What an amazing album. What stellar tracks. And WOW Way the Go' bringing back the old forgotten shiva boom! (imo): I voted this best album of 2016. No questions about it. It is ruly. I especially like how inside its very freshly well produced and extremly intriguing with attention to them details and their emotional motion, its very on spot in the way the tracks properlly fly and move swirl and flair - while on top it sounds almost old, dusty or smth - which just makes that "diving inside it" experience even more amazing--To find such sprakling gems in the music thats just perfectly hanging off the dark cave ceiling like strings of rubins and other colourfull crystals. Perfectly clear, perfectly there. And very tasty. The last track is Such a guilty pleasure--heavy on the pads it just makes me want to bade in its fluor honey cheese. Fat fat fat. And it keeps going. I do not mind the obvious inspired by Koxbox or "that must be Simon Posford" who gave a helping input - - sounds not like, sounds well done.... This release really manage to scrach soo many spots on ze back, ""Kauas Aikain Taa"" is clear to deserve loads of positive attention. Id say that this album by SAB KUCH MILEGATOR, is GOATRANCE to the (funny) bone. Trippy, intense, and totaly blimey with cool surprises inside. Oh, what I came here for was to read your words about this release. And I see I am not alone in my opinion. + to say that I AM REALLY EXITED ABOUT HEARING A THRID (3 yes that a aum) ALBUM RELEASE BY Sab Kuch Milegator, or an EP. But most, yeah, the third album. Extremly exited to see how that developes counter the 2015 release, and this 2016 release. Anyway, best of luck with that 3rd releases if choose to. Because yaar, im hungry for more and better SabKuchMilegator! Support the artist, buy his releases here: https://sabkuchmilegator.bandcamp.com/

A GNOTR morning is an awesome morning. Today I finally got this CD: https://www.discogs.com/SubGud-Museum/release/107964 My main reason is this track, originally from one of my earliest favorite metal-bands. e. + after I went to meet the guy who sold me the "Museum" CD by Subgud, I went online and bought these on Bandcamp: https://www.discogs.com/Sab-Kuch-Milegator-Shantimatter/master/860110(files) https://www.discogs.com/UX-Ultimate-Experience-Reloaded/master/489474(files) https://www.discogs.com/Aes-Dana-Feat-Miktek-Far-Off/master/977382(Digipack CD + Postcards + them files + bookmarks) The Sab Kutch I mostly bought just to give cashtra support. The UX album has been a dream to have for many years, also before this remastered release. The Ultimae Records release I found one sleepless night, its really nice.

You know what those Ubar Tmar strings of acid flow reminds me of? The interview with Simon Posford where he sais making music on 'cid is a diffecult thing because he ends up inside one string tweaking and feeling its grace of movement for ends of time. Or smth prop someone could quoute his words used better then me. . I love sounds, and do also have a love/hobby for DJing. I DJ chill/ambient and also psy/goa, So this material is nice for so much really. For some in some state it can maybe be a fun ride .... It can be used with respect for sure! And its free to DL. So .. * Im listening to this now. A lot of great stuff, some too copy of imitations.. Edit. Now playing https://ubartmar.bandcamp.com/track/sagaru-mugen-kun-gold -
Wow. Thats cool. I own this now. https://www.discogs.com/Ravi-Shankar-With-Alla-Rakha-Music-Of-India-R%C4%81gas-And-T%C4%81las/release/2499112Released in 1959, Indian version. My sister came back from India a couple of days ago and bought me surprise presents. The vinyl mentioned, and this one *goes to check it on discogs* -- https://www.discogs.com/Laxmikant-Pyarelal-Farz/release/5699687 from 1967. Madness. Such oldskool. shiiiit. I cant believe I own two genuin Indian vinyls like tihs. Now I just need a vinyl-player. And impress my guests.

Listening to this album http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/sab-kuch-milegator-kauas-aikain-taa I love it. A lot of details that melt my ear-heart. Last (7th) track by the Goats, is ...Super. What big fat chunky awesome pads. When its this good I dont mind getting fat at all! Bring em cheese, mmm!! I think Simon Posford has had his fingers inside this album, somehow. When more inside the album it gives such BEAUTIFUL subtle details and structures. Some forgotten arts. What you think? Anyway GREAT work by the artist. It provides a lot of forgottten. I think its much more interesting then most of the neo-goa I hear around. Now thats my opinion. Now, I will DL the artists first album release, and hear if that will wow me as well! Love one and other. Have a GREAT weekend ppl! Love n light, boom shankar :posford:

Sorry about that. Hadn't had brealfast yet and smoked too much tobacco. Its not important. Shiva Shawarma ! This was made without "stems" from Erez or Joerg. Its made from scratch by the artist. I quit like it and he told me personally at a festival we both played at that he even used another chant then the orginal by Shiva Shidapu. Sounds neither way great to me, i think its quit a good one. So I bought the EP. The orher track sounds like A.P. Some more remix of the truer old: and there is this one: .... -

