  1. I am noobish at making tunage, but I have been playing around with some cracy VSTs lately. some of the best one being free. Glitch: This vst can be downloaded for free as its a beta or something. Just copy the dll into your vst directory and use it as an effect. You can get some cracy stuff on here. Make a HIGHKO tune in 60 seconds. Absynth 4. Although this is mainly for ambient shit, this is still one of my favourite VSTS. rich beautiful sounds. awesome shit. Albino 3. Nuff said, this is also a great VST Nexus. One of the best for making psytrance basslines.
  2. Are you sure your friends at the church can handle Goa Trance? I mean, they can't even handle the earth being over 6000 years old.
  3. If your friend cant tell the difference between Goa/Psy and club trance maybe he needs his hearing checked.
  4. Hi guys, I am wondering what are some great VSTs that I can download for some killarr nukelines? Also can you recommend any other good VSTs that is used for the tranciness and the craciness in music. Any good glitch VSTs? Nice one Kev.
  5. I woke up like any other morning and walking around I noticed a picture I drew. When the word "trip" came to mind instantly it threw me back to the most intense dream ever. Last night I had this dream where my friend and I took loads and loads of acid. 2000ug. For some reason I wasn't as scared as I would normally be to do this... Belong long I began tripping, heavily. It felt pretty authentic too. Im sure some of you will know when I say "blackhole gravity-style vibrations". It was really cool. In this altered state I became aware that I was completely baked from all the acid and this dream was just an instense drug induced hallucination. I knew my body was off somewhere else, completely mullered on acid, probably in bed. I saw things in a different way this morning. I then composed this lame, 39 second long track. After listening to this shit loop over 100+ times, I just sort of gave up on it. Like a lot of things in my life. (Click for the actual sample.>> http://www.megaupload.com/?d=D8E7UPT5 It took 20 minutes to create this. It doesnt have an intro, or a body and the end just trails off suddenly. Like a child-slave being trailed behind a 4x4 through a broken glass factory at 80bpm, it will horrify you with its standard fruityloops VST's and it's cheesy chorus. The complexity will explode your head and leave nothing but a blood-gyser. Its melodies will drag your shredded corpse through a 20 second gravel-track made out of corse sea salt crystals and manuver it into a brick wall, which kills you upon impact. You twitches for a few seconds and then shit yourself. Thats how bad it is. Enjoy.
  6. Yet again, NHJO stuns us all with another genre-shifting, sonic-hyperdrive of beautifully orchestrated sounds and a possible glimpse into the future of electronic music. NHJO manages to create majectic, yet driving and truly epic dancefloor vapourisers that will get any crowd around the world tearing up dancefloors in a sweat-drenched frenzy. Having moved in a more sublte, yet still driving and intense direction with his music, NHJO manages to capture the very essence of what makes us want to dance in the first place. Catchy, yet never cheesy riffs and solid, driving basslines. This interwoven with truly epic and uplifting melodies he also manages to grab any crowd by the balls and just force them into a ephoric and transendential state of mind, elevating our consciousness and bringing us all together as one. It's almost hard to believe he hasn’t got a record deal yet.
  7. This album belongs in the "Faecal Matters" thread.
  8. Brilliant set dude, always digged your stuff hectic. On an unrelated note, you were in my dream last night for some reason. You were one of many evaluators on this weird "life and self-worth" course I was on. I was in a room with loads of other people, and I scored the lowest for personality and highest for generally being a cunt. Needless to say I rather unhappy and told everyone to go fuck themselves (probably proving their point). Not you though, for some reason. You were also sitting in front of some weird massive triangular plasma TV. with weird hyroglyphics on it. I had been drinking for 3 days straight when I had this dream though...
  9. I unfortunatly know of no Psytrance music vendors in Australia. I want this album. Will pay top-dollar. Yes. Message me please.
  10. Download this Noisia & Mayhem - Moonway Renegade. Probably the most insane drum and bass tune ever made. Clicky for listen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IRhpQcngvA
  11. Pendulum sucks beyond anything imaginable. Want good drum and bass, listen to Mayhem or Noisia. Sick stuff.
  12. Dude, look through the mix section here on Psynews and look for: Option Zer0 - Psybreaks Mix Part 2 Its fuckin good...
  13. Option Zero - Psybreaks Mix Part 2 Fuck this is awesome....
  14. Sound system that is crystal clear and doesnt echo or double beat. The "circle of speakers" idea is crap as when you are far away it double beats. Sooooo irritating.
  15. At least I wear colonge Mr "I sweat 4 litres a day".
  16. I went to a psy party in London, sat on the floor and rolled a joint. Only to have the weed confiscated by a security guard. Thats why I dont like psy parties in London anymore.
  17. True, IM have shown they CAN make really good psytrance (B.P Empire being my personal favourite). If they decided to not make a specific type of music, then that's their right as artists. I dont particularly like their new style but thats my opinion. The production is excellent, I just dont like the music. And that is not their problem. It's my problem. They are very good actually. It's just not my cup of tea. Five out of five for effort though
  18. Definitely. I used to cracy to their live sets back in 98-00. Some of the best parties i've been to actually.
  19. Yep. Id have to give this 10/10. IMO their best album.
  20. Yeah totally. In HMV in Tottenham Court in London (a massive CD shop) you can pick up loads of Psytrance CD's . Im sure ive even seen a few Psytrance vinyls.
  21. Well. lets be fair. "Technically", their production is superb. They know their shit. It's just their idea of "music" doesnt exactly gel with mine.
