Far East Technology is better than both Phenix and Japanhythm for having more varied styles, but as far as full powered releases go, Phenix>Japanhythm. What are you crazy people doing over there to make such good, clean, driving sounds!? Arigatou Gozaimasu! Daisuki desu!

http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?acti...30F3CE106355919 Toxic-The Gathering (Sabotage-Yabai) Brethren-Odyssey (Legend of Cane-Nexus Media) Abomination and Slug-Bleed (Edge-Nexus Media) Silverchair-Freak (Psyboriginal vs Daheen remix) (The Numinous-Ketuh) Error Corrective-Toymakers (Revolve mag promo CD) 11 vs Symphonics aka Phi-Space Criminal (Far East Technology-ELF) Zion Linguist-Speaker Creature (Subliminal Messages-MMD) Phatmatix-Sorcery (Sorcery-Yabai) Bon-Activision (Underground Resistance-Digital Psionics) Chromatone & Random-Alien Hunterz (Sonic Solutions-Timecode) Triskell-Here Knows When (The Turning-Timecode) Hyper Frequencies-Route 666 (Mechanik Castle:Disc 1 the Oubliette-Mechanik) Killer Buds-Superman (A Little Lunacy-Ketuh) Audialize-Glideline (Psionic Religion-Digital Psionics) Twisted System-The Eye (The Dealers-Timecode) Shockingly, the beatmatches in this mix are all spot on. Some of the tracks may have been a bit loud in some places, I had to record through the mic input, which on this computer does not have an option to make it a line-in... So I had to have the master output from the mixer turned way down, and apparently it may not have been down enough... But its not a bad mix, despite that, the tracks here are all FULLON KILLARGGHRzzz great stuff. My copy of The Dealers is a bit scratched and you may notice some clipping towards hte end of The Eye (cracy song BTW, always liked it as an outro track.)

I chose minimal X hard tech. Sounds like it would be cool, the kind of thing I would dig. (Sorta O/T: Ive always wondered if there are ever, for example, prog remixes of fullon, or fullon remixes of chill etc...)
-
Ive posted it up there, but so far it seems no one has noticed. Ive had a few mixes up on triplag before, Im 'dj mudpeople'. (I can never decide on a name, and whenever I do a few weeks later I dont feel comfortable with it anymore... )

okay, I have a very diverse taste, I dont care what style or box it fits in.. Tool FSOL Prodigy Cold Cut Richie Hawtin/Plastikman Floyd Zeppelin Deicide Morbid Angel Dimmu Borgir (earlier stuff) Amon Amarth ( ) Pantera Metallica (anything before Load) Megadeth Anthrax Daft Punk Vivaldi DeBussey Jean Michel Jarre the Doors most cheesy 80s synthpop most cheesy club/eurotrance NiN Filter (first album, then *plop*) Placebo, to an extent Front 242 Chemical Brothers Dust Brothers (fight club soundtrack!) Orbital Frankie Bones Black Sabbath Rhapsody (to an extent) Portishead Bjork Nirvana Smashing Pumpkins (Gish, Siamese Dream ) Cyprus Hill (to an extent ) NOFX Anti Flag Dead Kennedys (probably my all time favorite non-electronic group, Frankenchrist ) the Vandals (funny motherfuckers, too bad they suck now) the Specials Fishbone Reel Big Fish (they had some great, and fun as hell, ska parties in Honolulu...) Doc Watson (bluegrass, which apparently is pretty popular in Germany. My dad's band CLICK played gigs in Bavaria around the end of 04) I like what I like.

Krumelur-Minimal Criminal Kino Oko-Lost Entertainment (or was that 05? sorry....) VA-Trash Art (some may say clubby, but IDK...) Fitalic-Atomic Atmosphere M-Field-Current of Life (seems more minimal than many, to me.) Triac-Mean Between POTS-Creating Social Success As for fullon: VA-Far East Technology Phatmatix-Sorcery Mechanix-One Man Game DMMT-Afrika Bombastic Commercial Hippies-If you Can't Stand the Heat... There's more but, I can't think right now... -
+1 for Pavel's list. (When I saw Pixel, at first I was like, oh no, not more Israeli morning fullon... But I really listened and found his stuff very enjoyable! )

This song literally downloaded itself from my head through Renoise to the .wav. It needs a bit of work, I haven't done anything more than just plop it all out. I'll sort out the garbage later... If you have any suggestions, or would like to contribute to this track in any way, please feel free! If you think X spot would be good with Y sound/FX/synth/whatnot... You understand. It has no name. If you want to name it, thats fine! Its a .wma, my copy of dBpoweramp's mp3 encoder has expired... Im lazy and broke so Im not going to comb the web for a better prog. http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?acti...EFC325473767F1D NhjoHyennro-y!

Some people just like to complain and feel superior. Many of them have the need to feel superior, so they have to take everyone else down a peg to feel better about themselves. And its not just psytrance. Its not just music either. Its anything and everything you could possibly complain about, without being able to do anything about it. Armchair quarterbacks. Backseat drivers. Amateur movie critics. Car 'aficionados'. Every part of society has this shit. Funny thing, when you say, 'why dont you go do it better, then!' the response is generally angry, if at all. I feel happy to HAVE a psy scene near enough to frequent. I feel lucky to have as much good psy as I do. I feel amazed at how much stuff I enjoy, particularly progressive. To me, a dj playing semi decent (read: no IM, Skazi, Eskimo, etc...) trance is all I need. I feel the luckiest, to have access to consistent electricity, so that I can actually play the music.
