The purpose of this comparison was to imply that Astral Projection will never release a new album, since Templar is both aware himself and also expects the intended readership of his post to be aware that Down's syndrome is not a temporary thing that people recover from in the manner that a person with a common cold might recover.

Templar obviously wasn't suggesting any such thing.
