Michael has made a tremendous amount of growth with his new and improved sounds and production since his last release. The EP reflects Michaels current preferences for psychedelic music and is inspired by experiences from various travels throughout the globe. Although hes been spinning records for over two decades, his first live set took place over a year ago and took him on journey into unfamiliar territory that brought new reflections of spiritual growth, which inspired the creation of Sacred Mirrors. The listener can look forward to hearing three solo tracks and a collaboration with Braincell that contain deep atmospheric nighttime grooves with crunchy bass lines and a wide spread of dynamic range. releases June 20, 2016 Cosinus would like to thank: My beloved family, Daksinamurti & Emiel for your countless support and for believing in me and my music and the great friendship we share, My Soul brothers Izzy and Yan Sequoya, Luis @ Psycheground, the Southwilds Jay & Bonnie, Ralph @ Braincell for the great opportunity to work with you and for the open ears, Sinan for our great friendship and sharing the passion for good electronic music, Gaspard & Ajja @ Yab Yum, Nico @ DS, Brouss Psyberpunk, Kelton @ Hoodwink, Ron Jon & Gia, Steph the Wild Bourdeau , Fabien Illegal Machines and the Bom Shankas ,Yan & Audrey @ Synthetik Chaos And last but least YOU!!

Imaginary Sight vs MPF (Via Axis & ProAgressivo) - Purple Jello 148 10. Yab Yum - Disconnect (Remix) 145 Sangoma Records proudly presents the second chapter of Emiels compilation trilogy Cryptoforestry. This selection grew over the past 9 months, constantly changing and evolving till Emiel was satisfied with the outcome. The result is a fusion of nature and technology, organic and synthetic elements, as well as digital and analog influences with love for the detail that is also reflected in the artwork by Andy Thomas. 10 action packed tunes and amazing collaborations of top contemporary artists of the psychedelic trance biotope wait to be explored. The Wilderness returns to your urban environment in form of crispy obscure groovy sounds fitting day and nighttime and made to played outside; a sonic honey pot for all sort of creatures, party animals and cryptoforesters who seek something real in an artificial surrounding or who wants to reconnect with primal inner nature. In the music a glimpse of our ancient tribal tradition survived, both fragile and resilient at the same time and against all odds it offers an antidote for the undesirable side effects of modern civilization. 4. Artist: Sibling Title: Forest of Illusion EP Label: Self Released Date: February, 2015 01 - Hybrids (88 BPM) 02 - Ki (105 BPM) 03 - The Gates (102 BPM) 04 - Soul Conduit (92 BPM) 05 - The Flood (117 BPM) "What the? You dumb Klan motherf*ckers, that's a white woman! Cut some damn eye holes!" Forests can be beautiful and scary. This is both. Sibling is Trent Thomas from Arizona and I'll be honest I didn't think Arizona had forests. Well what he does here is make some spooky and eerie forest downtempo music. Very dark and lush with a am I seeing things kind of feel. Slow, evil, glitchy groove with a prominent bass. Pretty trippy. This isn't the forest where the animals sing and help Cinderella put on her dress it's the one in South Park where they perform human sacrifice. Very interesting. Free at Ektoplazm
  5. India has always been a land of diversity with it's rich culture spanning across 29 states and 7 Union territories with 22 regional languages. India is a country of great values and sounds. The vedic sounds, the hymns of the vedas and the sounds created in accordance to nature which comprises of various organic instruments. Owing to its diversity, it's very hard to travel and explore through each and every corner as someone said, "If you see and travel each and every corner of India you might not have to see the whole world as the whole World is here." So to depict and honour the World inside it, I have tried to craft the sounds of India with my fellow friends and artists, who has also given their insight about what they feel when it's the story about the sounds of India during the Twilight time. And, so we call our next compilation "INCREDIBLE INDIA: TWILIGHT CHRONICLES". Tracklist : 01-Cosmic Brahma Vs ChakraView - Mogambo 148 bpm [07.04] 02-Cosmic Brahma Vs Zzbing - Raga Drum 148 bpm [08.34] 03-Cosmic Brahma Vs Kaya Seneman - Magical Vibes 150 bpm [07.25] 04-Cosmic Brahma - Tribe-O-Dance 148 bpm [07.47] 05-Cosmic Brahma - Artificial Intelligence (Bonus Track) 148 bpm [07.43] Artist: Cosmic Brahma Title: Incredible India: Twilight Chronicles Label: ClockTail Records https://www.facebook.com/clocktailrecordsofficial Media Format: Digital Download Genre: Psychedelic Trance Catalogue Number: CLOCKDG009 Distribution: Beatspace Digital Release date: 30.04.2016 Artwork Design by: Fractalis Mastered by: Mindworx Mastering release available by next online platforms: https://clocktailrecords1.bandcamp.com/album/cosmic-brahma-incredible-india-twilight-chronicles http://www.beatspace.com/9473/Clocktail+Records/COSMIC+BRAHMA/Incredible+India+-+Twilight+Chronicles/detail.aspx http://www.junodownload.com/products/cosmic-brahma-incredible-india-twilight-chronicles/3079996-02/ https://itunes.apple.com/ua/album/incredible-india-twilight/id1105284171 https://play.google.com/store/music/album/Cosmic_Brahma_Incredible_India_Twilight_Chronicles?id=Bnrgvflymvgyth3zv5nw5qtq6nm https://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Twilight-Chronicles-Cosmic-Brahma/dp/B01EGPVGMU/ref=sr_1_1?s=dmusic&ie=UTF8&qid=1461996176&sr=1-1-mp3-albums-bar-strip-0&keywords=Cosmic+Brahma

