Heard it became "Shiva Shidapu" over a bad telephone line. 286681[/snapback] The Original name of the group should have been that of their second album "ShivaSidpao" but there was a misanderstanding over a long distnace telephone conversation between DJ Jorg in Tibet and germany, which ended up registering the groups name as Shiva Shidapu in the production records. After a few releases with the already registered name, it was too late to change the groups name by the time the second album was about to come out. Therefore, the releases after the second album kept on comming out with the name Shiva Shidapu, or Shidapu, while this name did not apear anywhere in the second album. In this album there is also the explanation of the name's meaning: Shiva - God of destruction and reconstruction. Symbol of the God who's inventing change with dance. Sidpao - astrological, tibetan calendar, and very old tool of tibetan LAmas to fullfil our time with magic. Shiva-Sidpao - is for us a magic tool with whom we intend to break time borders and bring KINICH AHAU and his 10 planetary Orbit in the Sound of the intergalactic Tune. They also include some european tunes but the israeli tunes in there are just the highlights. The last great israeli compilation was Full On 5 featuring majestic tunes by Power Source,Green House Effect,Psysex,Infected Mushroom,Illumination,BLT and more. After that the scene in Israeli was destroyed and turned into one of the worst music industries on the planet. For more than 3 years now Israel has nothing,almost nothing to be honest,to offer to the trance world. Where did Power Source,MFG,Chakra,Edi Miss and Mystica dissapear? What happened to Sandman? How did good old Infected Mushroom and Xerox changed so much? Where the heck are Future Prophecy and California Sunshine? Whats wrong with Astral Projection and Yahel? Why Space Cat and Oforia became mainstream? Why Emuna project never released anything again since their debut album? Why Cosma had to be taken away from us? Har-ell has the Aderenalin Drum project now, and he released an album not long ago Vanity in Kagdilla records.. space cat and Oforia are maistreem now thats true... no news from Edie Mis, Power source.... sandmans cd was rereleased.... Astral are out of their old sound. MFG cant wait to listen their new album on Hommega but i guess it will be another full on flop. Hope they prove me wrong.