IM lovin' this topic Here's a very shot description of them sauce tracks. 1: Streching it .... (some robotic trudging is very much The 2012 Messanger, and the track Classical Mushroom) 2: Bouncy .. (highlight of the "ba-ba"'ing melody sounds familier) 3: Strolling 4: Funky 5: .... frisky ("if the whole album was like this it would be more pure psytrance as promoted) 6: Play (IM loving its slightly lifting structure - This is the sort of stuff that reminds me of the awe remixes by Violet Vision) 7: do I hear hints of Queen's The Show Must Go On in it? (LOVE that beginning, OMGoa) 8: shroomed vibed (hoping as the single story goes that it was the least good track of the new album. It wasn't) 9: Big stadium. Thats what They have become. Stadium music for the BASSnGLITCH masses. maybe the HOMmega guy needs to become a vegan A true quote from the IM-forum: " left with wanting / expecting something more." - If I where 20 years old again, and was to try psychedelics/magic mushrooms for the very first time and listen to Psytrance/Infected Mushroom for the first time (personally i never heard IM before the trip had just begun). I wonder how much this album would have rocked my hat like "The Gathering and Classical Mushroom" did that night 16 years ago. (1 CDr with random tracks not heard before provided by a buddy sailing in the same "boat" ) In IM i Trust and thanks to them I still to this day appreciate and Love so much Psytrance. So if this is the closest they've been to a full lenght psytrance album in 10 years (Ye time flies). Then just maybe, they will go backwards and release truer and truer Psytrance going deeper to the core of their Psytrance roots bringing all their collected mushroom friends and street teams or whats it called the IM geeks with them (deepest being Shiva Shidapu - some Crop Circles tracks 4Sure influenced some IM tracks. No doubt) - oh wooow.... what a thought right!? Because Roy Shidapu is going on 604 strong <3 ). And hey, I totally believe in a IM CV 3 double album, *puff puff* a I was listening to a TRANSDRIVER live-set on the internet radio here a while back. I could have sworn I heard tracks that reminded me very much of the true vibe from CLASSICAL MUSHROOM and Especially, THE GATHERING (Return of the Shadows ... WOW). TRASDRIVER's new full lengt album has 1 track in perticular that actually allowes me to re-feel that OLD SCOOL IM sound. Honetly, if a producer like him (Transdriver) decided to make that old IM sound, I think he could. The Gathering has amazing tracks. And very very little of the annoying compared to the new annoyance. imho. I mean the few times shidapu and IM became "too annoying" is so little to how much "awesome" where present. Today the annoying seems to have infected 2 much of the material, again im humble (yes) opinion. And lets never forget this unreleased classic gem of a track. Some say its not IM. Some say it was IMs Hallucinogen approach. Some say its Hallucinogen unreleased, some say its Hallucinogenic Mushroom (IM+Posford). Ive always thought of it as IM- Unreleased * Thats nice, a continues mix released on Hommega official. I love DJ mixes. Why so few (imo) good IM ones out there? Please share if you know of one! -
The psytrance scene and why the digital format is so expensive
psytones replied to Void Mantra's topic in General Psytrance
Just to drop a mention. I bought this EP a few days ago. https://sebtaylor.bandcamp.com/album/the-aquarius-ep - It is only sold as files (digital), and 2 GBP is a REAL nice price for such an EP. Also, notice the very last track on the EP. Yes, its a DJ-mix of the EP it self! Love it. Love Seb. What a kind and sensible person. And what great music as well! -

Wonder if Duvdev smokes shanga to the psychedelic trance sauce. I havent. But I think Id like to try. Honestly, I havent had a psychedelic trip to IM's music in many many years! The sauce, hmmm... sauce. Whats needed in the sausce.. What about... cheese is scrumptious, but with pepper, it'll be more bumptious "Concentrate on your question, and when it is ready click on ... interrogate the oracle Look at this awesome cover Are you down with me? -

