastered mp3s is as good as it gets with this release....
  6. Its released.... All infos, as usual on Phototropic webpage: http://phototropicrecords.com/
  7. Then you can buy it here: http://www.neptunwave.de/product_info.php?...amp;language=en This shop accepts Paypal and Bank transfer.....
  8. I guess the discussion about Filipes tracks explains a lot why there is always so much expectation and disappointment when it comes to his tracks. In the end all are good, Filipe has no specific style or musical quality, he can simply do anything. Just look at his hip-hop project for example. So its not that tracks are good or bad, what happens is that one works for you and another track does not. The Amithaba track sounds so "old" because Amithaba is a retro project, this is supposed to be that way. But i really think melodies are predictable, but the Pandemonium track is great, so powerful and fresh... i love that one.
  9. Mp3s of files have survived. One day there will be Lost Buddha Untold Stories on Phototropic, with a different tracklist including tracks like Astralic Map and Transfiguration. This will be mp3 only because no other versions exist anymore.... In the near future there will be a new Amithaba Buddha album that is much more Lost Buddha influenced than Goa Gate!
  10. Because some people asked: The German shop is a little slow at the moment (already got delivery but webpage not updated)... but Kunaki lowered international shipping rates so shipping from US to everywhere around the world is only 4$. So this CD can be ordered directly from the US for only 14$ including shipping! Also, Agneton will receive a bunch for all Belgian freaks next week. Also, Phototropic CDs will soon be available in Russia at http://ambiplanet.ru/
  11. Wavs have been lost by hd crash So it will never be more than a mp3 release...
  12. SynSUN - Zelur Project Release Notes: Zelur Project was made by SynSUN in 1999 but was not officially released that time. Now, ten years later it finally gets released. 13. Hmmmm you can master old and new or different sounding stuff together without overcompressing.. a very good example of this is the Goa Times compilation which contained some old and some new tracks and sound was still very balanced and nice for all tracks.
  14. I have not said that anyone must like this album. Of course you can find Filipes Metapsychic stuff better. And if you bought the album and don't like it then you sure can be pissed off and give a bad review here. But what happens is that i read stuff like "RETARDED!!" or "Poo you!" and this is totally unacceptable, especially since this would not have happened if Filipe hadn't given away free music. And you cannot expect me to read over such things without reacting.
  15. You know i am really sick of you people turning Filipes free stuff against the album. There has never been anything for free from Suntrip, and when Filipe does it, instead of appreciating it you turn his free releases against this album. So here is what will happen: There will never be any free stuff from Filipe or Phototropic ever again. Hope you are all happy now. Harald aka Digitoxin
  16. Total perspective vortex is by far the best, then Celestial. Others are much weaker.. digi
  17. Interesting to see that so many people don't get the Pandemonium! concept. About sound: Well sound quality is really not the best, its old Filipe work and with mastering its as good as it gets. There is no magic stick to turn it into supersounding stuff. Anyway, please spare me your mastering comments like eq-ing, thats just stupid. Get better speakers and you'll see that sound is balanced. Musically i think its one of the best albums of all time. I don't like the darker tracks (especially nr. 4), but Nr, 3,6,7,8 are great. And my favorite is Seq-uoia, such a strong and beautiful track. I listened to it staight for 5 days when i got, it, the whole Ra album only lasted 4 days... now its almost a year that i know it and this track hasn't got any weaker, i start to get the feeling that this track is an infinite source of fun and beauty. My impression is, apart from what is going on here that most of the complaints come from persons who downloaded the tracks that got stolen from Metapsychic and now are disappointed that there are no new tracks on this CD, but CDs are not made for people who download unreleased stolen tracks. Also, i think some people will miss the good tracks (nr. 7 and the mentioned nr. 8) because they somewhat hidden on this CD. Last comment: I don't really care what other people think about this album, i didn't release it for hype but because it contains tracks like Seq-uioa, and i think its the best Phototropic album so far, so there will be Pandemonium! album Nr. 2 even if you all rate this one 1/10. digi
  18. It must be business related... he is the official Phototropic reseller for Europe for a month now and it works fine so far, he told me he likes oldschool Goa (and therefore the Phototropics). I just know he rated the latest Phototropic before he actually got it delivered, so he is judging by the samples + seller contact or something. Anyway, i don't think this is more weird than Anoebis judging is own CDs 5/5. digi
  19. Well if you expect to get rich and famous then making Goatrance sure is depressing and not fun.. There are always worse artists that get more attention, best thing is not to depend on such things. Digi
  20. Finally it arrived at saikosounds: http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display...ase.asp?id=7461
  21. =============================================================================== Phototropic Records presents: Pandemonium! - Muinomednap! =============================================================================== Release Notes: Pandemonium! is an innovative project of Filipe Santos (aka Amithaba Buddha) with influences that come from Ethnic music, Goa, Nitzhonot and Fullon styles, a Goa-Trance project that brings some fresh air to the nowadays Psytrance music.