  9. Tottem - Natural Mystic EP Goa Records (goaep171) - Geomagnetic label group Released: April 15, 2015 Tottem is Christoffer Totte from Sweeden (had to find his soundcloud account to find any information on the artist, haha, pretty low-key) and for me his music was a totally unknown until last year when I stumbled upon his EPs in the vast catalogue of Geomagnetic label group... But what a pleasant meet this has been, without any doubt my favourite new artist to appear in 2015, hands down! Already his sound is very mature and complete, so I cannot wait to hear what will be in store for the future.... and I am surprised nobody else has reviewed some of his work to this date on Psynews (this and another EP called Proactive Runes... which I probably also should review), so for a starter you will have to make do with me Let us just get down and dirty, well first things first, overall the tracks have a very ritualistic feel to them, with deep grooves and panoramic soundscapes that swirls around "the room". As a simplistic approach, this could be defined as foresty Goa trance with most emphasis on the Goa part, yet the bottom sound-floor is based on the deep drive and bass-scape often found in (good) forest trance. I can only imagine how it would rip the dance-floors when played on good sound-system, yiaks! 1. The Yogis An epic opener, the track slowly builds up (and not in a hurry) to open up into swirling alien melodies, perfect panoramic "views" The way the melodies are build makes me think of Trold, but I wouldn’t say they are alike, but some kind kinship exist with the non-linear evolution the melodies undergoes... like the continues stream of the subconscious... very psychedelic 2. Buddhas From the Past Present and the Future The tribes move in... here we're moving into fire-dance territories. And then the melodies start.... underplayed and subtle, but suddenly you realize that you are embedded in a multi-layered cake of soothing melodies, very well made! Still the drive and the evolution of the track is very slow and patient (a good thing) with dreamy samples dropping in now and then... a trip! 3. Vishnu Now its getting darker and more foresty, the groove is deep and mystic (fucking amazing if you ask me)... The top-layers are still dream-like and floating on top of the deep vibrations underneath, very interesting combination! I have to hear this on a big sound-system with dancing people around me... Woah! This mix of deep grooves and dream-like melodies is very unique and very interesting, very epic sounding Mystical trance! 4. Natural Mystic For the last track we are back in the jungle to begin with but soon we are going to space... A nice closing track, with a little bit of sentimental note it. It is less involving than the previous tracks, the last bit of the track on the other hand takes you straight to the stars with laser-guns and aliens floating around, finishes too fast, or gets there too late though All in all, this a very very interesting contribution to the scene, and I hope this means that we are in store for even more from his hand... a very fresh take on the Goa scene, love it!!! Highly recommended!!! 5/5 Listen to it and buy it here >> Bandcamp <<

  21. Artist: Various Title: Tales From The North Label: Troll N' Roll Records http://www.trollnroll.com Style: Psytrance, Forest, Darkpsy, Goa trance, Suomisaundi, Mastering: Johan Ohlsson Artwork: Oscar Bodin http://www.oscarbodin.se Release Date: 2015-03-18 Troll N’ Roll Records presents their seventh release, Tales From The North, a strong collection of darkpsy and forest music with hints of Suomisaundi and Goa trance. Scandinavia’s dark forests, deep lakes, and high mountains are home to a variety of mythical creatures. We do not see them unless they choose to show themselves but they make themselves constantly known. When someone mysteriously disappears in the woods, when you hear strange noises in the attic, when the milk turned sour overnight—it is the mark of the supernatural. In the past they were a natural part of our world, a way of reminding people about having respect for nature… Tracklist: 01 - Squees & Toxic Anger Syndrome & Gubbology - Tales From The North 02 - Oliveira - Shadowland 03 - Maan - Huldrehaug 04 - Gubbology - Chaku Hachi 05 - Squees vs Gubbology - Kråkestan 06 - Cut The Cheese - Trollsommar 07 - Trance-Ingvars - Den Sjunde 08 - Oginok - Fraxinus Excelsior 09 - Zoon - Monsters 10 - Captain Kirk - Midnight Carousel Ride 11 - Discolin - Shiokara Situation 12 - Toxic Anger Syndrome - Ragnarök Free download @ http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/tales-from-the-north
