I think there has been a lot of pretty good stuff released this year but what I've heard so far has not been come in my pants good (except Androcell - Effloresence, but that's chill ) I have yet to hear Ka-Sol's release but I'll try and buy it soon. From how it's described, it sounds nice.

I am SO looking forward to this one. All Liquid Sound Design releases have been good. Most have been bloody excellent. Easily my favourite label. Hope they get their Illuminations comp out too.

Other albums I would recommend you are Recently Puff Dragon - Sazanami Androcell - Efflorescence and from further back OTT - Blumenkraft I didn't get into this one straight away but when I came back to it a year later, it absolutely blew me away. Butterfly Dawn on Liquid Sound design also. I've played this A lot in the last 3 years. These are top of the pile albums for me.

I agree. This album is a great concept album. I've listened to it a few times now, on my okay stereo and also on my kick ass headphones. I really got a lot more out of it on the headphones, I got lost in the layers and came out feeling very dark indeed. Definately recommended but as it says above you might have to invest some time in actually listening to it!!
