Ok I just got wavelab yesterday and a i am really liking the peformance of that program, and is fairly easy to use, even thou i got tons of questions I will start with a simple question first Since i installed wavelab all of my wave files are now directed to it. They had turn into wavelab.wav file. Now, i can off course solve the problem o na especif file by manually change the "open with" instead of wavelab. The question is: Is there a way to undo this conversion?. Or you have to manually change all the waves files that you dont wanna use it on wavelab?

So Two years ago Apple bought emagic and now there is only far mac users We all know that What i want know if there is still any user that still uses hils old PC version I find it Logic Platinum 5 quite good It still not out of date you can manage superb edition and peformance on that one What do you think? I dont like the idea, that within time i will have to leave Logic....

Hey Cybernetika i dont know if you saw it, but once i said somwhere here at psynews, that i think your music Rocks the casbash I have already heard several tracks of yours and you always manage to impress me. I remenber there was one that was like an orchestra, that was just amazing Anyway, may i say i always liked your dark side of music. Its always very much atmospheric and deep, typical Germanic style combined with that futuristic spacey sounds.. Botton line: Great music As for review this particular track, i could say that in terms of production is one of the best( if not the one) i had seen it from you. In terms of listerner perspective and musically perception, it didnt disapoint me either. It has that Cybernetika style i was talking about, the atmospheres and depth. Even thou i dont particullar follow dark full-on, it has quality and emotions, and that whats matter to me, not the genre I could honestily say its not the best track i heard from you, but its for sure a great one!

Even thou for me it sounds much more meloncholic. I mean, i know i did that music based on a true meloncholic feeling. It is a sad story after all, the one i was trying to tell.... But like i said in the radi6404 thread, the emotion for the listener perceive, lies in the hand of the creator to pass it clearly and beatifully. I truely hope i passed that message. Its not me being over sensitive about it. If we have to put in on a genre. I would call it Trance I dont know anything similiar to that, but i dont think its dark at all Similiar here as in "structure" About the melancholic feel, its all up to you. If you were melancholic or that melody is based on a meloncholic feeling, then it is. Expressing that to others is the hard part. What we call "emotion" in music is not only based on the passion of the creator. Its also based on the capacity he can transmit his message to thers listerners. Thats is true art and highly dificult to manage, its also totaly relative to individuals. Some can say it instantly got the melancholic feeling your music. I honestily didnt, but as said that is completily relative

I like it! I think that the mastering is quite decent imo. There was some small frequencies crash, althou this is a minor thing. Some of the effect use is very nice indeed. I also like the style( dark minimal) Keep up with the good work And btw Icarus In wich program did you make this song?

Tribals vision has done it again This label is a great news for the scene Always about quality releases. Reminds a litlle of Digital structures on the early ages About the album, i am sure it must be great. I have only listened the samples, but POTS is one of my favorite artists and most likely will not disapoint me at all

I dont think full-on has a stable relation with "bad mastering". Thats not true Full-on has more to do with a constructive formula that the music atempts. In fact, many of the most clear professional production ( in terms of EQ and mastering) is in the hands of the most popular full-on artists. Money buys mastering quality, but doesnt make good composions indeed

How many jokes must a man have to do, before they call it a spammer? Really, what makes us a bad user at all? Look at me for ex. I never ever posted a review, i dont talk too much on the general section. I have made many threads in the freestyle section and most of my time i spend on the off-topic section. I truely think that i have not caused any problems beacuse of that, not either in the OT or the others. In my point of view, the general section was always very usefull and respectfull. There is always some interisting discussions hapenning with out any of us getting too much off-topic or starting flame wars. Yes, there was some artist bashing (but they were asking for, j/k) i know that, althou nothing really special about that. We still have the most colecction of real classic music discussion and the way psytrance involves towards his news trends and so on. The reviews section, music making, labels anouncement and travel party, well, they are all fine That leave us with the off-topic and its sub sections. It looks like that the "off-topic" users are ruining this forum with endless fights and spaming. Not so true There WAS some shameless fights on the last two weeks before the forum got hacked. This fights evolved a few topic only and every one involved was not trollers that is always fighting and looking for trouble. Its the excatly opossite, things somehow just got tense those days because of some issues that were brought, and they have a big argument about it. Just like the same way it happens in real life. Its not like the case we are facing with some real trouble makers like the very well knows Bruce and Jacob that was here all for the fights and insults One other thing, is the way its labelled as "bullshit" the all so famous psynews humour. Like a stupid playground for the idiotic users. Thats a heavy untrue and unliberal statement. If we look into a visitors eye and a "mature" perspective and take as an example you stumble a Feathers or Gaylord freestyle post that is truely all about nonsense You may think with all your mature authorithy " ahh that is bullshit". But is not! We all know their personalites and aceppetd for their nonsense and humorous pretension. As long it keeps respectfull, there is no problem whatsoever We were always glad to the fact that we could talk about minors "useless" things and also the "serious" things. Thats what always kept a perfect balance in this site Please, this just my point of view. I still respect yours( Mars) choice in order to keep your site running. I merely pointing that this site was in a good balance even thou had its problems. Thats perfectily normal. We just have to be fair enough to take extreme actions only against extreme situations. Peforming heavy moderation does only makes the place more tense, lets us try to be as much fair as possible But hey, i am all peace
