The topic was pretty out of control. Simply removing the offensive posts wouldn't have stopped people from commenting on the material that used to be there, and if we'd warned anyone we would have had to warn loads of people. At least I assume that's what was going through the mind of whoever removed the thread (it wasn't me).

Crude humour is allowed, yes. Posting photos of girls who look underage and explaining in detail how you'd like to violate them is frowned upon, though.

Indeed an entertaining review. It prompted me to check some tracks out on Discogs to see how bad this release really is. Thing is, I actually kind of like it. It would be more accurately described as acid trance than Goa trance, so I think that it's missing the point a bit to complain about how repetitive it is. I might grab it off iTunes later.

It's not inappropriate at all. It's just that people looking for opinions on the album are more likely to find them if they're posted in the review thread. -
Sure, but if it's not feasible for an artist to do anything other than DJ they should at least advertise their set as a DJ set, rather than a live act. There are artists (not just Posford) who incorporate real-time elements into their acts, and it's a bit unfair to those people if promotional material makes no distinction between someone who just presses the play button and what they're doing.

It's the rich-text editor that's to blame. It's a piece of shit, but we're stuck with it. I recommend pressing the button at the top-left-hand corner of the reply box which switches to the plain-text editor (but also blanks out all the other buttons, for absolutely no reason whatsoever). That won't get the links back, but if you subsequently cancel your edit and then click the edit button again, it might work. Test:
