Yep BOTFBs just seems to get better and better with each new album. RA and Morphic Resonance in my opinion haven't done a bad album.

You are a legend mate @Day Tripper

OUT NOW on Bandcamp 😊

Someone told me that Planar headphones cannot do bass. These HE1000SE's manage to make the bass on this sound deep, clean but very visceral. S

Hi! I don't, but this I found this psytrance term (bushbrog) there if you're still interrested! And if you're interrested in nitzhonot (technically a derivative of goa trance), I'll now tell you that there's - the oldschool style (a bit minimalistic, not that psychedelic) - nitzhogoa (bringing back goa trance influences) - uplifting (the greek style, not that psychedelic though) and its subgenre "nudge psytrance" (barely anyone knows that one though, but people like Agneton and Glytor could probably tell you more about it!) And well, the psytrance genre tree on a different website I'm on has more darkpsy-related genres, as well as a bit amount of releases to check out! I also remember someone on psynew making a file with other psytrance genres absent from both websites I cited... there was twilight full-on on it, for example

Massive bump on this thread... Every 1995-1996 track of Psychaos is outstanding. Can't believe that some like Perception Of Reality only got released on a single comp and I'm just discovering them now. Shame he never released a full length goa album, maybe he spent all his time perfecting the singles

Out of Orbit just dropped a new album today — Drawing Dinosaurs (2026). If you're into Goa trance, it's definitely worth a listen. Clean production, memorable melodies, and great for walks or home listening. Someone commented under his Ozora 2026 set describing the sound as "that sweet spot between EBM, 80s, and Goa" (probably more 90s than 80s, but you get the idea). I had that Ozora set on repeat for a while, and this album feels like a solid continuation. A few notable collabs on the album: Hallucinogen, Oforia, Space Cat.

Another track with Arthur C. Clarke voice sample. Start at 3:40 Fractal Glider - U-Mix (1997). Released at 2023

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my psybient remix of Filteria’s “The Big Blue,” released today. 💙 Filteria is one of my favorite Goa trance artists, and the original comes from an album I consider a true masterpiece. I first heard the track driving home after a Goa party in Belgium, and that moment has stayed with me ever since. After creating three psybient albums, I wanted to explore how its uplifting melodies could find a new home in a slower, deeper, more atmospheric setting. 🌀 Rather than recreate the energy of the original, my aim was to express what it means to me through a different kind of journey. Here’s the Bandcamp link: https://ohm-mind.bandcamp.com/track/filteria-the-big-blue-ohm-mind-remix I’d be happy to hear your impressions, whether you know the original or are discovering the track through this version. 🌊

OUT NOW! Buy on Bandcamp The Sourcerer EP is an invitation to dive back into the psychedelic side of the 90’s when Goa trance was wild, tribal and full of surprises. 3 tracks deeply inspired by pioneers such as Psychaos, Sheyba, Orion, Green Nuns, Hallucinogen, Prana and Total Eclipse, artists and projects that shaped the Mandukya journey back in the 90s. Born from those early years of exploration, Mandukya and Droidsect have always been about pushing the boundaries between psychedelic, melodic and hypnotic trance. Those early influences are still present today, but with a new vision and the same raw energy Sourcerer continues this journey through a modern approach, where the spirit of old school Goa meets a more powerful and contemporary production. Twisted melodies, driving grooves and unexpected turns come together to create a trip that looks backwards while moving forward. Est Release date: 20/10/2026 Tracklist: 1. Sourcerer 2. Phaseform 3.
