I ended up getting a Technics SL 1200M3D meself! 😀 it was fun. A DIY CNC phonostage -->running into DIY B1 pass pre --> Klipsch multimedia speakers. After couple of months, I sold it off and bought meself a gem Technics SL 110 + SME tonearm + Shure v15iii + jico sas needle! Currently very happy with it.

And also one can catch KDD and Psykovsky pretty often ☺️👽 KDD seems very disciplined and humble. Where as Psykovsky always seems to be busy with dusky Indian chicks!

Occasionally in the mornings they are actually playing some goa surprisingly, which just makes me incredibly happy when it happens. --- This is very Rare. As Sphongled247 has rightly said, the sheer number of parties will definitely overwhelm you. But, if you are a lover of Pure Goa, you will be disappointed. Its just Russian Darkpsy, LOTS of Nano Records music and full on :/ Not once have i heard Goa in 'GOA'. (And i visit every couple months) if anyone of you has read BOFB fb page recently, you would know this -- He played at a couple of parties over here , couple of months ago i guess. Sadly i missed it. :/ In short if you like Full on, Darkpsy -- GOA is the place. P.S - - Sphongled247, Kill it bro! have fun. (I have my exams now, otherwise it would've been nice to catch up with a fellow Psynews'er) -Ankur

Such a cheerful album!! Thank you Jannis for this amazing journey. I would recommend this to anyone who feels "Lost In The Wild". It will put a smile right on your face, pump you up and get you going!! Do you want anymore more from an album, nah!! Almost an year now and still abusing the CD!

This album fills the listener with sheer happiness I wish it was released last year.. A wonderful album.

A good new TT costs a lot in my country I don't want to buy something mediocre and then in a year upgrade it. In the new I've few options like Audio Technica LP 60/120 affordable (1month salary :/ ) rega RP-1 & project debut carbon both only available in few places (costing 50K 😱) even if u consider there price as $500 , they both cost upto $800 over here !! I stumbled into some vintage technics & Marantz. SL 1700 , a very nice one, but I was a day or 2 late in approaching the seller. Vintage good one's cost (20k ₹ I.e around 400$) that's why the inclination towards vintage one's. So that I'll be able to buy a phono amp as well with some money that'll be left out.

And I've already spent some money on other things :/

Thanks verachor. Ya I've kept that in mind. I never thought it would be so tough to choose one :/ it's been months! I should just stop looking for a vintage one & buy a good new one, I guess.

Pure home listening is what I need a TT for.

🙊 how could u say that to the Radiator! Ok , back to the topic. If I had the means, my house would be decorated with beautiful organic/historic/cultural yet functional stuff.

Same is the case with all Goa/psy fans , deprived of good melodic Goa/psy. Do not expect any kind of good Goatrance/Psytrance in Goa. The holy land is filled with Psycore/Hi Tech! If u lucky u'll manage to find some places in Anjuna with good ambient in the afternoon where u can have a few beers admiring the peaceful oceans. Sad scenes everywhere in India. The only good thing I attended here was Matsuri Nights! Dj Tyuoshi Suzuki is a class act. Thank god for that event. After that couple of depressing psycore parties and I called it the end too. 😞

Hi All, I've decided to buy a turn table (About time) i've couple of old LP's and next month i'll be getting a few more. So please suggest me as to what do i look for in my first TT. Budget is around 300-400 Euros. I guess i read too much about the automatic, semi automatic , this , that.. , BLAH. I'm very confused right now :/ , feel like i'm back to square one. " HELP " Any suggestion/opinion/knowlede dropping .. ??? Thanks -Ankur