Putting aside that genre-bitching/analysing is lame, it can also be quit fun and interesting. So please excuse me as I would really appreciate Your input on this dwelling topic. Main topic Question: Psycore. What is it, to you? And, how so? For me. "PsycOre" came to mind and speech in 2004- or late 3. The time I encountered Russian Psytrance -concrete dark as a basement and hard as steel yet beautifully strong&soft and pumping organic! and for me, really Tribal and Psychedelic, and often based in space like astral- I was in love, and not much aware of where they, say Zolod / Terminator was inspired from (we're all inspired to some sense right). For me then, this "psycore" (lack of melody, with empathy on the trance and effects) was music from RU's/Soviet's uniqueness, I thought. And now thinking back on WWs and the Berlin wall, it makes traveller sense (bring home treasure from abroad), that they got "it" from the Berlin Techno vibration. it, meaning the Tech. The Organic Noise, the Psycore *Reading this I realize my Tech- knowledge/history of evolution/the red thread might not go so deep at all so your filling words would be much appreciated. The Year is 2000. Planet B.E.N. and One of the X-Dream guys releases an full album. Organic Noise is the group name. This is the track I stumbled apun. Pleae be my guest and listen to it from start. Its really nice. (just heard/found it today actually!) ^ is Very similar to one of my absolute fav. Terminator tracks, *just deep respect to the Paranoic Sensationists <33 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_hCAngDS54#t=511.237604 The Russians them self, when asked. Like CPC. Simply call their music, Darkpsy. For me, this neuro pumping Psychedelic Organic Noise, has always been Psycore. Psychedelic Core. I heard -and agreed- that melodies are hard to do and who wanna make smelly cheese anyway? Also, I personally think by listening to what is today reffered to as "psycore" should by all respect and honour of driving it up, be renamed smth like "horrordelic" #) Although being a record label (hey, Zenon, zenonesque - i mean zenon didn't invent ,,progressive minimal psychedelic" - Tatsu Recordings did more so of the founding work of creating, Zenonesque in my knowledge, also this, is connected well to the Berin Techno vibe I think), they have for me most defo coined the term for music a genre, Horrordelic. *i'm speaking of Horrordelic Records, a Stavanger label focusing on DarkPsy HiTech Psycore stuff... Aka. Horrordelic trance The influence pump of Berlin Techno goes deep - I'm pretty sure the ending of that Organic Noise track posted above is well present in this awesome VA Where all the red thread ends, or that's to say, begins. i don't claim to know, but it is fun stepping over it and taking notice of the history of its trail. In this case the mysterious psycore trail, somewhere being entangled with the HiTech gabba thread ... Again, do please fill in your knowledge to my lack. I have owned this album https://www.discogs.com/artist/27790-Adrenalin-Drumfor many years, and today. I hear a track on the mentioned Organic Noise (2000) album that sounds like it ", Psycore has (im actually sorry to say, caus i liked that term name, psycore) firmly places as a bro' of HiTech. Aka. being almost solely associated to fast BPM. HiTech seems to me like it arrived from the Dutch Gabba-scene (Terrordome, alcho, GHB, speed coke you name it they drop it - So Fast so Hard~Trance DUNKDUNK) that was brought home by Russians, and became this high BPM music we today Osomlly call HiTech (right? Please correct me with your knowledge). This being very much then like the Berlin Techno scene being an inspiration to the boyz in da Moscow hoodz, like Parasense, Zolod, In'R'Voice, CPC, Fungus Funk .. If I dare attempt at guess by my ears and eyes. PsyCore, its in its name. Psychedelic Core. Surly. Has nothing specific to do with high BPM. Right ? Speedcore, , Hardcore, Trashcore ... People who claim that psycore is fast because of the mentioned core's - I will argue do not understand the (irony if you'd like of) psy- before core. Psycrowdelica Fesival (rip) seemed to be Too much of that, ,,core ..... Psy, psychedelic, psychoses, psychic, psychology .... psyllium. Granted, I have not dropped acid on a Psycore/HiTech event in a long time ... Maybe Im the one who got the core wrong https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thrashcore PS. for me Darkpsy is lesss of the Neuro- and more of the "awkward" rolling and trolling. PS2. For me it does not really matter the sticker label put on the yaar, as long as in the length of the universe, it is Psytrance. PS3. If you read all of it without breaking your brain. Congratulations, here is a stråhatt: http://static.miinto.no/photos/products/beaded-jade-white-strahatt-3519186-311x467.jpg (no it's not specifically a Forest hat though you might say a hat is a hat! I think we can all agree many hat's serve their specific design when worn on it's right element. Some hats just seem/look fancy/usefull but don't really do much ,,good" when confronted with its appernetly right element. Some hats, and caps, non the style or design, are just there to cover your head and give shade from the sun. Nothing magical really. Can be quit nice though.)

I own it, and the artwork put into this release is simply amazing! So amazing its a tad bothering to take the CD out of its beautiful casing home. Again, the artwork, the pysical product is non less then superb. I think the only thing so far Im missing from this album that the debut album (Spirit Of An Age) provided was a One journey, that the tracks on the CD where mixed together like a concept. Else, i have not listened and dived inside it enough to start a review. 1st track btw is a Hoot to DJ (its slow also) https://beatspace-aliced.bandcamp.com/album/dark-whisper-realms-of-unseen-alice-d-records
