    No, the forum's been slow for me as well over the past few days. I have no idea why, perhaps mars knows. You can't. I don't know whose decision that was but I guess he or she wanted this forum to only have threads started by mods.

    He made a string of abusive posts, for which I gave him a temporary suspension. I upgraded it to a permanent ban when I noticed that he was hiding his location by posting through a proxy, which I consider a pretty good indication that he's one of the recurring trolls.

    Can't tell, he was using proxies. But my money's on one of Swedish, Australian or American.