  22. VA - Tales From The North Troll N' Roll Records Tracklist: 1. Tales From The North - Squees & Toxic Anger Syndrome & Gubbology 2. Shadowland - Oliveira 3. Huldrehaug - Maan 4. Chaku Hachi - Gubbology 5. Krakestan - Squees vs Gubbology 6. Trollsommar - Cut The Cheese 7. Den Sjunde - Trance-Ingvars 8. Fraxinus Excelsior - Oginok 9. Monsters - Zoon 10. Midnight Carousel Ride - Captain Kirk 11. Shiokara Situation - Discolin 12. Ragnarok - Toxic Anger Syndrome Weird, wild and hella fun, a groovy, drippy, trippy concoction of Scandinavian dark psy, forest, suomi and just a little bit of goa, all in one great, free compilation. "Tales From The North" is refreshing because of its suomi approach that often keeps the weird effects of its dark and forest psy feeling lighthearted and even celebratory. The three-producer intro on the title track finds Squees, Toxic Anger Syndrome and Gubbology employing some serious dancefloor grooves with a pleasant tempo that never gets overwhelming, all served up with a side of wicked forest effects and don't-give-a-shit suomi good-time vibes. A solid and hella fun beginning to the comp. Oliveira takes a much more normalized approach on "Shadowland," serving up a solid little full-on gem with a very pleasant and understated focus on goa effects. Fantastic job on this one, definitely one of the great highlights of the collection. It pairs very nicely with the melodic goa of Maan's "Huldrehaug," a track that, like most things on this compilation, rocks very nicely in its own subtle way. Sure, the energy is always there but nothing ever feels like it is trying to punch you in the head to let you know how important it is. Beginning with Gubbology's cool little groover "Chaku Hachi," an uber-funky track laden with forest effects that are fascinating because of how subdued and effective they are, the compilation goes in more for the weirder side of psytrance, sometimes on tracks that are spectacular, sometimes on tracks that are not. The out-of-control keyboard work on the unhinged energy of "Krakestan" is fantastic but the lazy forest grooves of Cut The Cheese's "Trollsommar" and too-trancey euphoria of Trance-Ingvars "Den Sjunde" don't quite make the grade. Oginok's "Fraxinus Excelsior" is one of the compilation's greats, constantly keeping things just a little off-balance with several direction changes through the first part of the track before settling into some great head-bobbing grooves for its second half. And, man, is it ever fucking easy to dance to. A lovely piece of work! The final four tracks get much deeper into the darker and experimental realms of sound and are best left to the subjective opinions of the individual listener in terms of quality. Sometimes those moments are daring and tantalizing (Zoon), sometimes forgettable (Captain Kirk), sometimes wilder than anything else on the compilation (Discolin), sometimes just plain dismal and angry (Toxic Anger Syndrome). In my opinion, the first half of this compilation is far better (and perhaps more accessible to the common psy listener) than its second half. Many of the finest moments come from Oliveira and Maan during those early tracks but be sure not to miss Oginok, the finest gem of the collection's second part. A quick Ektoplazm search shows a few other Troll N' Roll compilations available for download, many of those with several of the same producers that appear here. After "Tales From The North," you can be sure this will not be the last time this record label and I cross paths. I'm very much looking forward to discovering some other great gems off of those offerings. Available for free play or download at : http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/tales-from-the-north

  25. Hello fellas, I hope all of you are doing great. I've never been so active before & maybe I should start posting more instead of just reading the threads I'll be moving to Madrid next month thanks to a job opportunity I just got; and one of the things that make me happiest about it is the possibility of going to different parties around Europe (I currently live in America and have not been to Europe before) I feel there are some big festivals around(OZORA, BOOM, Lost Theory) but I don't know anything about the small ones; and would like to ask for suggestions on which should I go to. So, my 'utopian' festival would have acts like: Filteria, Mindsphere, Crossing Mind, E-Mantra, Ra, Alienapia, Battle of the Future Buddhas, Spruce, Ka-Sol, KoxBox, Hallucinogen, Shpongle, Prometheus, Derango, Fragletrollet, Enichkin, old Psykovsky, old Hux Flux, pre2001-Infected Mushroom, Texas Faggot, Cybernetika, Pleiadians, Merr0w, to name a few. I know some of these acts don't play anymore (I.M. for example) but these are the sounds I'd love to dance to on an open air festival. Big parties like OZORA have some acts and styles that I don't mind/like. I will go these year because I love Simon, Benji & Raja acts, I've never seen Shpongle live and I feel it's an experience I must have, but I personally prefer the 'smallest' parties, between the trees at the forest, with everyone just loving and dancing to the skies. I would love going to one like this, for example: https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/t31.0-8/s960x960/1556433_467959966682626_4572918734884704406_o.jpg (was very sad because I wasn't able to go) Do you know of any party you think I should go to? I'll be living in Europe starting next month and at least until July 2016 thank you so much for your time, I hope we can meet up some day:)
