  1. You wash your mouth out with soap and water, young man.
  2. Yeah, same here.
  3. Now that's just crazy talk.
  4. Stuff on fantasies.
  5. You'll get more than that if you eBay them.
  6. Ahh, but few can tell them as well.
  7. I too feel his music is on a higher intellectual level but I am open to the possibility this might not actually be the case and that maybe I'm looking at it through rose-tinted spectacles. Love, afterall, is blind. What I will say about Hallucinogen (and this in my opinion is one of the main characteristics that seperates him from the crowd) is that the music always feels as if it's leading somewhere, that it's telling a story, an emotional story. Too often have I listened to psy-trance (particularly modern psy-trance) and felt the music is going nowhere, that it's not telling a story, it's just a string of sounds with no purpose. Pointless and dull.
  8. Yeah, halcyon days.
  9. Yes, the cover conveys the concept and that's important to me. It's stupid but I can't help myself.
  10. Cracking tune, easily one of his best in my opinion.
  11. Agreed.
  12. That kinda ruins it.
  13. Yeah - that's a beauty.
  14. Nizlopi - JCB Song I know, I know... I should stand in the corner and think about what I've done.
  15. I think that's fine chateau wine you're thinking of, something like a 1998 Masburel Moelleux. Mmm.... Back on track - I only like the final three tracks on Nitrox, the others... I dunno, I feel a few venture into full-on-ness which isn't quite my cup of tea. Or wine.
  16. Wow - some nice albums there. Should keep you going a while.
  17. Electric Universe - Meteor (2005 Mix)
  18. So, you are indeed speaking the truth. My pardon. I've never really understood the craze about signed merchandise, but to each their own and all that. Good luck with the auction.
  19. Fair enough. I was just wondering if you had a policy against music of a certain age.
  20. Bob Dylan's Blowing In The Wind sounds so 60's and Led Zeppelin's Kashmir sounds so 70's but they're still great tunes. Timelessness isn't just about how a tune sounds, it's about relevance and weight of emotion, something Twisted and The Lone Dernager have in spades. Do you you not listen to music pre 2000?
  21. Are you Simon? Can you send me a dirty email?
  22. I expected more from you.
  23. No, I know what you mean. I tried writing a few tunes years ago and it does have a habit of taking over your life for a few weeks/months. I found I smoked a lot more, ate a lot less andsaw very little sun. Worse though was that I spent so long perfecting the bloody things that by the time they were finished I hated them as I'd heard every little sound a thousand times. Soon decided it wasn't for me.
