  1. What happened to Rip Van Hippy?
  2. Some abstract music... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QF9lAhVrch8
  3. I want to know if it is possible to use samples like recorded voices, sampled sounds and melodies from tracks and get in trouble for that. I was planning to do some sound collages with sampled sound.
  4. Basically, all the sounds are the same volume. There really isn't much tone established.
  5. Aphex Twin - N ∆Mᵢ⁻¹=−α ∑ Dᵢ[η][ ∑ Fjᵢ[η−1]+Fextᵢ [η⁻¹]] η=1 j∈C{ᵢ}
  6. Ninja McTits - [බිත්තර වී ] Before you play this, turn your volume down or unplug your headphones! You have been warned.
  7. I'm sure the Midi Miliz ones are old. (Edit: X-Dream - Psychomachine "Midi Miliz" Remix is at least a decade old.)
  8. VA - Clairaudience (Devic Craft Cordings) A breakbeat and experimental compilation, with artists like Rip Van Hippy, Loopus In Fabula, Exotic Matter and others. They do really know how to make complex and chaotic breakbeats, especially Exotic Matter - Anthrotrapezoid.
  9. VA - Edges R Fun A Australian breakbeak compilation. Some very obscure artists like Big Green Pleasure Machine, Tongue N' Tweak, Ju Ju Space Jazz, and others. Some are quite relaxing, like Mista Spalding - Formant, and others work for the dancefloor, like A.B. Oblivion - Ewoks Agogo.
  10. VA - Sqeech (Faerie Dragon Records) Mostly a suomisaundi compilation, with some Australian artists like Odd Harmonic. It is a good introduction to that type of psytrance. VA - Schizm Basically, a abstract psytrance compilation with artists from Isreal, Denmark, Sweden (I think?) and others. The most notable track IMO, is from Isreal. Sattle Battle's first track Dotman. One of the only Israelis to not do regular goa trance/psytrance, it is very upbeat and sounds like a lot of the stuff from Australia/Finland. I'll be posting more whenever I can remember some of the compilaitons.
  11. Old minimal/early progressive is much better than what is often called "Psy-progressive".
  12. I love that channel! Me and the uploader used to talk about what should upload next.

    Ollie Olsen - Emptiness

Good release IMO. I feel that this entire album could be used in some middle age war soundtrack, with the dark/mysterious atmosphere. Or even some person jumping out a window?

    USA

I can actually confirm all of this.
  15. Shaolin Wooden Men - Ohar Shaolin Wooden Men - The Forest Has A Mouth Reprise + Rickshaw Special Go Man - Brain The Visitors - Tiny Little Engines Third Eye - New Life Sonic Sufi - Optimum Flux Psyko Disko - Deep Reflecta - Elektro Beings Antediluvian Rocking Horse - Rigorous Doughnut Masaray - Time Traveler Of Trance
  16. Seems good, but I find this a problem with many other aspiring artists: there isn't a main melody/lacks a drive.
  17. Some Avant-Garde! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaFh7Ova1FU
  18. I liked this from VA - Blue Bells, because of its humourous style.
  19. Alright. I was trying to do IDM, but those sudden stops were intentional. I really didn't get them how I wanted though.
  20. I will add my tracks here! Feel free to add constructive criticism, or just tell me what was wrong! https://soundcloud.com/ennislaurengarrett-nortey/xoark-vqoq https://soundcloud.com/ennislaurengarrett-nortey/xoark-rittavr-i-duselseven
