  1. I have it, quite spanking new actually (played 2 times). Interested in a trade/buying?
  2. isn't the world great? one of the best reviewed albums of this year for free! I promise to try to make some sort of review myself if I like the cds
  3. Ubar Tmar without competition. As much I like KURO's output too, Ubar Tmar's deput falls into category "all time classics". tracks like flying saucer landing, electric voodoo man, 3d heaven... brilliance
  4. I've been listening to 80's house for days now jack my body!
  5. I agree with you. Oh man, I just gotta tell you it's an experience to play "singles collection" on proper audio equipment. My impressions are far from "sucky", quite the opposite. I'm looking forward to the next album...
  6. Ololiuqui's sound has always given me the goose bumps! I love quite about everything they've done. *goes to check samples*
  7. Simone Postforce still gets gigs after 9yrs after his last Hallucinogen album. I find that quite remarkable say what you want! Arne Shaaffehoosse on the other hand, invents his sound all the time. From dark psy-tech to minimal electro-house this guy pee-wns. I find them both to be excellent musicians!

hah actually I'm getting it soon (cd-r) I'll let you know when I've heard it!
  9. mark isham - a really good cloak from the movie crash, the scene where the shop keeper comes to shoot the door repair guy... sad, melancholic... beautiful!
  10. I don't like this album that much. To me it sounds too clubby, not enough variation (missing those "now I didn't see this coming!"-moments) and enhancing melodies... where are they? The track with Ott was semi-good what I listened. The melody could've been more varied (again). Perhaps some note changes could've helped... I can sure imagine this working on the dancefloor but for homelistening it doesn't feel deep/intelligent enough. For trade or sale btw, if you're interested!
  11. email: Mauri here, thanx for your remarks on our pre-millenium music, it is an honor for me to be recognized as responsible for producing " the most impressive sound of goa there ever was" Even though it's not so cool to know you don't like the newest stuff .... :-) Anyway, so many things have changed since those "analog years" , we have now a large amount of bands making this kind of electronic dance music we call psytrance and the public, or "dancefloors" also changed incredibly, the focus for many artists (specially for the older ones) has been on improving the production, cleaner and more dynamic sound to compete on the same level with other kinds of dance music, or even with new names in the trance scene. Basically keeping that "underground" feeling became quite impossible, a lot of the tracks produced now that people consider as "goa" usually lack in the production side... Ok, getting back to your request about sharing old unreleased, it is fine for me
  12. texas faggott is great Yeh I didn't quite get into OOOD. So it's available, only listened two times!
  13. :----------------------)
  14. I like it too! 1st and last track work the best for me
  15. OOOD's new one and Texas Faggott's Petoman's Peflett. Gr8 stof! thanks psymas
  16. I also find Filteria's compositional arrangements quite chaotic, they lack harmony. But there's plenty of time for his sound and skills to mature so I'm looking forward what the future holds up!
  17. oh cool! such a generous gesture from you Jikkenteki and Faze, thanx! I've heard such positive comments of the Jikkenteki double album I can hardly wait, what a xmas present! <3 <3
  18. good buy I'd say! One of the best idm producers from Funland I've come across.
  19. Yeah Eat Static indeed. Their live show has set my standards of good performance to a whole another level. They truly can make people go nuts on the dancefloor. From the albums I like "Alien Artifacts", "Alien EPs" and "Adbuction" the most. Melodic, intelligent and u-f-o at the same time!
  20. you can get 10-15 from green dreams I'd say
  21. the samples of the yet unreleased tracks didn't sound at all that fascinating. the samples were short though.

  23. great review!
  24. galaxy 2 galaxy - hi-tech jazz (live version) the live version has the original's (1993) acid line turned into sublime piano riff. this track has everything you could hope for, electronic music with soul! detroit techno meets jazz and the results are <3<3<3 I couldn't recommend this track more. perfection.
  25. "I prefer completely new tracks because I don't like to hear the same ideas recycled" remixes can be totally different from the original. new tracks can sound like bad remixes. eh? -if it's good I don't care for the title-
